Rolf walked over to the fire, his white woolen cloak still wrapped around his shoulders. He had taken it from his spare clothes and slept with it wrapped around both himself and Forge. He didn't know about anyone else, but he had been quite warm, and he was loath to drop the cloak and embrace the cold.

"Good morning," he answered Cabhan, his voice also a croak, but still cheery. His hands emerged from the cloak, one holding a bottle and the other a paper wrapped package. He set the bottle down and unwrapped the salted meat he'd brought, warming it on the fire like Anara was.

When he started to tear at the meat, he took a drink from the bottle and offered it absently to Cabhan. "Great adventure so far, eh? A far journey and a bit of espionage. When the spymaster awakes, we'll have to send him back, don't you think?"

It was awhile before Axon awoke and when he stirred Razeth wasn't far behind. Axon shook his head to shake out the sleepiness and when he quit we was caught staring directly at one of Razeth's large slitted eyes that lazily opened to greet the new day. Razeth then made a large yawn that knocked Axon back stumbling onto the net of Razeth's massive wing. Lightly chuckling he took a step over a started rubbing Razeth's nose, bridging their minds their emotions mixed making the pair happy and content to leave their little bundle to gather up the few supplies they exposed for the night. Upon finishing that they took a walk to the edge of the wood. Once there he ground his packs and upon mounting Razeth, the two together took flight and after flying around the island for a few moments they started dive bombing into the water only to pop up again, sometimes empty handed, but also sometimes with a fish in Axon's hands or Razeth's mouth and claws.

A few of the dives would surely be able to be seen from the party's camp shoudl anybody care to look out at the sea and further care to pay attention to the biggest headache the team has found yet.

All the while Axon couldn't help but think about the party, the terrible first impressions, and about what they would decide to do with him. Either way and no matter what choice they made his path was singular and he'd sick to it no matter what.

Cabana takes the drink offered to him with a nod. "that is what I am for. However, it isn't up to just us" He takes a swig and hands the bottle back. He stifles a yawn and looks between the two. "What is planned for today?" He tears into more of the meat he had out and eats it.

Sapphire wakes up and yawns his ears flicking. With a soft squeak he gets up and sits next to Cabhan who gives him some of the meat he had out. Sapphire then chirps again before trotting over to a good spot to watch Axon and Razeth catch fish. The dragon wants to go fishing as well, but he remains where he is.

Even dressed in nary but his skivvies, the cool air of morning didn't do much to stir Quincy awake. Compared to some of the colder waters he's accustomed to traversing, cold air felt warm to his skin. Even then, the inner rumblings of Alejandra's stomach was sure to make her active. Snout still in Quincy's lap, Allie shifted and nudged, forcing her partner awake. "MMMmmnngh..." He barely replied. There wasn't much of a response, until her forked tongue flitted about his nostrils. The induced irritation made Quincy flinch, jerking him out of sleep.

"Okay, alright, i'm up." He mumbled, groaning a bit as he hopped from her coil. Looked like most of the others were already awake, and tending to the fire, or preparing their meals. Quincy checked his clothes, noticing they had dried overnight. As he was worked his way into his pants, the Sea Drake nudged into his back. It didn't take much to hear her stomach growling, and her replying whines. "Yeah, i'm hungry too, girl." He replied, the needs of his dragon bringing him to full attention. Quincy hopped to his feet, and grabbed for his backpack. "Goin' down to the water, Mum. Gonna get Allie some breakfast." He announced to Anara and the party, before trotting off.

Down at the shore, Alejandra didn't waste a second before diving in. Quincy decided to wait at the water, not wanting to get in his dragon's way when she goes into her hunting mode. He could notice the water further out, splashing and thrashing, signifying that she already had a catch. "Tire it out..." He mumbled, watching intently as the water began to calm. "...And reel it in." A dye of red began swimming back to the surface, a clear indication of a completed scuffle. The Sea Drake quickly rose from the water, a tail fin in her teeth. Currently being dragged to shore was a bottlenose dolphin, bloodied and clearly expired.

"Good catch, baby girl." Quincy replied, giving her an impressed thumbs up. She dug in immediately after, tearing and rending dolphin flesh. "Uh, hey, save some for me, please." He protested playfully, brandishing his backpack. "My knife's gotta be somewhere in here..." As he looked up in a brief moment, he could notice the spiky black dragon from the night before, diving in and out of the water with his rider still intact. "Hm. Guess they gotta do it the hard way." He mumbled with a smirk and a scoff, finding his knife before joining his dragon in breakfast.

