"I think that we have practiced our fire making enough for to day. Now for the water experiment which is in the blue box. Each may put the fire experiment box under the table then pick out a blue box.
Water -- You can manipulate water, moistening things, doesn't sound like much, but drowning is an unpleasant way to die. You can also wear away at earth, and kill fires. Electricity can easily take you down though.


Water can take any form in is liquid state or in it’s gaseous state. Ice will be a solid and will not form into another shape than what it is in until it changes form again.

For this experiment, I want you to pull water out of this room and place it in the tank. Then you will proceed to make the water move by another means. You may make waves or make the water push up the inside tube and fall back down the outside tube or even up the outside tube and down the inside tube.” Lady Violetta spoke.

Noirin put her red box away and got a blue box. She set the water tank out on the table and tried to think how to take water out of the air and put it in the box.

"Test test testing right back... 1-2-3..... coming in clear here!" Linda spoke back.

Juliette was surprised when the genie spoke that he was her genie!

"A real live genie! All of my own...... How wonderful it is to have a genie like in a fairy tale. I'd like to know if you will always be my genie or do I only get a wish or two? It doesn't matter! I wish that you will always be my genie and grant me all the wishes that I want." Juliette spoke happily.

"Melody, remember what it takes to make a fire. You must have a source of fuel which is the wick, there is air all around us and you need a heat source. Where can you find a heat source?" Lady Violetta asked in an encouraging way as she watched the girl struggle.

Looking at the past- between Espatier and Aisling

"Good idea. I'll set up the study and can help you along the way with what info I can dig up. Offering for important info will be a good incentive with the promise of more if the info can lead us to Florence Kenndy." Linda replied.

Noirin went to the lab and listen then got her red box. It was quite simple to imagine the wick to heat up and that work quickly. Now trying to put it out without blowing on it was harder. Knowing that she had to take one of the legs of the fire triangle away, she tried to take the heat away. She held her hand next to the candle and simply absorbed the heat. The candle slowly went out.

Lady Violetta was keeping a close eye on her students and when Elliot's candle went up in a flame, she simply took the heat away by grasping the melting candle wax then reshaped the candle.
"Try again but go more slowly and use less heat this time, ok?" she spoke softly with a smile.

"Of course I'll stay behind. Do you have any of those things that goes in an ear to hear someone and the other person is at another place with a receiver... A way to communicate with each other while you are inside?" Linda asked.

"You could ask where she might be if she was still alive. The only body they found was Kevin's. It has been assume that she was dazed and walked into the lake then drowned........ I am not sure what else to ask Matt." Linda spoke cautiously.

“Everyone stand behind one of the individual tables, please. Today we are going to explore the four basic Elements and learn how much control that we have over each one. I have placed colored boxes each in their own color pile. We will use each of the four boxes before we are done. After we are through with these 4 basic elements, we will know how strong your abilities are in these areas.”
Lady Violetta took her wand out and wrote in the air in various colors representing the Element Fire. She also made diagrams as she spoke.

FIRE RUNE

“The first thing to always remember is:
All the magics have their ups and downs. What I have drawn with my wand is the basic rune for Fire. Please try making this rune while I am speaking.
The first elemental magic that we will study is Fire. To have a fire you must have 3 things. An air source, a material source and a source of heat as seen in this Fire Triangle. Not enough of air or material to burn or too much of one will not allow a fire to start.

Fire Triangle

1) Fire -- You can manipulate fire, adding heat and light to what you do, you can weaken shadows, and melt ice, as well as burn other organisms. However, a strong wind, or ample water or earth can snuff you out.
Everyone now may get a red box from the pile and open it at the table. When you open the box the you will see a holder and six candles. In the bottom of the holder is a waste bin for the candle wax which can be reused. To make new candles, you will need to set up the candle maker. The ball of twine is your material to be burnt. You pour the melted candle wax from your waste bin into the candle mold.
Now for the experiment. Put the candle in the holder then set it on the table. Now to light the candle, you need to imagine a heat source being placed at the tip of the candle. Once you have lit the candle, put it out by some kind of means other than you own breath."
