Name: Silver(yandere)
Appearance: Silver, starting from the top, has silver hair, and red eyes. For clothing, Silver wears a large white coat that covers her entire body, and a collar that raises up over her face, making it seem that it is too big for her. This helps to further the idea that silver is young, as it makes her naturally small frame look that much smaller.
Age: Ageless, though puts out an image of youthfulness

Prima/minor circum
Silvers main focus in magic is in prima. primarily in energy magic, which is a control over various forms of life energy. Silvers mastery of this magic is rather weak, and is mostly used to replenish her own energy.
She also has a minor ability for circum magic. However, she only has one ability. She is able to teleport herself anywhere within a space of five feet instantaneously. And while this doesn't take quite as much energy as other circum magic, it does take quite a bit.
Strengths:
Energy drain: Silver can drain energy from others. While the amount drained is negligent, and in fact, she could actively drain a person without them noticing even a slight drop in their energy, a little goes a long way, and she can heal minor injuries using just a tiny bit of energy drained.
Energy bolt: using either her own energy, or energy drained from another person, she can fire a bolt of energy. The strength of the bolt depends on how much energy has been used, and can range anywhere from a foam dart, to a tank shell. However the amount used does have its drawbacks, with the strongest causing her to drop from fatigue as soon as it's used.
Teleport: Silver is able to Teleport any length, so long as it doesn't exceed five feet. It doesn't take quite as much energy as other circumstances magic, so she's able to use it about four times in a fight before it becomes unusable for a time.
Weaknesses:
Silvers own mastery of the magic is rather weak. Thus, her magic isn't much of a threat on its own.
The more energy she puts into her magic, the more tired she becomes. This is because it draws from her energy, thus, and this is excarcebated by her weak mastery, any strong bolt of energy can easily leave her vulnerable.
Her drain is negligible, and requires her to have physical contact. Meaning it is impractical in a combat situation, and wouldn't do much to distract the opponent anyways
Catalyst:
Magic dual handguns: Silver has a pair of handguns. These allow her to use her magic, but have an interesting feature of their own. Any bullets they fire move much faster then normal, and will follow whoever silver aims for, so long as they give off body heat. She passes this off as amazing accuracy, however one can see her actual accuracy when she shoots at a target.
Other Skills:
Accuracy(?): Silver has amazing accuracy, and never misses her target ever. She doesn't like to hurt paper targets though. They didn't do anything to her.
Reflexes: Silvers reflexes are faster then most, and allow her to respond to situations faster. This is useful in a combat situation, considering her weapon of choice
Mathematics: Silver is naturally good at math. Especially multiplication and geometry.
Speed: Silvers small frame allows her to move fast. However she can't run very far, as she gets tired.

Mysterious doll: rumored to be in the image of her original master.
Spectacles of eros: A truly fearsome artifact... when worn, they will slowly exert their influence over the entirety of montagne, and soon the bearer of this terrifying artifact, no matter where they may hide, will find that everyone, even those who hated them, will come to love them... this, is the terrible power of the spectacles of eros!
(The effects are stronger the more hatred the person has. With those who sincerely love the wearer not being affected at all.)
Steel dagger: Silvers personal dagger. She doesn't use it very much, however it is extremely useful for... extracting... eyes of her victims.
Master: none... yet.
Personality: Silver puts off an image of innocence and sweetness. She always refers to others by Mr. Or Mrs. and always speaks politely to others. However, this hides a very murderous personality. Silver holds grudges for a very long time, and can get murderous when someone harms her or those she is close too. This belies a double standard however. Silver has very serious abandonment issues. Thus, if the one she is close to leaves her behind, their life is forfeit. With the chance of reconciliation getting smaller and smaller the longer they are gone.
An interesting thing to note, is that she prefers to start with extracting the left eye. And only the left eye. So that the victim may watch.
Backstory: Silver was originally the familiar of a powerful sanctus mage. For a while, things went well between the two. However the mage at one point left silver locked into her room, and left her there for a week. Obviously, she managed to get out. However to this day no one is sure what happened to the sanctus mage. Without a master, and looking too young to be left alone, silver was relocated to montagne academy for both tutelage, and as a way to get her a guardian.
