Not my best Chromite post, but I wanted to help get the plot moving.
Chromite raised an eyebrow. The gem who had been acting violently before had gone into the temple with a human, and now loud noises were coming from it, as if a battle was taking place. "You said that one of the gems you wanted to meet would be in there, didn't you? Perhaps we should go and see what's happening, you can't exactly talk to them if they're dead." Chromite scooped Evenkite up and carried her to the door. "Wait here, it might not be safe. I'll go in and see what's happening. Chromite was interested to learn more about this potential threat, and she was sure that Bloodstone would want to know more about him too. She entered the temple to see what was happening. "Ah, commander, I wasn't expecting to see you here. Is this gem causing you problems?

I think I'm going to try to do a Spinel and Chromite thing tonight since Loony is gone and I really don't know what else I should wait for at this point. @Akayaofthemoon @Kronshi Would you guys be okay if I had Chromite try to go into the temple? Also do you have any plans for how Eve is to get gem'd?

@Akayaofthemoon Yeah, I think that's what Pearl meant when she said Rose made her feel like everything. If Rose ever consciously turned Pearl down, I think this is why. She knew that being able to stand on her own was going to be a crucial part of Pearls growth, and she wouldn't be able to have that if she was constantly relying on Rose for strength.
