These forums need sooo much more bandwidth, seriously they keep crashing >.< Name: Light Alias(s): Light Age: 19 Affiliations: Hero or Merc depending on the situation. Description: A 1.8m tall pure white skinned humanoid with a ball like head with large black and orange eyes, a mouth, short blue hair, fin-like ears, and no nose. She wears a blue and white dress with the front open, a triangle tabard occupying that space. She has longish flowing sleevish arms with 4 spiky fingers, legs that end in a point instead of a foot, and a 'space' looking darkness on the inside of her dress. And of course her body lacks finite detail due to being part toon. Powers: Toon Regen- Light can regenerate from any injury that isn't complete atomization. This also includes supernatural afflictions such as, but not limited to, age changing, soul separation, and the like. Injuries still come with the pain they would normally cause and too much pain can knock her out. Supernatural afflictions can last longer than physical ones, but eventually she'll gain a resistance to prolonged effects. Both beneficial and harmful drugs, diseases, and chemicals have short lasting effects on her but will affect her for a time. Light can't bleed, and dismembered body parts will eventually fade from reality if she decides to grow new ones instead of attaching them. Toon Physics- Her regen has a sub effect of causing impacts or injuries to be amplified in a sense, causing exadurated effects much like you would see in a tex avery or hanna barbara cartoon. This also applies to her movements, giving her a 'rubbery' feel of movement if you watch her movements closely and making her agility not so great. these physics can also cause some strange effects with injuries that Light isn't aware of due to no pain being caused from them or the like. Not to mention other cartoony hijinks. It should be noted, she makes for a terrible bullet shield because of this. Toon Strength- Light's powers gives her strength far beyond a normal human, although the amount of strength she has can vary depending on her mood and situation, much like most cartoons. Portable Hole- Light can pull a hole out of her Pocket Space that only she can jump into. An exit hole will come out wherever Light wants as long as it was within her sightline and would come out on a surface. Pocket space items can also come out of this second hole, causing Light to exit out of the first one. The first hole can be used on anything, but the second hole will only appear on solid objects. Hammer Space- Under Light's dress is her Hammer Space, a small pocket dimension where Light can store and pull inanimate objects from. She can only hold up to 1/4th of her mass in objects in this space though, so its usually home to small things. Light can also capture some energy attacks using this, taking half the damage she'd have taken in order to be able to 'throw back' that energy. Energy to mass ratio is square root of energy =M*C, so she can't store much energy there either. Objects in Hammer Space are not affected by Reality Shift, but will also not regain any reality lost due to Reality Shift. Reality Shift- Her toon nature causes reality itself to shift around her, causing physical objects she is touching to turn 'cartoony' before eventually fading from reality entirely. Inatimate objects fade much faster than living things, starting with the more complex bits before working towards the bits with more mass. (IE, she can't use guns besides maybe a single shot before the pin becomes rubbery and cartoony) Things with less mass than her are converted quickly, and can fade in less than a week while turning cartoony in less than an hour, while living things take much longer to fade or turn cartoony. Objects can regain their reality if they aren't in contact with Light for an extended period, often twice the amount of time they were touching her. (So she sits on a chair for an hour, it turns cartoony, chair becomes uncartoony after she hasn't been touching it for 2 hours.) Things with more mass than her take a very long time to shift, and will only shift in parts equal to her total mass. Living things recover their reality faster, and will not shift in parts, but all at once when their reality has been shifted enough. Energy and Magic reacts very oddly with Reality Shift, and can fade quickly or incredibly slowly depending on the type of energy. They do not regain their reality over time. Ranking: A, although this is deceptive as she can fight S metas without much trouble and stand a good chance vs SS metas. (Optional) Brief History: An Orphan, Light grew up on the streets, and learned various ways of getting things from fighting others to getting money through entertainment via her toon powers. Eventually she became a hero and a household name, but will still do some things on the side if its alright with her operator.

She already is very powerful, making her immortal is a whole lotta steps too far. I'd allow it if being immortal was her only power but it isn't. 2. I have a NPC for Story Arc 3 that is immortal. She is the most powerful thing mankind has ever seen. Making your character immortal would make her... obsolete.Also, I don't understand how you can flip about E=MC^2 so much, it's an equation - to change it to E=MC would be wrong as you still have the same amount of mass but the resulting energy would be much smaller.Also, only 0.6 grams of uranium fissured that day so I wouldn't be overly surprised if anti-matter was better! Still, finding it and containing it would be very difficult!Just finish it off and I'll accept it!


