Birth name:Ryan Pratt
Alias: Tundra
Appearance:
His skin is normally a pale blue/white. The intensity of the blue depends on how much of his power is used.
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Skills: Adept in hand-to-hand combat
Moderate Athleticism
Chef
Can survive for about five days straight in the desert.
Powers and Abilities: Cryokinesis - Ryan can create ice out of thin air, and create specific shapes out of ice. He can also cool the area around him by exerting energy, but he cannot make the temperature rise back to normal, as that has to be done naturally. He has no control over water or liquids when in a liquid state, but can control them once frozen either by his touch or another force. With all Cryomancers, he does not bode well in the heat, and has to constantly cool the area around him to keep at a regular state.
Brief Bio: : Ryan is the son of another Cryomancer and a civilian. The young man knew about his mothers alternate identity as a superhero at a young age, and found out about his powers not long after that. He trained to become a superhero, and became quite adept with his powers, but everything took a turn once he actually started to fight crime. It was much more difficult than he had expected, but he pushed himself, sometimes a little too hard. Wanting to continue his training, Ryan left the safety of his parents' house to wander America, hoping to become a better hero.
Additional notes: REALLY loves to cook.

Name:
Runé Langley

Alias:
Railgun

Gender:
Female

Age:
16

Powers, Abilities & Skills:
  • Ammunition Arsenal
Rune is able to summon and wield any ranged weapons that are pre-installed in her synthetic body, making her a gunslinging tanker specializing in wide-area bombardment. However, her supply of bullets and/or missiles aren't endless, and her armory would be automatically disengaged in order to recharge herself, making her most vulnerable during this cool-off period as she'd be completely defenseless. Also, the more firearms she equip herself with, the shorter the duration of active combat - this is a safety measure in place to stop her from pushing too far beyond her limits. Even with prosthetic limbs they are not hundred-percent foolproof from sustained damage and built-up stress from gunpower recoils.

  • Ranged Engagement
When she's not overly trigger-happy, she is actually a proficient markswoman with shooting skills that can easily put any highly-trained soldier in the military force to total shame.

  • Self-Repair
The current timeline she's now in does not have sophisticated tools she can use to replace any damaged parts she received from battles. With some help from Cyborg, she has built her own repair system from scratch, in exchange sharing her knowledge of the advanced techs from her world with the former Titan.

  • Basic Kickboxing
Rune would rather put a bullet through someone's head than her own fist into the mouth of her opponent; besides, her level is at the bare minimum, enough to just protect herself from petty crimes like mugging.

Background:
  • Setting Overview
In an alternate future, the three superpower countries - America, China and India - were at breaking point after numerous failed attempts to come to a peaceful agreement with regards to their increasing military presences across the globe. An accident where an US Navy ship was destroyed after crashing into a Chinese nuclear submarine in the Pacific Ocean became the fire that sparks off World War Three. Many countries, initially condemned repeating the history of WWII, soon started to take sides, plunging Earth into ten long years of horrifying bloodbath: the appearance of cybernetic human soldiers shocked the world, revealing the dark fact that the three superpowers had been conducting illegal experiments synthesizing biological parts to break limits present in natural human body.

  • History
Little was known about Rune's childhood - she lost her parents to the war when she was about three. Left to wander among the wreckage remnants of her birthplace she had no memories of, she was picked up by a child trafficker and was sold to an Indian research facility. Together with an odd band of children imprisoned in the lab building, they were being cruelly operated on, replacing their biological body parts with synthetic copies of human limbs, shoving cold gun barrels and dangerous missiles into their tiny frame. As time went by, the children devised a plan to escape from the facility, to rebel against those ruthless scientists who treated them nothing more than lab rats. At first, they easily overpowered the adults by turning their experiments against them, but when the scientists initiated the cyborg army they had mass-produced using data collected from them, the cybernetic children were quickly outnumbered. In the end, only Rune and another boy were able to ran away alive, leaving the hellish prison behind them to crumble into the dust of death.

