Yasmin threw a ball of paper so it hit the back of Serah's head. It said Hey, look to the back. Yasmin was waving slightly.

"You like you're piano, don't you?" Ken said, just saying something to keep the conversation going. He didn't want to wait in silence for the principal to say something, so he figured talk would be the best way to keep him entertained. "It's your favorite thing in the world, yeah?"

"So... Where's the other half to your necklace?" Ken said, lazily looking around the auditorium. At this point, he was just making small talk. He really wanted this announcement to be over with. "They snooping around somewhere?"

The man returned to the microphone and cleared his throat to gain the attention of everyone.

Venin brought his attention to the man that made the noise. He was ready to jump out of his chair and run, he really didn't have a good feeling about this. "Let's just hope, Serah."

When everyone had quietened down the man began to talk again. His stance had changed from a somewhat timid one to a pretty authoritative one. "Good morning students. I hope you all have settled in quite nicely."

"No, sir, I haven't settled at all," Venin moved to the edge of his chair and went from looking to the exit, to the man on the stage. "It's times like this I wish I didn't have a habit for sitting up front."
