When it comes to whoever wouldn't be able to resist him, I actually think the empaths would be most vulnerable, due to the fact that they can feel others emotions, and there will be bucketloads of lust coming from Julian. But, other than that, it's just whoever's mind is weaker/most vulnerable to lust, I guess.
That's a good point. Since the empaths feel emotions, they would be the most vulnerable seeing as they would be feeling the totality of his lust power. I didn't think of that, but it makes sense. But I think a powerful empath, like Leah, would probably be able to use her empathy to block out his lust, since powerful empaths can block emotions.
