If you employ steam then by a stretch we are equals.

We have FFVI Mech Warriors. Gun Mechs, flying machines . . . Not just steam power, but things that would make conventional WWII warfare out dated in comparison. I don't think we have any atom bombs or anything like that though, I haven't finished the game yet.
