I will make the edit and a few others to the bio. You know when you write something late after work and then see it the next morning and it's like: "Woah, what on earth was I thinking?" Well yeah... that's what I'm thinking now.

Personality: Charles is very stern in the way he talks and acts. He rarely has to speak up or repeat himself. He’s always on his toes, ready to stomp out trouble before it ignites. He comes across as tense to his peers, or even paranoid and arrogant at the most extreme. This makes it very difficult to approach him, but also difficult to trick him or have to stand up against him. His stern nature comes with a keen eye and heavy concentration, giving him a menacing advantage in arguments and battle. However, he’s not so bold as to take on a hopeless situation. He’s still wise enough to know when he’s beat, but his more arrogant attitude towards his weaker peers cannot be ignored either.
Bio: Charles was born a Fire Wielder working for a glassmaking guild in the desert. His trade was all that he knew growing up; his mundane life, precise work, and harsh climate shaping him into the person whom he is. Nothing too exciting happened during his life- he was going to continue working for the guild, possibly marrying a Water Wielder he knew from the village.
One night, though, a group of Earth Wielders thought it would be a good idea to raid the mostly unguarded village where he lived. They made quick work of the few guards patrolling the town, but Charles wouldn’t stand it. The rage inside of him built up, and something clicked inside of the mind. His flames, which were seeping out of his body, gradually turned blue. The town, now covered in awe, watched Charles as he drove the bandits away from the village. After the incident, Charles’s caretakers realized that he had the potential for so much more than just glassmaking. Charles realized this, too. Since training to use his wielding to fight wasn’t something his parents could give him, he decided to abandon his life as a glassmaker to train and become a mercenary at Rohad Academy.

Name: Jack ‘Sully’ Sullam

Personality: Sully is quiet, calm and collected. He is not on to ever try and draw attention to himself. However this is not to mean that he will shy away from a fight. If he is pushed he will snap, but he also won’t ever try to push first. Sully keeps to himself and has difficult trusting anybody, instead he bottles everything and always keeps the stiff upper lip. Alongside this Sully is terse, short, he doesn’t give people the time of day because he has never received it either. Sully despises arrogance and has a disdain for any of the other wielders who believe they are gods because of their ability.

Bio: Jack Sullam was born into a family of means in Ladria. The Sullams are third generation of government officials and Jack is an only child. His parents made sure he never went wanting. Up until the age of 12 Jack had the finest schooling, the finest training and the finest things. Though there was one thing that the money could not buy Jack. Wielding. He had always admired wielders, the Royal Guards particularly, and always wished he could be one.
However by the time Jack was 16 there was no sign of any wielding ability. He had trained with some of the finest wielders and attended every lecture on wielding he could go to and yet he still couldn’t wield. So Jack decided to change course. Rather than force wielding, he studied it instead. Whilst wielders live all across the country, the knowledge on how wielding actually works is almost nothing. Jack went on research trips, case studies, patient studies and autopsies to try and figure out what was happening. Alongside this Jack studied all forms of martial arts, and weapons training, to fill the gap of wielding.
At the age of 18 Jack’s parents got into contact with the head of the Rohan Academy, central focus point of wielding. Jack’s parents put forward a sizable donation to the Academy and afforded a lot of favours. In exchange Jack has been granted a small fund, an office, lab time and access to lessons and tutors. This is all in an effort to further understanding in wielding. He also has a small government fund coming in, with news of a chaos wielder being a possible enemy. The government are paying for any weakness Jack could uncover.
Jack has been at Rohad for 3 years now, his research has brought about some significant findings however none are truly earth shattering. As well as this his time has been tainted by the constant bullying and ridicule he has received from students and teachers alike. Jack knew he may not be accepted, but right now he is being made into a total social pariah. However Jack is now also a teacher. Non-Wielding combat is his specialty and he uses it as an excuse, a lot, to get his revenge on students who really pile on the abuse.

He has been there for 3 years he would have most likely been turned into teacher. Most likely a Non wielding Combat class. With the need for more Royal Wielders for the war, he would have been unless to Ladria. The majority of the Wielding Teacher had been mobilized for the war. So you would most likely place him in a teacher position, or have him be a first year.

Everything else is fine, but I think you are not understanding the premises of Mind Wielding, you cant predict the movements of you enemies. Mind wielding is meant to create illusions, to "mold the mind of others", trick them. Adding specific abilities to your element is fine as long as it's within the boundaries of that element, that ability, is not within the boundaries. Besides that, your accepted.

Rhea is abrupt, and always does her hardest to speak her mind. She's never been afraid to voice her feelings, unless exposing them could hurt her or her image. She keeps secrets, but only to make others feel better, for instance, she would hide a horrible fact If someone was already torn up about something. This could cause problems for her in the future of course. Sometimes though, she can be brutally honest.

History
Rhea was born to a loving family, with two parents, and an older brother. Unlike some other people in the world, she was fairly lucky. Both of her parents were wielders, who decided to settle down next to the ocean, since her mother was a water wielder. Rhea's older brother, Tyrone, was a water wielder, and Rhea's father was a lightning wielder. Somehow, Rhea inherited both.

Since they were children, Rhea and Tyrone have been taught to be very disciplined. They were taught by their parents, and they rarely had time to play and act normal. Rhea adopted her personality from her father, who always critiqued them honestly and was hard on them. Her mother, however, treated them well and taught them with care and respect. Rhea soon aspired to go to the Academy for Wielders, knowing it would be a once in a lifetime chance, and knowing that if she did she would become a master.

When Rhea became twenty-one, the opportunity arose. Her parents decided this would be the perfect age for her to go out into the world. She had trained most of her life, and they were sure she was ready. Her brother Tyrone, who was twenty-three, said he would think about the offer if Rhea was having a good experience. Rhea was afraid to leave home, but she knew it was right, and as soon as she was packed she made her way to the academy.

Weilder or Dual Weilder?
Rhea is a dual weilder of Water and Lightning, she calls this form of wielding 'storm' wielding, when she combines the two. Though she is a great water Weilder, she has not yet mastered ice, and though she can harness lightning, she has no idea how extensive it can be.

Elements
Water: Rhea is great at using her Water Weilding for defense, sometimes she can make small amounts of water become ice, and if she focuses enough, she can turn it into shapes such as sharp icicles, and send them towards openents.
Lightning: Rhea uses her lightning like almost any other Lightning Wielder, as an offensive technique. Using semi-focused attacks to fry victims and such. Sometimes she uses her chain whips as conductors, and lashes at foes with lightning.

Weapon
Two chain whips each six feet long, that she can charge with lightning, and use gracefully as a weapon. Other than that, she uses her wielding.