I dunno mate, shes a toon, and thats sorta the big thing behind toons, they get injured but are ok a little while after. Plus she can still be knocked out and injuries are 'amplified'. think tom and jerry or loony toons or something like that. So it is immortality, but it has its drawbacks. If you want, mortal wounds can knock her out for longer or something. And as for the arc villain, they can just not have her 'amplified damage' weakness or something.

and the formula swap was just so that she can hold less energy, since it would be M = C/E instead of M = C^2/E, so that she can only store energy equal to 1/4th of her mass using that sorta formula. Or is it M = E/C^2? I dunno, whatever one makes her be able to store less energy, otherwise she'd be easily able ot store nukes with the normal formula, instead of just simple beam attacks. Might just drop the formula and just say simple beam attacks, hm....

Ans she can still learn the portable hole down the line. But before that, for weakness, I guess she can be slower/bad at dodging ot something? Shes already sorta bad at ranged attacks as is and weapons are off limits to her.

As long as she dies when she sustains a mortal injury, I'm fine with the healing! Also, if you're hammer space is limited by E=MC2 then you have to remember how big the speed of light is. Even if the mass is relatively low, that's a lot of energy that can be stored there! I will let it through though. Finally, as long as she can't will someone out of existence, I'm fine with it. Nah potato, shes more or less immortal short of throwing her into a black hole or other forms of atomization. Shes a cartoon, and they can sustain some serious injuries and come out OK. That doesn't mean she isn't unbeatable, she can still be knocked out just fine. And she can't really use that regeneration to shield people from hits due to how said hits would affect her compared to everyone else. IE, most would go through her like she was paper or something if its a porjectile, much like most cartoons.

And its e=MC, nt e=Mc2, which is a much lower number as the speed of light isn't squared. Though on second thought I might make it the square root of energy =MC thats an even lower number.

Fun Fact thats totaly unrelated, 1 gram of anti matter has more destructive power than the bomb that was dropped on hiroshima due to it being converted to energy entirel when it touches matter.

Magnus sighed at the persistence of this man and his pokemon, which was looking quite irritated at the whole scenario. "Just an FYI, My Gardevoir knows how to teleport things that aren't her. So we're basically just toying with you, if you can figure out what I mean by that." Magnus said as Gardevoir grabbed another set of rocky spikes with Psyshock and formed them into a wide area above the Haxorus, unleashing a hyper voice at wherever the Haxorus dodged to in another wide arc. "I do have other things I'd like to do you know. If all you can do is run or dodge, you can save us all a lot of time and just surrender."
These forums suck. when I wanna post they're slow as balls or down. Got smash bros and I've been having fun with that. lol.
While some of the psyshock hit, mostly due to the enemy dragon dancing, the Haxorus managed to dodge a decent portion of it and began to counter attack with a Poison Jab. "foolish. Learn to not announce your attacks." Magnus said as, with no physical indication from him, Gardevoir teleported a good distance into the sky. using its psychic powers to levitate, it blasted the ground below it with a Hyper Voice, making sure to aim at her target. "Got any projectile attacks? unless your pokemon can fly, it'll be very hard for you to deal with Gardevoir there."
Magnus was enjoying giving his preaching to those who listened, until the man from before decided to issue a challenge to him. "I suppose thats it for now people. Come to one of the churches next week and attend a ceremony if your interested! Praise Helix!" Magnus said, dismissing his small crowd with a small sigh. When the place cleared out a bit and there was room enough for a battle, Magnus gestured over his Gardevoir, who teleported next to his side, lazily leaning against it while staying on guard.

"I have no need for a bodyguard, my favorite Guardian angel here is far stronger than any knight, and cuter I must say." Magnus said with a wink, Gardevoir's expression softening up for a moment before going back to its guarded look. "But a traveling companion for a little bit sounds alright. Plus a strong follower would be most welcome. So be it." Magnus said, pulling out his prayer book with the hidden vial in it. "And you really should have more self confidence. Calling yourself a heathen just seems self destructive, doesn't it?" He said slyly as Gardevoir got into position.

When a volunteer from the small crowd that had gathered to watch the fight gave the signal to go, Magnus told Gardevoir mentally to start with a Psyshock, Gardevoir pulling rocks out of the ground and firing them at John's pokemon like missiles at many different angles, including above.
Rajin, your sooo lucky Magnus's Gardevoir can't mega evolve. A Mega Gardevoir chews up dragons like they're nothing. Same with Mega Mawile, but at least Gardevoir can fight in non-mega form. lol. Though Mega Mawile chews anything without a high defense up, sometimes literally...xD

Mega Gardevoir + Togekiss with Follow Me or Helping Hand is hilarious. Togekiss removes the slight speed problem Mega Gardevoir has and can flinchlock nasty counters if my talonflame or whatever I use to counter what hurts Mega Gardy is dead. plus a helping hand + hyper voice combo often oneshots anything that doesn't resist it. Mega Gardevoir is sooo good. xD. Not Mega Khangascar good, but then that thing is just bloody broken.

Fairy type is just silly. Its a great defensive and offensive type, lol... Especially since its weaknesses are all very defense or just poor in general types.
Well, Most Megas are more powerful than most legionaries, so whatever. lol.

also Magnus is preaching near your bar there rajin.
