I think you should explain OC about the stone, because possibly Bedivere would know what it is. that might save Martin.

Also, Mithias would be able to recognize a bomb, what the green koolaid is, and know if it's even real or not.

You have a point there. Bedivere is a collector of artifacts himself.

The Exile stone is an old indonesian artifact devised as the worst possible punishment. It exiles the 'victim' from the sun(/sungod). As far as the victim percieves the sun will never rise again. After a few days you won't feel any heat from the sun. After a few weeks you lose appetite in anything that comes from the sun.

Electrical light and heat functions as normal.
Unless the victim is kept alive with blankets or fire and food suplements, he will die of mallnourishment and hypothermia in a month or so.

However. To vampires this is an increadible power boost, as they don't vare for warmth and get their nourishment trough other means.

the stone is single use and fragile.

as for the explosives. That's two bottles of astrolite.
nasty stuff. should do therrible damage to the room and any vampire slow or stupid enough to stick around.

The fuse is ellectrical, and set to blow on martin's death or hen the box is tampered with.
It's already pas 1 am here now.
I really should go to bed.

I'll see tommorrow what you lot decided to do. Note I did drop the line 'Immunity to sunlight" and you can tell he isn't lying.

If you do kill him I'd like Martin to have last words and stuff.

I really have to sleep now
see youin the morning
Good night
Thank you for choosing gnome deliveries.
For all your oracle deliveries and oracle transportation related needs.
Choose gnome deliveries.
He did.inmy last post he sais it.
Dont you want to be immune to sunshine?
"There are more places like this?"
Furnace blurted out in response while he carefully aranged Alula next to their stuff as directed.

"And you don't desire this harvesting to happen there as well.."
He frowned as he spoke slowly. It was clear he understood on some level. But not why.
"So I take it we aren't returning there for the friend collector, that girl and all the wonderfull crafting materials strewn about? Then why even have a harvesting?"
oh hold up for a second.

I've been playing with the assumption the vampires can easily tell if he's bluffing. Whenever he hid anything or tried any form of deception I wrote about it so you can decide to act on it.

He isn't lying and Bedivere knows it. That stone is the real deal.
Martin doesn't expect the blast from the box to kill any of the vampires, but it will ruin the stone. And lastly he really is working for someone who send him along with all this stuf.

Also, Mithias and Llisia have seen Martjn not give a single fuck when other mortals were threatened. So there's a hint he isn't exactly on the human side.
Well, it is his Castle after all.
Martin shows up uninvited.
And not a vampire.

So letting him live would demonstrate Bedivere's sympathy towards humans?

Nah. It would demonstrate his intrest in the stone. You really shouldn't give a shit about weather Martin lives or dies. He claims to just be a messager after all. Personally I think a vampires aproach should be "why bother if they are going to die of stupidity or old age in a little while anyways."

Flying off the handle or killing mortals out of pride seems like a bit of a fledgeling thing to me.
But it's your vampire.
this does not seem to be the correct way to move your oracle

But Furnace hasn't invented the wheel yet
Hmm. He's getting emotional though.
If you see an ant you might squash it. But after studying one? If even for a second? What if you saw him do something ants don't do? Like speak or dance.

Are you saying Bedivere isn't the least bit curious?
If he feels threatened that's another thing. Or really angry even.
Killing Martin would be admitting to everyone he let a mortal get to him though.

Martin doesn't rely on mystery at this point. He assumes other vampires would look down on you for being petty and wastefull.

That or hope on Llusia endorsing him.
She very well might. And the possibility she might retaliate at the person who broke her new toy would give many vampires pause.
But I'm not sure if @AgentFallenSoul is going to be online any time soon -.-
Really? Is he that petty?
That would surprise Martin I guess.

If Bedivere cares more about putting a mortal in his place than he cares for
- Messagers safety
- a chance at immunity to sunlight
- a truckload of information, including how this strange mortal got all that info.
- what an ancient vampire like Llisana might do

Then that would surprise Martin as well as me, but you should kill him then.
If you do though, its normally the rule in this game you can never end someone jn a single post. Now, I've made a point out of that not being the case here. As Martin is mortal. Butif you do kill him I would like Martin to have a chance at last words.

Also, of course the coffin will explode, as well as some other things, but that won't happen till he's completely dead.