The Indian government wasn't forgiving about the destruction of the research center - the two children were tracked down and forced to join the army to fight in the war. The boy later died in a nuclear warhead bombardment after sacrificing himself to protect the village he grew up in, and everyone that Rune ever knew was gone from the world forever. With some inside help, she managed to flee from India and seek refuge in Japan.

She came across a classified information about a time machine the Japanese government had been secretly making, and this pulled her out of an endless despair, lighting up a small flame of hope inside her. She eventually found where the prototype device was hidden - without a second thought about possible danger if it fails, she used it...arriving in the current timeline where this RP begins.

Name:
Kenji Shihouin / Kadaj l'Cieus
(四楓院 剣次, Shihouin Kenji)

Alias:
Sacryed

Gender:
Male

Age:
Appears 15; actual age unknown

Powers, Abilities & Skills:
  • Ferrokinetic Mimicry / Limited Ferrokinesis
Kenji is able to imprint the data of any metal he touches, and shapeshift part of or his entire self to copy the object he has imprinted on. There are limitations to this power: he can only shapeshift into things that are less than or equals to his total body mass, as such he cannot mimic stuffs like airplanes, ships, tanks, etc. Also, he is vulnerable to sudden drastic changes in temperature, which will cause him to lose control over his current appearance and turning back into his original form - a silvery, faceless Gentarian. Kenji is not able to manipulate any metal that are not part of his body.

  • Gentarian Physiology
Kenji has some superpowers that are native to the extraterrestrial species of Gentar. These include: semi-invulnerability, enhanced strength, enhanced agility, enhanced endurance, and extended longevity.

  • Close Quarters Combat
A skill that is deeply integrated into the body of every Gentarian, which gives them unparalleled fighting prowess using any kind of bladed weapons they can transform into. For Kenji, his most preferred type of blade is the scythe.

  • Mood Maker
Not intentionally per se, but Kenji's awkwardly hilarious reactions while he tries to learn more about Earth customs tend to create some light entertainment for his teammates.

Background:
  • Setting Overview
Gentar is a faraway planet located somewhere in Andromeda Galaxy. Its landscape, to describe using crude analogy, had a futuristic, cyberpunk-ish feel. Almost everything on the planet was made out of a technorganic nanometal called Jenovium; its people, the Gentarians, had lived together with the abundance of this substance for eons and it eventually seeped into their blood, bestowing them the gift to manipulate the metal. However, the invasion of Gordanian had destroyed Gentar, and the surviving inhabitants were forced to flee from their home to travel across the stars. They were later known as "Galactic Nomads".

  • History
Kenji's Gentarian name was Kadaj l'Cieus. After escaping from the Gordanian invasion on his home planet, he drifted across the endless universe in a coma state sealed in a life pod before he arrived on Earth, a planet in the Solar System situated in Milky Way, a neighboring galaxy to Andromeda. He woke up to find himself surrounded by something blue, then slowly realizing that he had landed in an ocean. He swarmed up to the shore and met a few diving enthusiasts who ran off, terrified after they looked at him: the Gentarians had a humanoid shape completely covered in a silvery substance, and none of them had a distinguishable face like human beings do. After that encounter with Earth people, he hid himself away from the eyes of humans, trying to understand this strange foreign world that would be his new home.

One day he sneaked into a warehouse on the outskirts of a certain town, and he met a robot which looked almost like a real human. He touched it and copied its appearance, giving himself a cover that would allow him to truly live together with the people of Earth. He soon grew fond of his new look, though he still couldn't comprehend the occasional incidents where some females would try to get too intimate with him...

Personality:
(To be revealed in IC.)

Others:
  • He received his human name from a random chat with an otaku: the surname was from a character in the popular manga series Bleach, and his first name roughly means 'the next gladiator'.
  • The name of his home planet, Gentar, is derived by rearranging the french word for silver, argent.
