A good 20 years ago, a man named Isaac Martain perfected the reason for a victory in war for centuries to come. The ability to stop them before they even start.
The Omni Project was a secret experiment and study held at the head of Martain himself, to prove that all odds can be beat. A man-made super soldier. These soldiers, taken in their prime childhood from their homes were known as Omnids, they were to be converted into the governments super power. Each young child was injected with a complicated steroid that causes rapid puberty and growth with a random 'ability' he called them, but it was really uncertain of what the outcomes could be. Many considered the abilities to be side effects. Essentially making a human soldier factory to resupply soldiers, after a year of perfecting this, Martain proudly signed his soldiers onto a military contract. This slowly grew into a power used widely, police began buying Omnids to solve crime and hunt down criminals they could not fine. They were bought to save lives before they were taken. The Omni Program proved promising in the next step to evolution in allowing peace in the world. Until Martains unfortunate death, the project was taken over by a man named Alec Pearce. Isaac's right hand in the project, A brute in his life style he was a previous mobster, known for his work in the big cities across America. His intelligence got him his position as leader of the Program.
He began using the Omnids to undermined other countries and take their good, also selling and buying Omnid children like slaves, using them for the dirty work he did not want his men doing.
That's when war happened. Not war between countries or states, war between the gifted and their creators. Many turned on their master, Omnids caught were killed on sight, those who were not were taken and imprisoned along with other Omnids. The government labeled them as terrorists and offered a grand amount of money to anyone who would turn them in.

In this RP it will take place in Seattle, you will be an one of three things,
Omnid: Fighting for survival against those who would be out to hunt you.
Project enforcers: Those out to hunt Omnids and bring them to justice or kill them.
Rogue enforcers: Men and women that worked on the project but do not agree with what Pearce has done to the project and want to protect the Omnids.
The RP will be based around the war and discrimination against these teens and adults who had no choice but to be kidnapped and turned Omnid.
Rules:
1. Website rules of course.
2. No godmodding/power playing/ playing other peoples characters in general unless giving permission.
3. As many characters as you want as long as all are kept active.
4. flexible on posts, but if going to be gone longer then a week let me know.
Powers taken:
Shadow manipulation
Super Human Tracking
Hope Materialization
invisible and intangible to non-living objects
Upper body super strength and speed
Powers are flexible to use the same ones as long as they can be made different enough.
