As long as you know your troubles and work on them, you're a step ahead of flakers. I tend to give a gig a few days scouting myself before actually expressing interest to see if it lasts beyond a day or 3.

I finally got it done, the CS is complete. Kind of feel like I fell asleep during the last couple paragraphs of the background, but wanted to wrap it up at some point.

I honestly haven't seen Hushed for a bit. It's already a foregone conclusion that our initial estimated timeline is botched, so expect movement from the co-gms to process the apps if that doesn't change for a bit.
