April 26th. After School. Classroom A-013

It was the after school, and the only person in the classroom filled with the orange rays of light of the afternoon was a single girl. The president, Hiiragi Tsumiki, was reading a book while she sat on a single chair, put in the middle of the room right beside a table. The other chairs were all piled up in the back and the room was neatly cleaned up. There were merely some things lying on the desk, as well as some other things inside the lockers and whatnot that should have been used by the students that would use the classroom under normal circumstances. If there was something normal about the classroom, at the very least.

A repugnant, malicious aura came out of, well, everything about it. Anyone else would hardly be able to remain calm under the oppressive aura. However, for president Hiiragi, that was nothing. She was already used to it. Two years in there, two years that seemed to be even longer than that. She had a good feeling this year. Capable people might come today to the Mystery club. And she was going to make sure that each and every one of them had what it takes. If they didn't, then they'd just throw their lives away. A test was necessary. Necessary to see whether or not the new people would be able to survive.

The door made a sound. They were seemingly trying to open it. And with that, it started. A whole new resolution to solve the mysteries had set in in Hiiragi's heart. No matter, who they were, Hiiragi would do her best to keep everyone alive. She owed her senpai at least that much.

The door opened.

"Welcome to the Mystery Club." The girl closed her book, giving the person who had just come through the door her full attention. "I hope I can help you with something. My name is Hiiragi Tsumiki, the president of this club. If you are here to join, then I congratulate you, for both your courage and resolve. It'll be needed in what is to come."

Shiromi walked through the door at snail's pace, barely taking notice of the president or the book she was reading, nor the oppressive aura that covered the otherwise normal-looking room. Why was she here, anyway? All she wanted when she told Takeshi that yes, she would go check it out, was some calm - the past few weeks he hadn't been able to shut up about it, and though she was an easy-going person, there were only so many times you could poke a sleeping bear before it wanted the poking to stop, no matter the cost. Only she wasn't a bear, and rather than maul him, Shiro made an even bigger mistake and promised him she would go at least once. She got away with being a phantom member of other clubs, 'technically' signed to them but hardly ever showing up, in the past two years... but something told her it was not going to be quite as easy for this one. Just once, just to make him happy, and more importantly to quell his excitement, she told herself... how bad could it really be?

With a blank expression Shiro finally made her way into the room, raising a hand and waving towards the president idly. "Mornin'..." She closed the door behind her and dropped the black bag she had slung over her shoulder to the ground, the suspicious lack of a sound it made as it hit the ground giving away that it was mostly empty. All the chairs had been moved aside, and for a few seconds she looked over to the piles in the back, debating whether it was worth the effort to take one for herself... before she made up her mind and leaned against one of the walls instead, allowing herself to slip down until she was sitting on the ground, looking up at the president when she heard the question, her head braced against the wall behind her and arms loose at her sides. Now that she was sitting, the white-haired girl began to feel the foreboding aura of the place, like an itch on the inside of her head that kept her on edge and that she couldn't quite shake... she shook her head a little as if to clear it from the feeling, but it didn't go away. Shiro let out a little sigh. She was calmer than one might expect given just how prevalent the aura was in the room, but she didn't feel especially happy either, and even she couldn't relax nearly as much as she liked with this... Shiro sighed again, bringing her knees up a little higher and a hand to her chin.
"Nah... I'm just here to check it out 'cos I promised someone... that's all. Sorry."

Takeshi walked with his schoolbag slung across his shoulders and his hands thrust into his pockets - deep. It wasn't that he was walking slowly because he was dreading something, but the things he had heard from some third years after he'd already dragged Shiro into it made him a little nervous. He brushed it off though, lifting his head and smiling, offering greetings in return to everyone who shot him one. Everyone was rushing to get out of school or to the first meeting of their club for the year. Takeshi grinned at them all, but inside he felt a little less sure of himself as he approached the door and turned the handle.
He'd asked Shiro to be there. He wasn't convinced she'd show up. Damn it.

Turning the handle and pushing the door open, Takeshi first stood in the doorway for a handful of seconds, the chill of the room assaulting his senses immediately and freezing him in his tracks. Perhaps the only thing that egged him on to speak was the girl with the blue eyes in the center of the room, just finished introducing herself as club president.
"Yo." He smirked over at the girl, gritting his teeth to stop their chattering. He shut the door behind him and walked into the afternoon sun, only to notice a flash of white in the corner of his eye. He couldn't mistake that colour anywhere.
"Shiro senpai. You came!"

