20 years after the events involving the invasion of earth, led by Jasper and Peridot, Steven has incited a war. With the help of the Crystal gems, he had learned how to control his powers. Things with him and Connie were going well also, but with her getting ready to go to school outside the city, things have been a bit hectic.

But things really changed when Jasper appeared once again. After escaping the prison that Lapis created for the Gem, she was able to find the Warp Pad that led back to the Home World. She reported this to Yellow Diamond, and this infuriated her. Not only had Steven take one of her own for prisoner so long, he had been the one that betrayed her so long ago. (Still believes that he is Rose.)

A large scale invasion took place in Empire City, and it was quickly take over by the Home World. The Crystal Gems could not fight a force so powerful without an army of their own. With the help of the Crystal Gems, Steven used his healing ability to heal the hundreds of corrupted Gems. These were formed the fighters of Roses Army all those years ago. And now, you are back.

This is a show that, as old as I am, truly enjoy. One of the many stories in the show itself, is the one of the Gem Wars, and it is one that is the most intruging to me. So, I have decided to make a story around that idea. Here are some answers to questions you may have.

Q: Can we play Cannon Character?
Yes you can. Just you know, play them accurately. Oh, and only Gems.

Yes you can!

Unfortunately, no, this RP is not really focusing on that aspect.

Yes you can, it is possible for a gem to be romantically involves with one another.

Appearance:

He has messy silver hair, and pale salmon skin. He wears a long striped shirt, and a black belt that has a nice, convenient hole for his Gem. His pants are a gunmetal grey, with a small yellow chain connecting them to his belt. His shoes are an exuberant red, with worn, white soles.

Personality:
Sard is hot-headed and confrontational. His fighting spirit is second to none, even if he isn't super strong by himself. He fools around frequently, and doesn't focus on something unless he finds it important. He abuses power frequently, tapping into his adrenaline to pull pranks and the such. He isn't very book smart, not knowing what gem or human machines do most of the time. He's not particularly interested in learning either, most of the time. Though he does mess around frequently, he will always be honest and direct when telling you how he feels.

He loves Environmental Art, as well as Earth itself. He's also a big fan of soda, he feels it energizes him, and he loves the fizzy, carbonated taste. He doesn't eat any human food though. He frequently reads comic books and manga in his off times.

Bio:
Sard was born to fight. His unique ability's clearest use was combat, so once he grew old enough he went into the military. Once there, he stayed a low ranking because of his lack of understanding of military technology, and his insubordination. Eventually, he was assigned onto Earth, to help out with the "Kindergarten Project." He found Earth absolutely stunning looking, all the flora and plants were fantastic. Though he didn't particularly care for the animals, so he begrudgingly aligned himself with the Home World. Now that he's back, he has come to understand the humans are decent enough, and will now fight for the beautiful space rock known as earth.

A large, 4-pointed Shuriken. Useful for stabbing, slashing, and throwing. He commonly wields two at once. How he uses that thing without hurting himself, I'll never know.

Gem Unique Ability
Adrenaline - Sard is able to tap into his energy reserves to slow his perception of time, focus intensely, and increase his strength and speed by a small margin. Unfortunately, this is draining, and if he does so to much, he will get tired and eventually revert to his gem form.

I really do like Sard. The only thing you have to look over is his ability. I have no problem with it for the most part, just nerf it abit, the fact that it puts him in such a state is to strong. Once you do that your fine.

Mostly focused on giving her powers similar to the lighthouse poltergeist in the show. I'll start working on a sketch now, I hope to have a colored drawing ready in the near future.

Melanite CS

Name: Melanite

Appearance: Melanite is between Amethyst and Pearl's heights, and mostly black or dark gray in appearance. She has a short poof of curly hair, and frayed robes that make her look like a ghost.

Gender: Female

Personality:
Melanite has a mischievous streak, often using her powers to play pranks, but she means this always in good fun, and is part of her habit of constantly misunderstanding what makes people happy. Melanite has a constant drive to bring cheer and fight evil, which drove her to fight against the Homeworld when Rose Quartz's rebellion began. However she has a hard time figuring out how to please different people specifically, so she often attempts to help people or express her joy through pranks or tricks. Melanite's insufferably light-hearted demeanour often makes it surprising for people to learn she loves gory horror and action movies.

Bio:
The Melanite species of gem were used to help operate simple machinery through possession, but as gem technology began to advance and harness magic to function, these powers began to grow obsolete. At the tail end of her usefulness to homeworld, Melanite took part in creating Kindergartens on Earth, destroying wildlife to create more gems. Melanite couldn't justify the actions of the gems when she saw the destruction firsthand, and she fled the homeworld gems and hid away, a task made easier with her powers. For a long time Melanite could only feel anguish and remorse for her own deeds, until word reached her that a rebellion had been started by Rose Quartz that sought to defend the Earth, and it gave her a cause to channel her remorse into.
During the war, Melanite's kind personality was consumed by her passion for fending off evil, and when her gem corrupted she became a selfish spirit that lashed out against all who hurt her. As a formless spirit surrounding a singular gem, Melanite was passed around by humans who mistook her for a valuable stone, bringing misfortune to humans who owned her, until she eventually became buried in the lighthouse in Beach City.

Association: Melanite was loyal to Rose Quartz at the start of the rebellion, and still is.

Gem Location: The back of her head.

Gem Unique Ability:
Melanite has the ability to possesses non-magical objects, which excludes living beings as well. Melanite phases into an object, and her gem relocates to a location inside the object she possesses, a location she chooses but can't change once she's in control. This object can be as large as a building, and if so she can use telekinesis to move anything non-magical that isn't too strongly secured. If she possesses a machine, then someone controlling the machine could possibly restrict her movements. She can move the thing she's possessing, but a building is attached to the ground too strongly by its foundation for her to move it. A car would be no problem, though. Damaging the object she's possessing hurts her, and destroying it completely forces her to retreat into her gem.
Melanite is physically weaker than most gems (but probably still stronger than humans) but she can levitate. Melanite cannot easily shapeshift into anything non-humanoid or shapeshift parts of her body selectively, but she can create projections like Pearl can, and often does so to share memories.
