Also, for that batman antihero or hero discussion, you have to also consider the author. Frank Miller = batman is an anti hero at BEST, villain more often than naught. Other batman authors, usually a hero. Seriously that guy is bonkers, but at least hes not in the industry much anymore.

"Ah, that makes sense. So... You wanna rescue Sonja before you start to fight them? She doesn't look too good." Light said, pointing out how Sonja was nearing unconsciousness. "Anyway, I'mma use that gas girl as a weapon til she gives up. Should be fun!" Light said as she dashed in as Sonja lost consciousness, inhaling what toxic gas she could get a hold of, then using the confusion she had caused to blow the gas at the two guys with assault rifles, using the gas as cover as she threw a couple punches in their direction before dashing away to get a better angle. While the gas wouldn't bother her if she only had contact with it for short bursts, prolonged exposure would take its toll.

Light then remembered that there was a vampire also in the fight with these baddies, and made a mental note of where he was fighting, in case he might need help too.

Light looked on as the villains all escaped out of a portal, one after another, while a few seemed to stay back and have honorable combat with Sonja, 3 of the others rushing some vampire looking person after he had interfered. "Hey, Hotrod" Light whispered. "What are we supposed to do? Do I just go in and try to take out a few of them, or close the portal, or what? Unlike the other bad guys, theses people haven't openly attacked us." Light did notice that the dampening field had gone down, whcih means she was at full strength, and form the looks of things, there was only one bad guy that was here that could overpower her.

"Its over already? I just got here!" MC said, trying to pout. He followed the other heroes into the aircraft, some of who were apparently injured, back to the hall. He noticed that Light wasn't there, so he assumed she must still be on her jail breakout mission. Bored, MC, decided to just wander around the hall until someone or something caught his attention, lazily floating in the air along the way.

I've been up for way over 24 hours now. dunno if I should post or not.

MC nodded to himself as Ghost went down, MC noting that he was unconscious from all the energy fired at him. "Serves you right. Next time ghost man, don't hide behind your wards." He then shifted his attention towards the restaurant again, which was no longer blocked by the ward. "FINALLY!" He said in excitement as he phase shifted through the wall of the restaurant, announcing his arrival into the restaurant in a shower of exploding confetti. Unfortunately most of the villains had been mostly taken down. MC only noticed the new aura of some new guy, although he seemed to be hobbling over Shifter.

The one villain that made a huge presence was Locust, although MC didn't know their name, he did see the big energy signature of the villain. Noticing Ocean warrior was taking its attention, MC charged and shot a bolt of chaos energy into the villain. What it would do not even he knew, but it would be interesting just the same.

Following Hot Rod, Light reached the Maximum security wing of the prison, where apparently the worst criminals were held up. "So, whats th eplan, i'm guessing these guys might be a bit more challenging than the small frys outside." Light said to the group, looking down the ominous hallway. for some reason, she felt even weaker here than she did before, probably the dampening field being extra strength to contain the powers of these baddies.

Yeah I usually don't try during NPC dealings. If Summoner were an actual PC then things would play out differently, but otherwise I kind of just do random stuff for the hell of it. Besides, I haven't been feeling much of anything these days...

I know that feeling. Play 5 nights at freddys, that'll get your heart pumping.

Archmage, That's what you can do when you GM Archmage :P Besides that mostly applies to PCs or bosses, I let a lot of other stuff slide. Like most of Krein's posts xD He does have senses though, if not more than flesh and blood. At the very least is should feel funny.

I'll change it so that it tickled instead, hows that? :P.