The boy finally seemed more at ease, returning his gaze to the president. He looked her over. Tall, and quite serious. He wondered why a girl like her hosted a club like this. She didn't seem the type for practical jokes.
"Miyazaki Takeshi, at your service, ma'am." He offered a little bow, dropping his much heavier book bag next to Shiro's. No doubt trying hard to get a head start on subjects he wasn't very good at, like maths.
His amber eyes behind the spectacles glinted in the orange of the room's light. It almost accentuated their natural colour, giving them a catlike mischief about them. He grinned over at the girl now, only just holding his tongue from getting him immediately kicked out.
"Hiiragi-san, I look forward to seeing how this goes. Or shall I call you 'Prez', Prez?"

He looked down at Shiro, sighing awfully exaggeratedly before moving over to the chairs, pulling one of them out and setting it a little in front of the white haired girl, and another one for him, not sitting himself down just yet.

"And pardon me for saying, miss. Err...Prez. You're kinda cute to be running a club like this, heh. Not that that's a bad thing, but I expected someone..." He paused to choose his words carefully, "...more occult."

Funny story was that Gael had almost forgotten about the Mystery Club by the time his classes ended. Without any particular goal in mind, he headed down the stairs to the school entrance, picked up his shoes from the locker, and was half-way to the fancy-smancy gates of Mayami Academy, when he realized that there were things to do back at school. Now the question was…did Gael really care about showing up in the first meeting?

No, he probably didn’t, but it was nice to show his subjects some kindness, right?

Spinning 180 degrees, Gael headed back to school, marched up the stairs, and walked into Classroom A-013. Certainly, it was a fitting room for the Mystery Club, complete with a feeling of dread and disgust and heavily aged, moldy cheese. What a shifty place. Without paying much attention at all to the other plebs in the room, the tall, handsome second year walked to the back of the room and began to systematically open the windows, one by one, until a nice, afternoon breeze wafted through the mostly empty classroom. Not that it helped with the super dramatic edgy fear-feels that he was still getting there, but at least the abhorrent smell was pretty much gone now.

He pulled a desk over next, sliding it casually before him and then sitting on top of the table, finally paying attention to the other three that were present in the room. Two relatively nameless girls and Takeshi, who was making it painfully obvious that he had only came to the Mystery Club to get some of dat ass. Well, being direct was fine as well...

“Sup, Takeshi, White, Hiiragi,” Gael said, with a toothy grin, “Name’s Gael Ericsson. Or Ericsson Gael. Let’s get along, yeah? And some Febreeze would be nice as well. This place still feels like shit. Feel sorry for the kiddos who have to take their classes here.”

Kazuo Sanada yawned as he strolled down the hallway, seemingly abandoned this late in the day as students had already gone home, or have met up elsewhere for their own after school activities. He himself had just finished up his studies and homework at the library in preparation for tomorrow's classes, as he wanted enough free time tonight to laze around and relax after the club activities. After staying up late the previous night due to catching an interesting drama on tv, he was quite exhausted as the day was wrapping up. It'd be nice to get some early shut-eye tonight.

A soft sigh escaped his thin lips as he rounded the corner, tilting his head slightly as he tried to remember the exact location of where the club will be meeting. After spending two years at Mayami Academy, he still has a hard time remembering exactly where everything is. After all, it is a fairly big campus - big enough, in fact, to even incorporate things that are said to be 'other-wordly': The Seven Mysteries of Mayami Academy. And it is these 'Seven Mysteries' that the peculiar 'Mystery Club' will be revolving around, and is the club that Kazuo will be attending this afternoon.

One might wonder why a young man like Kazuo would be interested in such things that pertains to the occult and the supernatural, but the answer is quite simple: a believer or not, this was the club that interested Kazuo the most. Why not learn a thing or seven about your very own school before graduating and leaving it behind for good, especially if they do solve it, a wish would be granted by the Headmaster himself? It was also a bonus that he recognized some of the members as classmates and friends. And so he approached the classroom door with an open mind, giving a small, polite knock before softly swinging it open.

