Beyond the fact that the color of the flame would represent the drive of the person utilizing it. It's the person will that creates the color of the flame. Remember the source of heat for a flame and the source of the power of the flame is what the firebender fuels their fire with. I'm probably going to give Zoze white flames because it match his personality the best.
