This is a wip. I'm not happy with it right now and I need to do more reading and work on it. So that being said. Tell me what you think.

Name: Elijah Craigh

Appearance:
Elijah is a simple man, preferring jeans and boots over suits although he does own one. He does however tend to favor somewhat nice button up shirts with the sleeves rolled just below the elbows. His style of dress matches well with ruggedly handsome face. Adorned with dark hair and even darker eyes.

His 5’11 frame is covered by a lean 200 pounds worth of muscle and organs. While heavy you would never expect it. Even upon close close inspection one would think he’d he was closer to 180 pounds. A lean athletic frame that is built more on running and endurance than it is through brute power.

Nationality: American.

Personality: Justin has pretty much two modes. Nonchalant or I'll kill you serious. There is a very goofy and fun loving side to him that comes out when it probably shouldn't. There no telling when he might break out into song and might throw in a dance as well. The other side of him isn't one that anyone wants to see. He can be a danger to anyone without thought of who that person might be.

Elijah has thing he does. Where he does what is right to him, morality and to certain extent orders. He has gone against a few of them in his time, but he always felt he did was right.

Even with all the danger that this life brings. To him it's a lot easier than his life before. He still struggles with some of the technology that's around him.

Equipment:



Skills: Elijah excels in combat and demolition. Long rage, close quarters combat and demolitions are his specialty. If it can be killed he'll kill it, if it can be destroyed he'll destroy it. There is no mistaking his abilities in combat and demolitions.

There is an innate gift for stalking. Making him very good at infiltration and tracking.

Elijah also always trusts his gut. Even when intelligence says others wise. Most of the time it works it out for the better bit when it doesn't it goes south really badly.

History: Elijah was born in a poor side town. His parents died not long after his 13th birthday. Till the day they were killed in an accident, they taught him to survive. When he found out what happened, he did the only thing he knew to do. He took off into the night and learned the hard way to survive.

The moment he came of age. He enlisted in the army. He figured it was only way out of living on a mountain top . There were... Certain issues that he had overcome. Being alone for so long he wasn't used to being around people. Because of his life style most things didn't make sense to him. Except for combat. He excelled in that in an almost horrific manner.

It wasn't long before he found himself in an elite ground unit. The Spartan Unit. Over the years he has cross trained to a great many different skill sets. As a result he is almost a one man wrecking crew. Part of that is training and part of that is experience. He has a high mission success rate. There are more than couple of rumors about his accomplishments.

After having some issues with some high ranking officials. Elijah left the New Order Army. It caused a little more than stir for such a decorated solder to leave the military the way he did. Rumors float around about what happened that range from him sleeping with someone's wife to him killing someone important.

Other: He likes pie.

For over a decade, Kasperov has been involved in the war against the resistance. He has not only survived, but has also excelled in the field of covert operations through hard work, insatiable curiosity, brutal honesty and exceptional leadership. Combat, espionage and constant training have defined his adult life. His tactical experience has become a part of his instinct.

Though fully aware and confident of his abilities, Kasper understands that his survival has often been a gift of chance. He knows he is human and that he is fallible, and he does not want to die. Highly-trained, skilled and experienced, Konrad possesses a distinctly dark sense of humor, which he uses to control his fears and keep himself calm while in the field.

But in order to achieve the discipline required for his work, Kasperov has had to bury certain aspects of himself and his humanity. His ability to detach himself emotionally from the immediate situation in order to better achieve his objectives is an exceptional attribute. In a sense, he has become what he does. However, his emotions have been known to surface. Kasper has acquired an admirable collection of scars, war experiences, and a place in the nation's history. He has little left to prove to the world and he has no interest in glory, unlike many of his colleagues. If Konrad fights, it is because he believes he is capable of provoking a positive change.

Equipment:
Having the support of MPS, Kasper is able to freely choose whatever he wishes or needs to equip himself with. This results in Kasper having access to relatively futuristic gear in comparison to the military or the resistance, since this technology was designed and created during the reign of the New Order.

Kasper's assault rifle of choice is the Special Operations Combat Rifle (SOCR), a spiritual successor to the Magpul Masada. It is an assault rifle platform designed by Weapons Design Bureau Zero and is chambered in 300 AAC Blackout, whose ballistics are similar to the Soviet 7.62x39mm ammunition. The rifle boasts superior accuracy, damage and reliability over the obsolete M4 system that uses the 5.56x45mm NATO round.



This masterpiece of an automatic pistol is a custom model of the M1911A1, incorporating high-precision parts for improved performance. It's capacity is limited to seven rounds, but the .45ACP ammunition boast excellent stopping power and the gun's simple design makes it highly reliable. This gun has belonged to Kasper since his days in the military.

Konrad Kasperov was a graduate of the New Order Military Academy, majoring in Information and Communication Technologies, and became a member of the 2nd Special Warfare Group - Deep Reconnaissance Platoon under the call sign 'Riga'.

He is acknowledged as one of the finest Servicemen in his lifetime by his superiors. He led and participated in various special operations in Utopia controlled districts. At some point during his time in the military, Konrad spent nearly two years as an intelligence analyst.

He was honorably discharged from the military at the age of 28, after attaining the rank of Major.

After leaving the military, Kasperov was recruited into the Directorate of Public Safety, where he worked in information warfare. At a later point, Kasperov was a part of a joint investigation between the DSP and the IFO-B that led him to a conspiracy that involved the DPS and the High Council.

This resulted in Konrad leaving the DPS and going independent.

During this time, Kasper was contracted by the military as a special consultant. This allowed him to gain many contacts in the military and the government.

After this, Kasper returned to the DPS (now reorganized as Ministry of Public Security) as a Paramilitary Operations Officer under the request of an old friend.

Currently, Kasper leads a paramilitary team called Masako under the code name 'Kozak'.

If he was privy to sensitive information, there is no way in hell they would just let him leave and go indepedent. Sorry. He could have been MOVED to the military as a consultant however.

Not sure if i want a conspiracy that goes all the way up to the high council. PM me it if you can please. Something that involves a single member might be alright though. (like bribery or something) But of course, it might be fine as it is, i just need to see it first.

And what do you mean by the "Reign of the new order"? In the weapons section. The new order is reigning right now. It sounds like you are referring to the old world civilizations. Otherwise, its fine.

So yeah. Im happy to fill in any information you need.

Juggernaut armor like in all of duty, that can stop small arms but is very slow, is a large target, and is weak at the joints. Thats kind of the maximum im willing to allow.

1. Kasperov left the Military in order to join the DPS, but now that I've read what I had written again, I see that this was not made clear. Sorry.

2. If It's based on the CIA/KGB, then sign me in.

3. I have to keep this, sorry. Notice how I began calling him Kasper only after he goes independent, that is the point when he cuts his ties to the New Order. This is the point where he becomes a new man. This is the point when his strings are cut.

He is contracted by the military.

He goes back to the MPS after a request. Not an order.

He leads his own unit.

Even his code name - Kozak is a spelling of Cossack. Cossacks are a group of predominantly East Slavic people who originally were members of democratic, semi-military communities in Ukraine and Southern Russia.

I believe you misunderstood how it happened too. I am making a much more detailed biography and I am planning to release it as flashbacks in my IC posts, ofcourse if you will accept my character.