Despite the familiar faces that stood out to Kazuo, his senses picked up something more alien. It was a very subtle feeling, but still, he shivered a bit. Perhaps it was they way the afternoon sunlight provided the classroom with such an odd and surreal ambiance ; everything within the room looked so...dreamy...but kind of unsettling. Still, the sensation didn't really bother him so he focused on more important matters. Reaching a hand to fix his black headband that kept his long hair in a more presentable and charmingly stylish manner, he gave a small but warming smile to the occupants of the room.

"Wow, and I thought I was gonna be very early. But it's nice to see all of you here." He walked up to the small group, a hand casually clutching the straps of his pack loosely. "Shiro, Hiiragi, how were both of your days? That math exam was quite difficult huh?" Turning to Gael, he quietly and quickly looked the taller man up and down before flashing his signature, crooked grin. Kazuo had to look up with his sharp, hazel eyes just to make eye contact with the foreigner. "And you're Gael, right? Geeze, you're a year under me and yet you're so damn big. That's an international student for you." The boy chuckled before turning to Takeshi, whom he gave a small pat on the shoulder. "Why can't you be that tall, Takeshi? I'm sure Shiro would admire you then." He said that last part with a hand blocking his mouth from the other students in teasement. Though Takeshi is slightly taller than his senpai, that doesn't stop Kazuo from making fun of his kohai.

After the small greets to his peers, Kazuo took one more look around the room. He gave a small whistle of approval. "Yeah, this place definitely fits the whole 'Mystery Club' thing. The atmosphere is...pretty peculiar, isn't it?" He nodded to himself, as if answering his own question.

Now it's just time to wait for the rest of the members, he figured.

The councilors room was sort of small, it wasn't so much as a 'room' but a shoe closet. Crammed with furniture and small radiator heater. Kagura sat on a really worn out chair and listened to the councilor moan and whine about her activity in the school.
"Tai-San, you should be more aware of your actions you know. Universities these days don't accept just anybody, and you had better pick up your act in-terms of misbehavior, its almost repulsive how you treat your teachers and other classmates."

Kagura had heard it all before, it was nothing new. He would rant on about how she's needs to stop trying to be 'popular' and focus more on her future. It had been the third time this week she heard this speech of his.
"Now, Tai-san, I must inform you that if your behavior does not improve, we will be terminating your education here at the academy."

Kagura shrugged her shoulders, she didn't care. In fact, she was happy to be kicked out, that way she wouldn't be tied down and could actually do what she wanted to do in life. But the councilor suddenly had an idea, a stupid one at that.
He picked up a flier from his desk, it was one about a new 'Mystery' Club that had reopened up, it was under new management. With a crooked smile the councilor got up and dragged Kagura over to the Club Meeting room. Along the way he explained to her, that if she participated in a club, not only would her attitude towards school improve, but they wouldn't need to expel her from the academy. Not that Kagura honestly cared.
Once the duo arrived, he shoved Kagura in the door and waved to the students in the room before going off to do something unimportant elsewhere.

Kagura looked at the other kids. She didn't know any of them personally, only that like, two of them were in class, or at least the same year as her. She wasn't entirely sure, she just knew she had seen them around. With a reluctant groan, Kagura tilted her head up.
"I'm here to join this club, not because I wanna, its just cause that dumb councilor made me. I probably won't even show up that often, so don't count on it."

Kagura could feel a strange aura, it made her feel anxious , but she stuck it out, trying not to show any weakness.

Hiroto found himself starring at a poster in the hallway talking about the Seven Mysteries of Mayami Academy which he had heard mentioned before but always thought that was just a rumor. He was not sure about the club as it didn't seem like it was up his alley but that was when he heard a little voice in the back of his head. Mystery equals adventure and this may make for an entertaining school year or even three. Besides what could possible go wrong, it's just a Mystery club at a school. At the bottom at the poster was a note to bring a weapon which seemed odd but he ignored it as he headed down the hallway in the direction of the classroom.

As Hiroto approached the classroom, he took a deep breath before opening the door with a smile on his face which quickly disappeared from his face as he felt a strange aura coming from the room sending a shiver down his spine. He looked around the room at the other students and saw that he seemed to be the youngest person to be joining the club at the moment. "I am Tanenaka Hiroto and I was hoping that I would be able to join the Mystery Club." The first year said with a slight bow before walking into the room and grabbing a chair from along the wall.

