In the kitchen, Tholo was obvious to the storm that was apparently coming his way from upstairs. He was just finishing the coffee when a whiff of the familiar scent of his shampoo that only he normally used he gave a smirk and began to turn around only to be greet with raged filled eyes and being slammed against his refrigerator. It seemed any hope that for once he was going to have a good day was over.

”You tell me why that name is on your lips, now.”, the vampire in front of him fumed. He growled back at her irritated by the sudden aggression.

"Damn it woman. First you save me now you are trying to kill me or something," he growled removing her hands from his shirt. He looked once more into her eyes and was somewhat shocked at what he saw. Of course there was the expected rage that he saw before the sudden attack but now there was a hint of tears in Trixy's eyes. He had no idea why but rather then say some sharp tongued comeback, he decided to at least give her an answer, at least he could do that for saving him, even if he was mad for the sudden attack by her.

"What name? Francis? It's not like it's an uncommon name and how the hell did you hear me from the bathroom? Never mind probably some vampire thing I don't want to know about," he mumbled, fixing his shirt and then looking at her ",If you must so know who Francis is, he was the only other vampire besides who who didn't feel the need to cut my head off on sight or pump me with silver. It was several centuries back." By now the coffee was brewing and he got himself a cup continuing his story so as to not have to worry about Trixy trying to attack him again.

"I was lamenting my guilt with bars at the time due to the past events of mine and he so happened to find me. We probably would of fought to kill each other but he needed someone to get close to a couple of werewolf packs and I needed a means of redemption and pay which he had. So a deal was struck under tense situation. I kicked the habit of drinking to help him and for several months I aided him in what he wanted, even helping with the removal of a few of your 'bad' vampires. No questions asked. We were just acquaintances and I use that loosely. He gave me a job I did it, got payed." He took a sip of his coffee turning and facing Trixy again.

"Last I saw him I gave him some information on both packs, I got payed at that was that," he continued ",I waited around to see if he wanted help from an animal again but he never came back so I assumed my use was over. I packed up and left. Eventually leading to life here in the new world. I don't know why you are so curious but that was that. My guess is probably he has some high seat in France still, guy had a rather silver tongue."

He waited to see Trixy's reaction to his tale. He couldn't of known what happened to Francis. Wasn't like he cared at the time but seeing Trixy's reaction made him wonder. Was he some old flame of hers or something like the other bloodsucker at the cafe he won't name? Friend? He couldn't tell but now curiosity had it's greedy claws in him so he had to ask putting the now empty cup down.

"Why so curious about Francis?" he asked, the anger before dispersing for the time being.

Deciding to keep going, Kasim worked his way floor by floor up the building, being cautious with each room he entered not knowing if there were other scavengers that were inside who could be hostile. Most of the building seemed to of been ransacked with little to offer but something drew him further up into the building.

He was just getting to the fifth floor when he heard noise once more. Unsure who or what it could be he hid in the first room on the floor looking down the hallway after a few seconds to catch a glimpse of who or what made the noise. Looking he saw nothing leaving him to wait and hopefully try and hear the sound again or ponder if he was hearing things.

Scorn kept up with the cat as best she could be it seemed whenever she got to close it got an extra burst of speed. She was focused so much on the task at hand she nearly ran right over the person that now stood in her way. She skidded to a halt and stopped only a few feet in front of the other person, her mind debating on what to do with this new 'friend' she had just found. She could just be done and quickly have her fun but something about this person made her think otherwise on that oddly. Internally she fought with the voices in her head, some said kill other said befriend. Eventually befriend won out and she gave a twisted smile to the new person in front of her as she heard them speak.

"Me? Oh I'm the lovely Scorn," she said giving an exaggerated bow ",Pleasure to meet you, um?" she said extending a hand, first the one that was still covered in blood. She quickly switched hands hiding that one behind her back giving a fake smile of innocence.

"Sorry about the mess but these few guys were going to do some unsavory things so it was in self defense," she said sweetly ",But enough about me what about you? Who are you and what fun have you had in this apocalyptic play-land? Oh by the way did you see a cat, shot by here a few seconds ago? Just wanted to pet it but it just ran off." She shot off a question a mile a minute, looking over the other person to see if she could catch a glimpse of the cat.

