He is a master martial artist in many different hand to hand combat styles, is a skilled and experienced detective, has enormous amounts of combat experience and is a scientific and technological expert.
As Bruce Wayne, Batman is one of the richest people in the world. He has invented a pill that can give him temporary superhuman durability and fighting ability across the board in every aspect, but this drug is hard to reproduce and can't just be popped inside him whenever he wants. ((In DC Injustice: God's Among US, this pill reproduces his sinew and bone density, among other things, by several thousand percent)). . . in addition, he is extremely prepared with gadgets and his costume and be and is often armored.
Weaknesses:
Delegating. To him admitting he's in over his head means admitting weakness. Since his entire MO is designed to strike terror into the hearts of criminals, the instant they start to see him as no more than a man in a costume, his advantage shrinks. Therefore he plans. He makes backup plans. He tries to do everything himself, because if someone thinks he can't do it all alone, that'll be a weakness.
Yes, he has allies. However, the instant that he thinks he's up against a greater-than-usual threat, he takes them off active duty, kicks them out of the city, and stops taking their calls. Then he spreads himself too thin, nearly gets himself killed, decides he's learned his lesson... and starts the whole bloody cycle over again.. (In other words, as Bruce Wayne he has extremely high Charisma, as Batman, it's his dump stat)).
Brief Bio:
Bruce was born 43 years ago in Gotham, America. He was a privileged child, until he was eight years old, his life was nearly perfect. He was both disciplined by his father and also spoiled, leading to a well-balanced child hood up until then, in addition to him enjoying whatever he wanted. His parents were very loving, both his father and mother loved him, and life was happy. Unfortunately for many criminals, innocent people, and Bruce Wayne himself, and his parents, his parents were mugged when Batman was an eight year old child, just before his ninth birthday. He was raised by his butler, Alfred, and he found himself as sort of a social pariah, with people looking at him with pity, both sickening pity, false sympathy and even sincere sympathy, but his life was somewhat ruined by that event, to the extent that he began to train himself, study, and do business obsessively for years.
Eventually, he began to do more than just excersize, read and do business. He trained in Japan to become extremely talented in certain martial arts and the ability to mentally condition himself. He trained in many other ways to become as self-sufficient and personally empowered as possible, and that eventually lead to him becoming Bat Man.

Anything goes, to a degree. Outside of things that simply don't fit within a roleplay such as this, almost anything is acceptable. The only limitations imposed are on things that are simply to powerful, at an OC or faction level, as detailed in the opening. In terms of flavor, practically any genre or medium is acceptable. Things that are completely outlandish are about the only things not accepted.
Okay. . . I think I'm choosing the UFP from Star Trek Online..