A girl with a bandage over her right eye was running around the school like a ninja to avoid detection from any spies or agents from other external agencies. Nobody else was supposed to be investigating the case except for her. Her agency had accepted her selfish request to check on the case left unsolved by her father.
"Infiltration successful. Next is to join this so-called 'Mystery Club'. The person behind this 'club' must be either a genius or a complete moron. To use such a bland name for a gathering of investigators dedicated to solving great mysteries, it must be to hide the group's true purpose...or just..."

The girl made sure nobody was around before sighing due to exhaustion.
"Just what came over me to begin my high school chuunibyou debut?"
That light novel I read for fun about it must have influenced me a bit. Now most of the school thinks I'm suffering from it. Well, because of that, nobody so far had insulted or made fun of my appearance so it was fine.
The girl ,whose name was Hikari, decided to continue looking for the Mystery Club albeit in a normal way. Whenever there were people around, Hikari quickly switched back to her chuuni-persona of Silver Agent. She eventually found the clubroom by asking a student...in a dramatically way. The poor student almost fell over by her acting that Hikari broke character for a moment to help her up. She pondered for a while on her entry before finally entering.

She placed her right hand over her right eye, fell to her knees and acted as if she was in intense pain.
"T-this feeling! The evil is strong here that my cursed eye is reacting to it! Just what evil lurks in this confined space?!"
Hikari then struggled to get up and pointed at the girl, Hiiragi Tsukimi, president of the club.
"Y-you! The evil feeling is coming from you! Are you the reason the mysteries are left unsolved?! WHO ARE YOU?! SPEAK!!!!"
Not waiting for an answer, Hikari switched her attention towards the other students in the room.
"Don't worry, fellow investigators! I, the Silver Agent, will join your forces to get to the bottom of these mysteries. The first mystery is..."
Hikari then pointed at the president again.
"...HER!!!"

Deep in Hikari's mind, the girl felt so embarrassed yet found it fun acting like she did.
Am I secretly some sort of masochist?!

Well.... the entries this time were a merry bunch. There was the foreigner that had been the talk of the school for a while, there were also some people from her own and some first years as well, one of which surprised Hiiragi a lot after she started saying that she felt an evil presence in the room. Perhaps she was more sensible than the others, or maybe just more dramatic? In any case, taht was soon cleared and Hiiragi caught up into the joke after she started pointing at her. It was a good thing that she didn't show any hope in her face after seeing her, otherwise, it would've been obvious just how disappointed she now was.

They were definitely a merry bunch, and Hiiragi hoped that they kept on with their merriness in what was to come. And that guy Gael? Definitely a guy that would get on her nerves no matter what. Well, it was time for their taste. Hiiragi stood up from the chair she was sitting in, running a hand by her hair and staring at the little group that had gathered in the club room. 7 people in total. She would've like two more but it was all right like that. More than enough. Maybe some to sacrifice as well.... Yeah, she should keep that joke to herself.

"It is a pleasure to meet you all, despite of whether you actually want to be here or not. Now, let's get on going with this meeti-" Before she could end, though another person strolled into the room. A girl with blue hair and with a PS Vita between her hands. She hit the buttons furiously as she played. She walked into the room and simply leaned against a wall, without saying anything else. Hiiragi, at the very least, looked at her with confusion. After a while of feeling the girl's gaze on her, Hyouka finally sighed and left her game aside.

She looked at everyone else and lazily introduced herself. "Fujino Hyouka. A pleasure to meet ya all. I'm here cause I want to solve mysteries and crap like that." And after that, she went on with her game.

Hiiragi simply shook her head and went on with what she wanted to say. "Anyhow, let's get the meeting under way. As the new members of the Mystery Solving Club, I shall have you undertake a test. You will solve this school's first mystery, which I am plenty sure all of you know of, at least by name. Shall you fail to do this, I will not allow you to stay in the club. After that too, will be the last opportunity you will have to back off from this club, if you don't like what you see there." Hiiragi said, trying to be as clear and concise as possible. "You shall investigate throughout the school at your own content to find whatever clues you think are necessary. After that, we shall meet in front of this classroom at midnight. Opening the door at that time is strictly forbidden, though."

