The world may never know..... But if I was a betting man I'd bet we got some sort of character coming eventually.

And there you go a slightly longeish post filled with intrigue, excitement and death!

Oh and @Morden Man I feel the only proper response to your post is claymation M. Night Shyamalan,

EDITED

Name: Arkana Stone

Species: Chiss

Gender: Female

Homeworld: Csilla

Age: 29

Occupation: Imperial Spy / Undercover Waitress

Appearance: Arkana is a Chiss female that stands above average height (about 5 & 1/2 feet) and is fairly toned (about 120 lbs.). She has the normal features a Chiss would possess such as deep blue skin & blood red eyes. She had medium long jet black hair and often wears it in a pony tail. Normally, she has a thick Imperial accent, but disguises it as a typical Coruscant inhabitant due to her assignment given to her by the Empire.

Apparel: While at work as a waitress in "The Blue Milk Bar", Arkana wears her uniform which consists of a navy tank top, black leather pants with a black apron & small red boots. While off work she wears a black bodysuit with a light blue long sleeve shirt underneath with black combat boots. When travelling to and from 3030, she wears a long black hooded robe to hide her identity in fear of compromising her mission.

Weapons: Compact Vibro-Knife, Q-2S5 Light Blaster Pistol, DC-15S Medium Blaster Rifle (rarely equipped) & Smoke Grenades in case of a need to quickly escape.

Equipment: Imperial Espionage Gauntlets (equipped with a holo-communicator, a simple lock picking mechanism & a one-shot toxic dart), Tactical Binoculars, Imperial Tracking Chip (that is placed in the back of her neck in case she decides to defect or go AWOL) & a small first aid kit for menial injuries.

Skills: Arkana is a force to be reckoned with in hand-to-hand combat and melee based combat thanks to her father. From a young age, Arkana learned how to defend herself and became very good at doing so.
Arkana possesses two very dangerous skills that he Empire is interested in: Interrogation & Stealth. After nearly escaping the Star Destroyer she was captured by, the Admiral on board, instead of executing her, decided to use her abilities for his own use. She was wuickly trained to refine her skills, which was a pain the entire time, because of her not wanting to cooperate.

Flaws: Arkana is very witty & cunning when it comes to her "work", but she is under a massive amount of stress because of her forced affiliation with the Empire. Another downfall of hers is her precision with a firearm which is not to be desired.

Personality: Arkana keeps to herself most of the time, not wanting to compromise her mission. She is normally very happy and relaxed, but when the Empire stepped into her life she became cautious and jumpy. She constantly has to be on her toes while the Empire is breathing down her neck.
Arkana would love nothing more than to kill anyone in the Empire she comes across, but certain stipulations keep her in check.

Goals: Arkana is on an assignment from the Empire to capture an ex-Rebel spy that may have information about the current location of the Rebel Alliance. Apart from her mission she wants to kill anyone in the Empire that she can and escape with her brother.

History: Arkana was born on Csilla, a very cold wasteland of a planet on the Outer Rim, which is home to the Chiss species. Arkana had a fairly normal childhood and grew up with a stay at home mother, a smuggler father and a younger brother named Colt. Things were fairly normal until her father came home in a hurry one night. He collected his family and left Csilla as soon as he could. Arkana could hear him speaking to his wife about a deal that went raw involving the Empire.
Soon after their ship was captured by a Star Destroyer. Her father and mother were killed and her brother was put into slavery on Kessel. Before Arkana could be put into slavery but she almost escaped custody. The Admiral on board surprised by her cunning, gave her an offer she couldn't refuse.
For her and her brother's freedom, she would have to go to Coruscant, on level 30/30 to locate an ex-Rebel spy named Theryn Korr, capture him and get whatever information he has. If the information is worth enough to the Empire, her and her brother are free. Arkana does not believe the Empire will deliver, so she waits on Coruscant, plotting and scheming her way to rescue her brother.

@The Canadian Hate to break it to you, but the only Chiss to really get involved in the Empire was Thrawn (If @Heat is going with EU anyway). The rest of the Chiss didn't really care about the Empire, and they technically weren't officially a part of it.

I'll let Heat decide that. I wanted an Imperial character, but aside from Chiss the Empire does not like alien races, being very Nazi-esque. And I didn't want another human, but if that's the case then I can onviously make a simple race change. If not I'll just take myself elsewhere.

The Empire didn't like the Chiss.

Palpatine found Thrawn useful, that's about as far as the relationship went. There's also an element of Thrawn chose to leave and make his mark, very few Chiss had his kind of pull to be able to do that and return home.

How comes you never give me a post that long :(

Well maybe a RP about decisive life and death decisions against angry Clone Troopers requires more tight and firm posts to keep the action and adrenaline of such a situation present, and a crime drama dealing with the darker side of civilization asks for a more drawn out deal to keep drama and tension high with an air of mystery. Or maybe I just don't like you. IMEANWHAT ;)

@The Canadian
Technically speaking Sep is right. The Empire is as you stated with their Humanocentrism beliefs and Human High Culture enforced ideas, barely even tolerated Thrawn because he was good at what he did. And the Chiss Ascendancy didn't even like the Empire that much caring only about themselves for the most part and were even more xenophobic than the Empire especially since after the whole trying to help the Sith Empire during the Great Galactic War and the Cold War really didn't work out in the end at least proving in their minds that anybody the Ascendancy could ally with would proabably just end up fucking it up in the end.

Buuuuut that being said, I know personally in my own RPs little canon nudges are not generally an issue with with me as long as they produce good stories. But I'm not really in a position to rule either way and I feel that is more Heat's job than mine. So no need for anybody on either side to become hostile. Remember everybody stay cool like the Fonz. And that is my ruling on the subject as Co-GM.

Look, I'm well aware of all this stuff. I really just wanted to bang out mt character in hopes of grabbing a spot before the story got too far. My logic was this:

As explained in the original thread, the Empire's presence is sort of almost "myth" in 30/30, so by them hiring someone as unlikely as a Chiss it wouldn't raise much suspicion. I would've wrote all this in her history, but I did this super quick before work. If you'd like (and would grant me a better chance at being accepted) I can write the full history as intended so theres no... Issues.

Thanks

All I shall say (I have no power here) is it is always advisable to write your full concept down.

That's fair, thank you. No hard feelings.
This conversation actually gave me a new idea how to approach her character.