"Hey why not stick together, after all very few friendly people about here from what I've seen," Scorn suggested before even letting the poor woman who stood before her to reply to her other many questions.
Working on post. Was going to post last night but as soon as I got home I fell asleep.
@Akayaofthemoon I was planning on making a Marduk post shortly, once I establish precisely where both Wepwawet and Xuan-Wu are in Freya's building. This post will most likely come about tomorrow, so stay tuned.

Well I guess best idea would be Wepwawet is anywhere between floor 2 and 5 (since we don't know the actual story of the building I'm just throwing a spitball number. If it's a small building then it would floor two a taller one well it can be 3, 4, or 5.). So hopefully that helps a little with finding Wepwawet.

My next post will be after I get off work later tonight.
Bast: *sees bloody walls* *screams internally*

Scorn: Nice to meet you too. I can tell we will get along just amazingly don't you agree? XD

I shall get a post hopefully up tomorrow.
So how is everyone?
Well hopefully you don't mind that I took liberty to borrow Francis in the flashback. I assumed personality wise that similar to other vampires his view of the wolves is that they are mostly beasts unfit to live normally but can have benefits given the moment.
"You wish I was," he said with a slight laugh ",Go ahead, bathroom is across the hall." He answered her. As she left the room he couldn't help but have his eyes follow watching her exit."Maybe a one time fling with a vampire wouldn't be bad," he said once somewhat certain Trixy was out of earshot and in the bathroom. He got up moving to the other side of the bed going to a drawer looking through some rather old documents, part of him reminiscing in the past.

"I hated your guts Francis but at least you were willing to give me a chance," he mumbled to himself as he put his cigarette out in the ashtray on his night stand ",Hell probably still hate you yet I hope you are living a good life, you damn bloodsucker." His mind thought back on the last time he had seen the vampire, the only other vampire besides Trixy he had gotten partially close to as an associate or even dare he say a friend as much as that made his skin crawl.

flashback time

He hate the wretched place, hated the people, hated the stench, hated everything it represented and for what it took from him. Here he was though waiting on the damn employer he currently had. How could he of fallen so far to work for a damn vampire? Yet what choice did he have, he needed cash and a means or redemption to some degree and at the moment he was the only creature not willing to kill him on spot for his crimes except for some radical wolves he didn't want to be part of.

Footsteps echoed down the alleyway he was in and he looked up seeing that finally the bloodsucker was here.

"About bloody time. Did you stop and get a drink or something?" he growled in agitation as he.

"Calm yourself beast, now do you have what we agreed upon?" Francis asked, seemingly treating Tholo as nothing more then an animal, one with a use but it still got under Tholo's skin.

"Yeah, yeah, the list," Tholo said pushing the insult aside and taking out a piece of folded parchment ",Got to tell you though, this new guy you are hunting, he's elusive. Seems to work alone as well and has spooked even the other aggressive rogues running around."

"Hmm sounds like someone I know," Francis jabbed earning a growl from Tholo.

"I had my reasons and leave it at that. I'm not proud of those years or else why do you think I would be helping you bloodsucker. I all ready know I have a place in hell waiting for me," he said ",Now the payment before I just give this to you."

As agreed Francis handed over Tholo's payment and Tholo gave the parchment.

"Well I would say it was a pleasure but the stench is getting unbearable. Perhaps I will use your service again mutt," Francis said smugly.

"Doubt it but do keep your beloved safe," Tholo said walking away with some sincerity. The little he knew of Francis was that he did meet his soulmate. Even if he was an accursed bloodsucker he could never wish harm in a relationship after his experience. He disappeared into another alleyway, not to be seen by Francis again and Tholo never to know what happened to the once benefactor.

End of Flashback

"I meant it Francis, you and whoever should be happy. Even if you are a bloodsucker," he said getting a new shirt and making his way back downstairs to the kitchen to start coffee for him and breakfast.