Oberon stirred, he had finally gotten enough sleep for once, how nice. Others had awoken it seemed, and were going about doing their business. He wasn't one for much talk in the morning so he already decided to keep to himself. Upon rummaging through his pack, he pulled out some rations and decided to eat those instead of something fresh, as he had plenty.

He awoke Sicarus with a steady patting, the dragon grumbled before turning around to face him. He seemed groggy but after a quick stretch he sat upright, over the foliage. Oberon leaned up against his right leg in the front. He wondered what would happen today, where they would be going next and if he would get to use any of his skills. The whole ordeal was exciting and he couldn't wait to get started but kept his emotions bottled up.

"Ah, there we go." Quincy muttered in confidence, standing to his feet. Working his way around Alejandra's ravenous mauling, he managed to slice a piece out for himself, this slab of fillet from just under the dorsal fin. "Ugh, lookit all this blubber..." He examined the large piece of meat. Quite fatty, but most of it could be carved off without too much sacrifice.

"Didja really have to go and pick out the fattest one, Allie?" It was understandable, at least. A growing Sea Drake could use all the food it could get, especially considering all the miles that would undoubtedly be traversed later on in the day. It was safe to assume this wouldn't even be the last serving of seafood she'd consume before their departure. Once she started digging into the organs, Quincy thought it best to head back to the camp site.

"You get your fill, girl. I'm gonna go throw this on the coals." He mentioned, leaving her to her breakfast before heading back up the hilly terrain. He was sure to pick off some long branches off passing trees on the way up, something to help him tend to his selection while it cooked. He had a brief thought of finding some eggs to compliment the meat, but quickly decided against it.

"Didn't see anyone bring a frying pan, so that's a no go..." Back at the camp, the scene had barely changed. Oberon and his Black Knight were active, and were eating along with the rest of them. Seemed like everyone was eager to get the day underway, which was understandable, as Quincy was eager to do the same. He placed the dolphin meat in the hot ash and coals before sitting back in the grass.

It was a good 30 minutes of Axon and Razeth diving in and out of the water before the two felt as though their catch was a plenty for a good meal or two. Satisfied and ready to finally dig in the two leveled out to start their flight back to their little alcove of the island. It was on the way though that Razeth spotted Sapphire looking all sorts of lonely on a perch by the water. Unable to avoid saying good morning he flew down to where Sapphire was, coming in for a landing just a few meters away despite Axon's protests and goading to get him to stay away from 'em.

Once Razeth was landed though, using two of his arms to cradle his breakfast, he used the other too to keep himself upright so he could chirp and whine at Sapphire in greetings. His tail whipping back and forth swinging that deadly blade around in glee. He then bent his head down took a fish from his pile and placed in on the ground in front of Sapphire, nudging it with his nose towards the colorful puff ball. Chirping even more to get him to take the gift.

Meanwhile Axon was busying making overblown hand gestures shouting at Razeth, "Come'on I'm hungry! And I know you are too, I can sense it! Let's just head back to the camp already!"

Sapphire looks up at his large friend and happily chirps. Then he gets fish! More Chirps from him as he gobbles up the fish. The happy dragon then bounces around his friend and then sticks his tongue out at Axon. Sapphire makes odd noises that sound like he is mocking the rider.

Cabhan meanwhile finishes his meal and remains where he is. He doesn't seem too concerned about his dragon, probably because he knows the sapphire can handle himself. Either that or he knows that sapphire wouldn't go too far without him. Either way Cabhan remains unworried.

As the little ball of feathers and energy that was Sapphire bounced around Razeth, the massive black dragon would've liked to bound with him, but with his arms filled with his take of the ocean's bounty he merely wagged his vicious tail vigorously back and forth. Grunting and chirping back in his own deep way as he watched his friend.

Axon meanwhile took a bit of bothered offense by the little guy's taunting, sticking his own tongue out at Sapphire in response. Of course though this little outburst quickly faded as he started to become happy given the playfulness that was surrounding him. It was this kind of thing he lived for! Prancing, running, and wrestling with dragons having fun with his brother and being free to enjoy the silly pleasures that only children seem to grace themselves with. "Common brother, let's go eat real quick then we can come back." He said to Razeth.

Razeth tilted his head towards Axon so one of his large eyes could see the human. Then in a grunt and a look to Sapphire he nodded and wagged his tail further as he excused himself to take off and fly back towards their little clearing the two brothers used as their temporary home.

Once back, a flurry of preparations began as firewood was piled, then lit by Razeth's black fire. Fish was eaten both raw and also skinned to be cooked shortly there after. It took awhile, but before long the two were busy eating their fill rather quickly to keep their promise to head back and play.
