Sloth or Pride are probably the two nastiest sins, especially since they're very subtle. Wrath is pretty easy to do. Envy is a werid one that is pretty ambiguous.
I'd say Pride, Sloth, or Envy myself. Though Wrath is fun.

I know the Binding of Isaac has that, I just dunno, Conquest sounds too much like War, probably why that was changed.

Everyone hates Metas now and is clamoring for their heads, and merely exposing Aperture's crimes or the Voice's hypocrisy would not make things any better, because Metas are still threats, or rather, threats, and stuff like that is just going to escalate, with Non-Metas using violence and Metas reacting in kind, which will cause things to escalate until things deteriorate to a true Crapsack World.
It can all be fixed with a giant alien invasion, much like Justice League.
Plus I'd think some heroes have powers that can develop further. Example, Light has a ton of toon tropes she can borrow from and develop powers with, so yeah, there is one example.
