Redo the interest check. its pretty much not a good idea to bump old topics even if its related to your current topic as people don't pay attention to old topics pretty much, or as much as they would to a fresh topic. That might be why there isn't all that much interest maybe.

Well technically if you wanna use quantum physics, Portals also include time due to the relation of spacetime and wormholes which becomes very complicated, but then its really hard to describe to people. So portals become space AND time related, while time also becomes space related, but in different ways.
1. Portals allow you to time travel to different points in space, which is what makes time OP.
2. Meanwhile Time can travel to parts of space in that area via time, but can't teleport.
and altering space can do quite a bit with dimensional shifts and Portals also control gravity due to black holes being a thing, which are celestial powers and often gravity related powers don't get that strong.
And you obviously have a horrible memory, since we denied this idea the last time you offered it in the last bleach roleplay we held. We denied the regeneration last time because it was one hundred percent bullshit and would make it pretty much one hundred percent impossible to kill your character. This regeneration idea will not be accepted. So yes Portals would be muchhhhh more tame than what Im pretty sure I know you are going to write. I'd rather you be able to move through a portal once and having to wait several posts before doing it again, than surviving having your arms and legs cut off, all because you can regenerate them.
Ok, I guess you don't know why Portals is basically the most OP offensive power and even outclasses an offensive power like Deathtouch for these reasons depending if its in air or on solid surfaces only.
1. If portals can be opened in air, you can NEVER melee attack the character, otherwise you instantly die due to half of your body going on the outside ring of the portal, and the rest going through the portal, and shields/armor/defense mean absolutely nothing against this.
2. If portals can be made in air, you can just put a portal right in front of someone and the other right behind them, or inside them. The first situation means they have to stop moving and move parallel or die. And if its the latter, they're just instantly dead.
3. If portals can be opened on solid masses only, you hop through it, the opponent can't hop through it otherwise they get cut in half from you closing it. Either that or they're trapped in a pocket dimension they have no way of escaping from and have very limited air if that. Instant death.
4. If your portal can't be closed when something is going through it and only put on solid surfaces, you can still just open a portal to a black hole, and GG opponent as you can just plop that on a shield, open it, and your opponent is instantly dead from the gravity alone, along with about everything within a mile in front of you. Can also be used on a star for instant plasma beam that is much hotter than lava, which even if it misses, kills the opponent for asphyxiation and/or heat.
5. All of that plus being able to reflect any projectile attack or being able to close incredible vast distances.
Regeneration you beat by just capturing the person with a cable or something while they're regenerating. Its one extra step to beat them, while portals are nearly unbeatable even if its option 4.
I should mention a character in bleach, squad 2 captain, DOES have deathtouch as an ability, and unlike the story, apply some actual real world fighting to it and its far more broken than the story lets on. TDLR version, that char gets one grapple and your dead since it just takes 2 quick jabs. Either that or she just goes for the eyes or kidneys, same deal.
I rather portals, cause of cool downs. That way you cant needlessly spam it.
I'll wait for Kurisa and Abi to say something, because you are a horrible judge of powersets mate if you think portals are more balanced than regeneration.
Well again I'd say that you would have to heavily nerf a deadpool regeneration. Cause if no one could survive having theit body cut in half while yours could, then we are heading to some op standards.
Honestly would you be better with Superman's super resistance or Portals? Those are far worse.

Thats kinda the point actually. No 'iron skin' or 'damage reduction' type defenses, instead its just rapid healing. I mean, you can easily knock out deadpool if you remove his head and stuff, it just wont last forever. :P Also fire works pretty well too. Plus pain can be a big deterrent.

Oh, I was only hung up on Arrancar because they can be not human very easily. If the GM is fine with a non human Soul Reaper thats a diff story. They don't really look very hollow-like at all tbh xD. Still humanoid though, so 2 arms, 2 legs, torso, head. xD
I've also got a balanced version of Deadpool levels of Regen for the shikai/bankai thing. xD.

Also no tournaments. That kills RPs faster than anything unless you have a strict 24 hour post or you lose policy. and I mean STRICT. Don't wait on anyone, even if they say they gotta do irl stuff, they get skipped. (This is if you do a pvp tournament anyway.)

mm, Basically. still a humanoid, but with different looks in general.
How are shinigami limited? No person is the same, unless you of course are twins. They yes you look the same. Only difference between Arrancar and shinigami, is that Arrancar can do ressurecions and ceros.
Human appearance vs non human appearance. Only shimigami of note thats NOT human is that fox guy, and tell me when he EVER gets any screentime? Meanwhile hollow/arrancars can be whatever they wanna be.
