I am thrilled you share this RP with us.

If you send me links to all the historical information I need to know. I will study and prepare myself for you within a few weeks.
Otherwise. I am not sure which regions of China will be relevant.

Anyways. I am stoked over this RP idea.
I hope you do good.

So in this role play, ethically questionable Corporations, Rogue Government Agencies, Malicious Crime Organizations, Covens of Witches, Cabals of Vampires, Tribes of Werewolves, and Think Tanks of Scientists, either benign or mad scientist versions of Think Tanks all exist in the same region of the world, in America, 2116. While the government and small orders of super heroes aid law enforcement in protecting cities and regions of the country from villains and immoral activities from any threat, vying factions jealously fight for power.

NPC Factions:

The

U.S.A

((Congress/The President, etcetera))

The Clarrence Administration
The United States Mutagenic Empowerment Association has forced known super heroes into registering for the government. Most superheroes aren't so powerful that they can breeze through scores of soldiers unarmed and come out on top as the only survivor. But nonetheless, the murders of innocent people throughout the country and assassination of prominent law enforcement officers has caused the Senate to agree on passing the Mutagenic Power Association Act, where anyone who possesses beyond mildly beneficial mutations to join the MEA. The MEA possesses Seven classes of Meta Humans. . . In Good Standing, Registered, Independent ((Folks who have somehow earned their privacy and independence from the Association)), Declassified (Those in trouble with the law and MEA), Danger Gamma, Danger Beta and Danger Alpha. Danger Alphas are forever forbidden from being unrestricted, forever disallowed from being in the public eye. Danger Beta are folks who resist arrest/or any association with the MEA and will fight tooth and nail to be unregistered. Danger Gammas are folk who simply repeatedly resist arrest and attempt to never register. Occasional resistance still places them in class Beta. Alpha Danger class is someone who attempts to mask their identification and repeatedly hides themselves from MEA, always trying to evade danger. Somewhat different from Beta Class that they never have any resistance of arrest and tend to always run, and never fight. Independents are meta humans who have somehow earned their way out of association and freedom, but this is a difficult class to obtain. Registered are the majority of Meta Humans, and Good Standing are folks who tend to volunteer for their tracking down of the "Danger classes".
Gandalf v.s Dracula

A wizard, named Gandalf, fights with Dracula. . . the lord of vampires. Both are iconic forms of their own kind. Gandalf is the wise, old wizard with magical knowledge and power. Dracula is the seductive, hypnotic and evil creature that personifies the very nature of a vampire. Gandalf is armed with a magical sword, Glamdring. Dracula has the strength of twenty men, has hypnotic powers, and has an assortment of demonic powers at his disposal like changing into bats or mist. Assuming that Gandalf knows Dracula's weaknesses since there are vampires in Middle Earth, he finds Dracula's lair near Saruman's home in Isengard. Gandalf finds Dracula is out of his coffin and there is no sun light in the caverns where the Lord of Darkness resides.
How about Terrordrome? It's a fighting game, for free, all based on horror movie monsters and characters. It's got Ash Williams, Pumpkinhead, Freddy Krueger, etcetera.
Okay. . . so, this role play is based on Creepy Pasta. Slenderman, Red Hell Beast from 8-Bit Godzilla, and other things are in this role play. . . as is some original characters. Most characters will be normal Human beings.
Never seen it. . . looks funny. . . how was it?
North America in 2330 Anno Dominae barely possesses 21,000,000 people in the entire continent. A far cry for the barely seven digit population the continent possessed a mere hundred years ago, but still quite a tiny population census. The city state of Phoenix, Arizona, is the only city with a population with more than a quarter of a million inhabitants left, with a census population of 300,000. Other places in America have managed a population center of around 100,000 or higher, but by and large, by the time of 2330, even a population of 50,000 is considered a somewhat large city. A war in 2100 caused the entire country of the United States and most of the world to collapse into a living nightmare of horrors, terror and mutation. Mutant animals and former Humans roam the world. . . Food is difficult to acquire, as is proper medical care, and sanitized water. Law and Order is rare, and most rely either on tribal association, at best, for any sign of real justice not based on pure revenge.
Why are you creepier than I am?
Something mildly like Mortal Kombat, is something that sounds interesting to me. Like Mortal Kombat, with a Japanese/Korean/Thai/Chinese/Mongolian theme sounds great. Maybe with some "Hunnic" like people, representing the Caucasians. lol.
So the idea is that there are some deity like people who decide the fate of the world/worlds, entire planets with the Tournaments. . . to make sure that the entire universe doesn't go to war with each other. Not just elemental gods, but also gods of war, gods of death, life, the sun, etcetera, fight each other by sending champions against each other, only risking their lives out of tournament, or in a tournament (But with a lot less power and ties to immortality).
Guangzhou looks best to me. ;)
