Someone with a lot of money should have their very own submarine or something, would make any mission underwater a lot safer.

IC: Emerald Felicia - Vs Krysthane -
"EEP!" Krysthane was quicker than Emmy had anticipated. Acting on instinct alone, Emerald propelled herself to make a hard dodge to the left, using her semblance to send her flying faster. Of course she used more force that she anticipated, and ended up crashing onto the floor. Still, she had avoided that very scary looking kick, if only barely. She had gotten cocky and it had almost cost her.
She didn't have time to think about that though, right now she was on her hands and knees, recovering from her crash, Krysthane was sure to attack while she was in this predicament. The solution was to attack first. Without bothering to get off the floor she turned herself around so she could see Krysthane, and without missing a beat began to fire a barrage of blasts from her shotguns at the other girl's general area. More than likely it would do more damage to the gym than Krysthane's aura. It didn't matter if they hit Krysthane or not, Emmy just wanted to buy a little bit of time.

As for the telepathy thing, I guess I'll compromise and say that for most people who at least have an active aura going on, they may feel something strange in his presence if he's trying to read their mind. I just don't want people to get this feeling and then realize he's reading their mind, least of all when all he's doing is reading and not trying to communicate. I hate it when I play a telepath and people just suddenly start discovering their ability to ward themselves against mind reading or become able to pin down exactly who is looking into their heads just by the "strange feeling" they're getting.
That's funny, because I think most people hate it when someone who plays a telepath suddenly knows everything about your character and can predict everything you do and you have no way to stop it.
Like seriously a telepath without clear limits and boundaries in an rpg sucks for everyone but the telepath. It's basically allows you to metagame without breaking the rules.
IC: Emerald Felicia - Vs Krysthane -
Krysthane ducked, that wasn't all that surprising. But as Emerald landed she found herself losing her footing, her opponent had covered the ground in water! Krysthane was already charging at her, she had to think fast or the match would be over before it started! Emmy smirked as she thought of a rather easy solution, go up. She bent her knees, before quickly springing upwards, as she began to ascend she unleashed her semblance, a powerful wind pushed her further up toward the ceiling before taking her over Krysthane before she started falling back towards the ground again, landing on the other side of the gym where Krysthane had been before she charged. She looked at Krysthane and waved.
"Won't catch me that easy!" She said cheekily, before raising her right arm at Krystane and firing an air blast from her gun. It was a non-lethal attack, but it was excellent at knocking opponents off their feet and dazing them for a few moments if it hit.
