Hey guys! I'm Aces Away, you can call me Ace or Aces!

I was a member of Roleplayerguild before that crash or whatever where all our stuff was erased. I've been RPing since I was like...I think about 13 or so. I'm 27 currently.

no worries!
"Yes, Yeoja Avalai?" Taeyang inquired, keeping himself bowed as per usual until she accepted his presence. He always found it odd how his upbringing when human and his now engrained vampiric instincts made him so...docile to those he acknowledged as above him. Not that Avalai didn't deserve it; the length of her existence alone showed her strength, and her seat waiting for her next to Dracula's in his castle said much about her overall importance in this world.

"If I may lend an ear, of course." He finished, raising his eyebrow and keeping his eyes on the ground in respect.
Yeoja (Korean): Lady
Taeyang paced around the castle on his nightly walk. Normally, he'd invite Yeoja Avalai along on his walks- it's always up to her whether to accept or not- but tonight he was moving at a much faster pace, doubling back to make the walk longer as his thoughts raced. They had new blood! New Kin, siblings, family! They could really use more vampires in their coven after...

Taeyang stopped and wrapped his arms around himself, whining at the loss of DeWinter manim- the one he was closest to due to his formal upbringing- and the other five kin that they lost last summer during the Hunters' attack. Even within the castle and on the cloudy lands of Scotland, the blistering sun had them weakened, causing them to need more blood in order to sustain themselves. Yeoja Avalai had been off seeing the Big Guy and he himself had been out hunting for their coven so they could survive and stay strong in case of an attack; the Hunters had been getting more rowdy both in Scotland and England, more decapitations and stakes to the heart than the vampires had seen in years.

That was when the pain had crippled him in the middle of the forest as he was stalking some runaways who were camping there. His still heart felt as though it was being ripped apart while he still lived- or...existed at least. He ran back to the castle as fast as he could, making it back in half a day. He hid in the treeline as he watched the Hunters bask in their victory, never knowing some of the coven had survived. They didn't make it far after that.

Taeyang had been curled up in the dungeons, locking himself in and denying himself blood as punishment. If Yeoja Avalai hadn't yanked him out a week later upon her return and shoved the blood down his throat, he doubted he'd be here now. It had taken her a while to get back, caught up in the political politeness of having to stay when asked by a vampire even older than herself. She told him that she had felt their coven's death to a much lesser extent, and had hunted down their other few members that had dispersed during the attack. There were 5 of them left out of the 14 that had originally walked these halls. 5 Vampires barely even makes a coven.

It's been a long two seasons and finally, at the thawing of snow and beginning of spring, new blood had been brought to the castle. He knocked politely at the double-doors of the 'living' room and entered.

"Yeoja Avalai, they should be waking soon." He said, his calm demeanor belying his excitement for new family.
Yeah
A lot of random ball/party goers and whatnot too
Name: Anrah

Gender: Female

Age: 19

Appearance:

Personality: Anrah can get angry very quickly, and is not very forgiving once she is wronged. She's protective of those she has deemed part of her family, and is the most ruthless if you harm them. She isn't good at being comforting in the traditional way, but she'll give you the cold hard facts of the situation at hand, and she won't be soft on you or hide the truths she sees. She likes control but is also adaptable if she can get a read on the situation at hand and rework it in her mind until she is more comfortable/knowledgeable of her place.

Likes: Writing, street fighting, reading, and music. She'll read books for hours and shut people out until something bigger sparks her curiosity.

Dislikes: Ignorance, tea, cowardice, manipulation, heat, elitists, extremists, loud noises and cities. Being left out of the loop can cause her a bit of anxiety because she likes control of her mind and situation, so she hates when people try to hide things from her.

History: Anrah grew up in a family that was always moving; from country to country, she never had a great time making friends or having an up-to-par education. When she was 8, she asked her mom to homeschool her since she knew she wouldn't be able to keep catching up in school. By making games and hands-on assignments, her mother taught her faster than any school, and by the time she was 14 she was a year above her grade level. Her dad decided he could no longer handle the nomad like lifestyle they led, and settled down in Wales right before her 15th birthday.

She was separated from her mother at 16 in a flood in Dublin. Unable to find her mother after things were clear, Anrah continued to travel by herself around Ireland for another 2 years. Deciding she liked Ireland, at least the more natural parts of it, she chose to walk through the country side and view all the old castles on foot. On her 19th birthday, she was sleeping in one of the old abandoned castles when she was brought to wakefulness by the crunching of rock and dirt beneath feet. As soon as she got up to look around, she felt pain in her neck and everything went black. She later awoke in the castle.

Name: Taeyang "Yang" Cheochi

Gender: Male

Age: 128

Appearance:
Personality: Yang is still young in his mind, and likes the idea of the role of little brother amongst the Elder vampires. He tends to tease and try to lighten the atmosphere when he feels things are getting too tense. He'd act like the fun older brother to the fledglings coming in, acting as the "middle child" between the two groups. He has a habit of swearing in Korean if he gets flustered or upset- but he tries to hide those feelings and stay acting as the fun loving person he wants people to see him as. He acts a bit like a kicked puppy if offended or hurt, and usually wonders what he did wrong on his nightly walks.

Likes: Yang loves movies and how much they've progressed. He likes old castles and architecture, reading, stretching and sitting in weird/uncomfortable looking poses- though they are the most comfortable to him. He likes being around others and making them happy and more comfortable, as it helps him feel better when others do.

Dislikes: Tension, no conversation when many are around. Continuous talking when he is obviously busy or trying to read. Being yelled at and left out/pushed away.

History: Born at the tail-end of 1886 to a Korean ambassador, Taeyang was traveling to foreign countries at a very young age. He made friends all around the world and had to learn several languages- or at least good enough to hold a conversation with kids around his age. It was in these travels that he both learned his love of reading- the boat rides were very long, after all- and his need to please others; He had it instilled in him to make the children of the other ambassadors and leaders happy, thus creating good relations between the -hopefully- next generation of nation leaders and ambassadors.

This continued up until his 28th year of life. The first World War was just a few months started, and as a neutral country, his father- and subsequently, still him despite his age- was sent to talk with both the Allies' ambassadors and the Axis'. This led to his kidnapping in late October of 1914, in the middle of the First Battle of Ypres. Prussian spies, sent to kidnap the Belgian ambassador- whom his father was in a meeting with- found it better to take him in hopes of strong-arming Korea to join their side. He was tortured, and interrogated for information.

When the Powers in Korea declined joining the Axis', and all but signed his death warrant, he was put out in the front lines with no weapon. He tried running, and was close to the Allies' stronghold when a shot rang out and pain erupted in his stomach. Last thing he remembers is someone shouting, then a man in a British uniform dragging him somewhere secluded and biting him. When he woke up he was in the castle and grudgingly greeted by the other Elders. It's been his life ever since.
Plot:
Two teenagers wake up in an unknown castle, with a hunger they had never before felt. At least, as far as they know; the absence of their memories not helping the matter. Upon awakening, a regal group is waiting for them, and reveal that they are a prestigious coven of vampires, descendants of Dracula and therefore aristocrats in the vampire world.
The teenagers are fledglings and they must learn not only their place in this new world, and its politics, but how to deal with the loss of their humanity as well as the awakening of their new primal instincts.
Ok
So is it just me and you again, Turner? (Maybe vampires Avalai's age have like a super bad reaction to the peper spray or maybe she even just decided to go back to Dracula...)
That's ok.
Just scribble whatever comes to mind on some paper it's a good cure
