Bio: Belphegor is invoked by persons who wish to find fame and wealth through invention, often with as little effort as possible. These wishes, as with almost any demonic invocation, are doomed to fail, because Belphegor’s true mission is to draw the lazy into the sin of Sloth. Through the failure of whatever Belphegor provided to the invoker, she draws them into procrastination and idle dreaming rather than producing, thus damning them.
She is heading the government as the President's right hand. Her corruption has infiltrated all forms of bureaucracy. Looking at long lines makes her smile. The gap of buildings 13th floor, that was her. She creates the red tape everyone else hates. The embodiment of government waste. 

Demonic Phone: She owns a cell phone that is heavily corrupted. Meaning it uses your signal to make calls and often creates glitches in other nearby mobile devices. Everything she could possibly want (but not use) on the governments accounts. Her phone empowers her in all things it is her ability to cast spells and gives her everything she needs no matter the cost or absurdity. The phone is like a mages tome. It stay with her at all times and gets its power from other nearby devices. She can research anything and anyone that has ever used the internet. 

Techno Voodoo: She can control people through any of their devices that can connect to the internet. The more one relies on technology to make their life easier, the more they are susceptible to her voodoo. Those most susceptible to her magic can even be sucked into her demonic phone, effectively removing them existence. She can later release them as one of her mindless ghouls. Many of the cities missing person list is really people who have tried to confront her and lost.

Demonic Earpiece: She has a device that looks like a hearing aid. In truth it allows her to effortlessly listen to all transmissions encrypted or not. The device tunes into people using her name(its a spell so it knows which Jane Smith is her) in conversations.

Intangible Smoke Form: She doesn't like direct confrontation. So, in combat if things don't go her way, she turns to smoke and flees. 

Other Skills: Subterfuge; All Legal Knowledge; Technological Manipulation/ Corruption; Making contacts/contracts;  Data Breaching; Etiquette.

Other Inventory: Inventory is a fully furnished condo taking up the entire top floor of the tallest building in the city, but she doesn't use the space. She typically stays in her corner office.