"Then, gather clues, prepare yourselves and make sure to bring an extra pair of underpants. Tonight, you will not receive any assistance from me." Hiiragi took her bag and put it on her shoulder. She then walked to the exit of the classroom, not before looking back at the others and sighing. "That said, I am not the devil. I've left my notebook with everything you need to know in a certain place. It is a simple notebook, if a little bit worn out. If you have enough common sense, I'm pretty sure you'll know where to search. Have fun." With a little wave, Hiiragi said goodbye and made her way out of school. If anyone were to check on her through the door, they'd find nothing, as if she had disappeared in thin air.

Hyouka stopped playing once she started hearing what Hiiragi had to say. Well, it seemed everything would be more entertaining than she expected. She decided to stay in the room to investigate.

Investigation: START!

Places of Interest

NOTE: You need to go to one of these locations to search for clues. Once there, I shall explain where you can search and what you can find. I will also let you know what will be useful as clues. Yeah, if any of you played Danganronpa, you'll see that this system is fairly similar.

A whole bunch of other people were beginning to show up in the classroom, the majority of them decidedly Japanese. It turned out that him calling the white-haired girl ‘White’ was actually correct. Apparently, her name was ‘Shiro’ if Kazuo was to be believed. Smiling good-naturedly at the third year’s comment, Gael pushed himself off the desk and stood up, allowing bandanna boy to appreciate the full extent of the foreigner’s height. “Well,” he said, looking down at the shorter male, “I’d love to say that it’s due solely to my upbringing, but genetics are unfair like that, eh?”

“And my my, Takeshi, never thought you were such a player, pining after two girls at the same time.” Looked like the bespectacled baseball club member had larger balls than Gael had first expected. Gotta give him props for that, huh.

Of course, to balance out all those enthusiastic individuals, an annoyed shorty with a babyface and blonde hair came in as well, citing that the only reason she was joining the club was because her councillor forced her to. Probably the delinquent-type, really, because there was no way in hell her blonde hair was natural.

After the delinquent half-ganguro, a much more normal student walked in, a little on the skinny side, with brown, medium-length hair and a face that didn’t stand out at all. Essentially? Boring as hell. Next~!

Thank god the final person to arrive was actually FUCKING AWESOME. Gael had heard about ‘chuunibyo syndrome’ while he had been looking up information related to Japan, but he hadn’t actually expected to meet someone like that. Her silliness was a breath of fresh air compared to what most Japanese people were like, and while she was most definitely underweight, the international student really didn’t care. Such admirable confidence and gusto, with no regards at all to reality! People like her were the ones that would revolutionize society. Deciding to take the initiative on this occasion, Gael snapped his fingers to catch her attention and said with a wide grin, “Sup, Silver Agent! I like you! Name’s Gael Ericsson, from Norway!”

Before any more greetings could be exchanged, however, the club president spoke up once more, just as the final arrive, a gamer girl who also didn’t look like she wanted to be here, arrived. Lots of girls, actually. How odd.

Listening attentively to all that she had said, Gael found himself rather excited at the end of all this. While this DID sound like a staged event, perhaps a prank or whatever on the new members, it also sounded like tons of investigative fun. Hiiragi was probably tossing them under the bus, but this sort of difficulty spike was alright as well. And searching for a notebook containing vital information…

One certainly couldn’t get more RPG-esque than that.

But first thing’s first.

Addressing everyone else in the club, Gael said, leaning against a wall, “Right, don’t know about the rest of you, but seeing how we’re gonna search for some satanic classroom until midnight, anyone feel like getting some food? Or are you all on a diet?”

Shiro, having fallen asleep leaning against the wall for just a second, slowly opened her eyes again and took a quick look around the room. Looks like the room had filled up quite a bit while she was out... some of the new ones looking considerably more troublesome than others. She had seen the foreigner before, though she never talked to him - he was exactly the type of person Shiro felt like she could not take it easy around, and he talked just a bit too much for her tastes. Though her head was still resting on her palm, she tilted it just a little bit when he addressed her. "Shiro, not Ho...wai...to." Shiro muttered quietly to herself, though her voice was soft enough to be inaudible to anyone else.

She watched idly and silently as the rest of them came in - she didn't know much about most of them, but all in all, everyone looked like they were probably fine enough to be around, and it was not nearly as bad as she had thought it might be - Kazuo and Takeshi were there after all who she knew were alright, and most of the others didn't seem half-bad either. A freshman she had never seen before who looked friendly enough, and the gamer girl who had joined them late looked like she wouldn't be a bother at least - judging by the way she wandered in and barely responded when talked to, she certainly seemed like a loner.

