Fleshing out the rules some more along with Neptune's backstory. Might give the armor a camouflage feature, not pure invisibility or anything like that, just something for night time missions like in Young Justice.

and, I have switched from telekinesis to Electrokinesis. Included in this power are projection and control of electricity, as well as Mechanokinesis, or the manipulation of machines through the electrical currents within them, done n her case by projecting her mind's eye within them, and manipulating from there. Thoughts? Also, how much power per purity would that be?

2) I'll give you a freebie on the first question because while I put the years he lobbied for the program(4384-88), I forgot to state what year it was actually approved.(4389)

But come on man! I put the current year at the top of the OP dude....the RP takes place in the year 4404....*grumble* *grumble*...

3) I'm gonna call purity 10=Lightning storm So Purity 7 we'll say is...I don't know, 600 volts.

And about mechanokinesis, you'd need enough power to run the machine constantly and you need the power of polarity(magnetisium) just to keep the wires in place or even move the machine if it wasn't functioning when you tried to control it. And I guess you could simulate magnetic abilities since you can control electricity but how much more power would that take along with keeping the machine running.

So I mean, I guess you could if you practiced control that much which would be a requirement if I let you have this skill but it feels impractical outside of small machinery. Oh, if you decided your specialty was mechanics or something you could do it even easier but you'd have to agree to be a non-combative.

Alright, sorry about missing the start date, that is my bad, I just missed it while reading through.

second, What about the Amperage? Thats the real measure of Power here. Tasers pump massive amounts of volts through someone, but barely any amps, the amount is measured in milliamps, and even only a few milliamps can kill an adult. So, why not have 7 be lightning bolts? If it gets to complicated, i am fine with switching back to Telekinesis. and yeah, dropping the mechanokinesis part.

Let's say stealth.

So you want your skillset to look something like this.

Specialty

• Stealth: Agent (....Hoogly) can remove his presence from a room, disappearing into the shadows without a trace.

Since you're going for a simple, but effective, method (using your "other" skills as supports for your "specialty") let's try-

Other

• Parkour(for getting around)
• CQC
• Hacking

As for your stream, just go with Electricity purity one. I mean, it's as strong as a taser, you can use it on security systems, and even though purity one can't fire bolts or anything like that, we can just give you a weapon like a knife attached to a wire so you can go long range on them bitches!

You'd be almost exactly the same as the person you were thinking of now, you'd still be a bad-ass with an electric knife-whip and some stealth skill and parkouring to get around you'd even still be taking down those bitches I mentioned earlier. The only difference would be that your specialty would be hacking, that's it. Bad ass hacker-chick with a knife-whip and some sneak skill.

Your suit will have to be customized with a far more powerful computer than the norm, you can even say you customized it yourself. We might have to take away some of the armament but you'll have Neptune with you on most missions so you'll be okay.
