naa don't worry won't go that far.

@actraiserthereturned
I feel as if that last post was a bit op. Yeah the god gets involved. and there is a drawback. But opening the earth? Seems a bit much. Welp there is gonna be a battle among the gods anyways I guess. Still though raining meteors on them would have been better than opening the earth.

He's only opening Earth up for the invasion force, and of course, swallowing another hundred of them up in Neja territory. Two hundred dead enemies from a god isn't that much.
"The rules of this world are no longer set in stone." As the Neja began their attacks, The Dragon's Human face appeared in the sky, speaking with a resounding fury. "We are no longer ruled by the old laws of non-interference. You know what that means!" Suddenly, the Earth began to open up and swallow the Neja, who were attacking the food supplies of the people. The farms were razed, but the food supply was large, every house had a large food stuff supply. The Dragon, however, cast the spell, the Earth began to swallow the invaders while the Humans defended themselves with their advanced weapons. "The Neja will be decimated. . . your homeland will now experience this spell I have cast, pray I do not destroy you further".
I'm gonna say in the ruins of Phoenix, Arizona.
Cool, then their place of origin is definitely the Arctic circle, and they can expand south from their all around the world at once.

@Cuccoruler Also if we have a central trading hub, how are the races reaching it? Because with a population of 1000 is like a city, and traveling nations by foot takes weeks at a time, and a lot of resources. Do they have some sort of transportation methods? Or can we create some? If we have to use current animals the Tari are taming polar bears. If we can make up a animal species, I am definitely creating Akhluts. Actually I really want Akhluts now.

Well I was hoping since I saved survivors of the Human race, they would have modern transportation.
No Humans, except for a thousand or so in the hands of "The Dragon". The Dragon, sometimes called the Dragon Lord ruled them like an equal among less educated peers. These one thousand Human beings had the technology of the old world, which was good. You could avoid harming the planet with the use of cleaner technology of lasers, nuclear reactors, etcetera and the newer sciences, of course. With only one thousand Humans left though, the only industry to speak of in Humanity could perhaps be the "Psychology" industry. These were survivalist hard core Humans and soldiers, with a few scientifically minded individuals involved with keeping the last Humans alive.
The Dragon, however, was quite busy keeping these people educated in numerous ways, both scientific and other wise.
name: The Dragon
gender: male/"It", technically none
godly parents: None
sphere of control: Magic, Nature
personality: The Dragon
sacred animal: Well, yuh know. . . the dragon
Civilization: (The civilization they preside over): Anatole gave "The Dragon" one thousand humans to rule over, commenting on how ironic that "The Dragon" watched over Humans while Anatole, watched over "Dragons".
powers: The Dragon's sole power is over Arcane Magic. Star Wars nerds would recognize it as "The Force".
weapon(s): He doesn't need any, but he shape changes.
Leadership: Republic/Democratic
History: The Dragon is the oldest known deity besides Cernunnos and Gaia. He isn't Uranus yet he's at least as old as both Uranus and Gaia. He is a powerful god, or was, in China for thousands of years, India, and many cultures that revere snakes and reptiles, even, to some extent, in Egypt. On occasion, he was a god of prophecy in the ancient Grecian worlds, even the Oracle at Delphi revered him, as a secondary god, of course. He's also quite lonely, constantly observing and having little contact with Humans or other deities, being everywhere at once and yet. . . his awkward nature is spiritual in nature. When the Earth destroyed Humanity, he changed. Something happened to him, and it made him able to co-exist with Human beings and other deities normally, both solving his crushing loneliness and giving him a far better personality.
other:

Ah, okay. Then the dragons belong to Anatole, he'll hand the Humans over to another character of mine.

1000
The population of other races won't be more than 1000 due to them just starting out

So I can't have dragons? Just Humans?
I only ask because even one million isn't even so much of a modicum of the world's population.

Saving 1000 humans and using them as a race in chapter 2 is fine

Thousand? Or million?