True, besides the Norwegian there were others who looked like they might become a bit troublesome if she just wanted to relax - the blonde one she knew to be a delinquent as well as the dramatic chuunibyou who seemed excited enough to make up for all the rest of them - but she figured if she turned out to be annoying after all she could get away not interacting with the blonde one much at all, something that judging by what she said should suit the other one just fine, and having someone else in the club be so excited and eager was not the worst thing either - if it came to doing the least amount of work possible Shiro was very resourceful, after all, and from what she had seen, chuunibyous were usually quite nice if you humoured them... perhaps some of those newcomers could even become friends of hers over time.

Her train of thought was interrupted when she realised the president was in the middle of her speech, with the white-haired girl sitting up just a little bit straighter as she listened, though she didn't bother getting up from her comfortable spot on the classroom floor, still braced against the wooden wall - once she sat down, it wasn't uncommon for her to sit for at least half an hour: Getting up again was simply too tiring. Besides, most of what she said already seemed fairly obvious to Shiro... still, the thought of being able to quit after one session if she so liked appealed quite a bit to her, as did the fact that they would work independently - she always did much better being able to work at her own pace... a nice, slow, comfortable pace.

When the speech was over and the president gone, Shiro was left to her own thoughts once more, pondering about where to go first, her eyes lowered and her face showing a look of deep concentration as she bit the tip of her thumb. The hallway was right out - there was no space to sit comfortably and too many people used it even in those late afternoon hours - and staying in that classroom that made even someone as calm as her just a little nervous didn't sound like the most appealing option either. The courtyard was nice and warm at this time of the day, but people would likely want her actually searching for clues when she was there, and that was not exactly what she wanted... leaving the cafeteria and the library. Biting her thumb a little harder she thought about what she wanted to do - the library was wonderfully quiet, but the cafeteria didn't sound bad either... though when she lifted her head and heard Gael speak, she knew her choice. If the loudmouth foreigner went to get food, then...

"I'm going to the library..." Shiro slowly pushed herself up from the ground, making it look more like an agonising ordeal than the simple act it was and leaning against the wall once she stood again, letting out a sigh as if just getting up had sapped her of all strength. With the usual blank stare, she slouched a little closer to the door and looked at the others, past the ones who she was already friends with, particularly at the brown-haired freshman, the one who had come in with the game console and, oddly enough, the chuunibyou as well. "One of you wanna come with me...?"

The air that rushed in when the windows were opened was something Takeshi was grateful for. He filled his lungs with a deep breath before offering his hand in a wave to Gael and a calmed smile. "Yo, Gael. Didn't know you were into this stuff."
He shook his head, moving over to the napping Shiro and placing his hand on her head gently. When it lolled to the side limply, his suspicion was confirmed. "I keep telling you it's Shiro, Gael-san...sigh. I only wish she'd stay awake for the exciting stuff."

He abandoned the chairs for now, leaning against the wall by Shiro's side, arms crossed and one foot pushing against it with the other planted firmly on the ground. He jumped a little at the knocking, though sighed in relief when Kazuo walked in. That was his jumpiness for you. The room still had him on edge. On impulse, he'd have grabbed the handle of the baseball bat sticking out of the corner of his book bag and knocked whoever had come in senseless.
"Kazuo senpai, yo." He almost purred once he straightened himself out, moving to his senior and high-fiving the young man, before his head dropped sharply at his comment, the faint sounds of gurgling, and he faked a sniffle, and replied in a small voice "...I can't help...that I'm no foreigner...sniff. Does that mean Shiro will never want to go out with me? Senpai, why must life be so cruel?"

Takeshi really did jump when the blonde was shoved in. He stood there trembling, fingers on both hands making a cross-shape at the door and his eyes squeezed shut, murmuring to be forgiven over and over.
The oddly human voice that responded to him made him lower his hands and slowly open his eyes. It was a girl he didn't recognise, so she must not have been from his year. Perhaps she was a senior?
"...uh, hi." He scratched the back of his head with a nervous laugh. "Aha...hahaha...ha. It...it's nice to meet you, miss!"

A boy who looked younger than everyone present for the moment walked in soon after, too. He had a respectful air about him, and didn't seem like quite the delinquent. Takeshi admired that. He offered the junior a wave. "Hey, kid. Takenaka, yeah? Name's Takeshi." He ran his hand through his hair again, the cobalt blue streak flashing just as bright as the toothy grin he offered the boy. "The mystery club, in all its edgy atmospherical glory, is right here, kid. You found it."

