Creating Threads and Mentions.

It's not a really big problem for a number of reasons, but its come to my attention that if you mention anyone in the creation of your thread, they will not receive the mention. Seems like a pretty easy fix but since I know nothing about coding eh. Just figured I'd bring it to someone's attention.

Editing in @mentions won't send notification either. But that we think is a known feature.