"And me, Gael?" He shot the Norwegian an innocent glance, though was smirking right after with a knowing wink, "Girls are one aspect where I'm not scared shitless. Alas, too many pretty women who won't notice me, haha. I'm not the sexy foreigner after all..."

And the final was a silver haired girl, who was quite, quite the character. She was pretty young too. Takeshi was left speechless at her introduction, though his eyes slowly traced from her to the president, to back again. A couple of times. He opened his mouth to speak, but finding no words, nodded his approval and moved back to the wall where he was before.
"So, Prez. What's the game plan?"

His gaze was left to trail off as the newest member strolled in, completely immersed in the game she was playing. Takeshi wondered for a second what game it was, but her attitude was definitely interesting. He wondered if she had come in by mistake. Though suspicions were cleared when she announced her name and clear intention that she wanted to be here. "O...kay." He shook his head, best not linger on first impressions. "Pleasure to meet you too, Hyouka."

Hiiragi made her announcement, and Takeshi listened carefully to each word. He weighed his options. Could he really do it? He was a little split minded. It wouldn't be good if he'd pussy out midway, and leave someone behind. A notebook, huh?

He walked over to Shiro, kneeling down beside her as she was just waking up and contemplating something quite hard. He offfered her a warm smile and a little whisper. "Shiro, I'll be going outside now, okay? I don't know where you want to go, but I'm sure you'll find Kazuo or someone else to keep you company, mm?"
He stood up again.
She made her decision and did the same not too long after, stating she'd want to go to the library.

"Gael, you go on ahead." Takeshi shook his head, "Grab me something to eat, if I'll see you later? I need to get some air." He moved slowly, lithely, to one of the open windows. He stared outside, then back at the group decidedly, the afternoon light that was pouring casting his shadow onto the classroom floor, though his face and the rest of him remaining darkened in the light save the orange glow outlining his silhouette.
"Then I'll check out the courtyard. Anyone wanna come with me?"

(Silver Agent ON)

Hikari noticed someone trying to get her attention and turned and it was a boy who seemed to be a foreigner. He introduced himself as Gael and said he liked her. Hikari felt a bit embarrassed but Silver Agent was unamused by the boy's sudden declaration. With her right hand still on her right eye, she lowered her left hand which was pointing at Hiiragi. Silver Agent turned to face Gael.
"Young man, so your name is Gael. I hope your skills are up to par as I have a feeling this investigation would probably be not all fun and games. So I advise you to show a bit of professionalism...and try not to be too friendly with me."
Silver Agent took a random seat when Hiiragi started speak but made sure to be far from Gael to prove her point to him. She was going to give it her all to solve the case for her father's sake. She frowned at the late-comer and decided to not associate with the girl unless necessary. She was not going to be close to someone who could not even be punctual unless the person proved to her she was capable.

Silver Agent listened attentively to what the boss, Hiragii Tsukimi, had to say about the case and quickly memorized everything she said. A test? Well, I don't know about the others but is she doubting my skills as an investigator?!

(Silver Agent OFF)

Hikari decided to stop acting for a moment since everybody was focused on the president. An entry test and it was related to the first mystery. The unholy voices...could it be the classroom was connected to another realm like in that one story? Or is it just the wailing of the dead who seek peace? Was there a logical and scientific reason? While thinking, Hikari heard the president talked about a notebook and then let them to investigate at their own time. Hikari pondered about the locations needed to be investigate.
Library, Hallway, Cafeteria, Courtyard and the classroom itself...

Hikari believed she should start either the Library or the classroom itself. It would seem the late-comer, the gamer girl, was staying to investigate the classroom. The girl whose name was Shiro was going to the library. The foreigner was going to grab a bite to eat at the cafeteria. The glasses boy named Takeshi was going to the Courtyard. There was also the matter of the president's notebook...finding that should be one of her top priorities. The other places are too vast so Hikari has decided.

(Silver Agent ON)

"I will stay in this room to investigate. The evil feeling I felt when I entered still linger in this room. I would not mind if any one of you join me but I will not tolerate anybody hindering my investigation."
After saying her piece, Silver Agent proceeded to look around the room.
