The food was indeed quite good, but it was hard to even concentrate on eating with everything else still around them. Of course now that things were also starting to settle down and his mind wasn't in such a overloaded state, he wonder how long exactly they were expected to stay, let alone how any of their absence from the places they all came from would be told off or handled. Also another question would be where exactly were they at? By now he had deemed it not a dream and he was still alive so they were somewhere but where exactly?

Briefly those thoughts were interrupted by a new comer. The face of the new arrival at first seemed familiar but he could not place it. It wasn't until he spoke did he put it together. So it seemed a variety of people with talents were chosen, be they celebrity or not.

He overheard a few people talking, comparing the experience to a movie. While he could see the similarities he felt more inclined to lean towards a book where boy raised a dragon after finding the egg, keeping it hidden from others do to other elements of the plot. Of course that was where the similarities cut off.

Another person asked about their accommodations. Indeed the feeling fatigue was catching up to him and he wouldn't of mind knowing where he could shut his eyes after the meal.

"I think another good question would be if this still is on Earth, how have you hidden it?" he added to the question of the woman who had just asked on their location.

"Oh a pirate, fascinating," Scorn replied genuinely curious. She had just taken the fashion she wore as odd taste but learning she was indeed a pirate made a bit more sense in the long run of things. She would of spouted off a thousand questions to her if she couldn't help but have the feeling that she was being watched slightly.

She hadn't taken notice before but one of the more recent arrivals stared at her. Something he said caught her ear, about his transport. So it seemed she wasn't the only criminal to be forcefully recruited. She returned to the conversation at hand seeing how J.J. seemed to about to speak when their pleasant conversation was interrupted by the latest arrival. The big head behind this little club.

He gave his little speech on what the program was about and why they were all there. Bunch of stuff about keeping the world safe and such. She couldn't say she was pleased about waiting, she did want a little action but it made sense to wait a day rather then thrusting a bunch of people into a tense situation without knowing skills of who you would be working with.

Once Archangel was done with his riveting speech, Scorn went back to the conversation as previously being discussed as if never being interrupted."So a pirate? Like the swashbuckling kind or the more gun wielding Somalian type?" Scorn asked J.J. Of course she was also curious about the other woman who had been the original person to approach her.
Post probably won't be up until tonight.

Through the momentary lapses of being able to distinguish shapes, Scorn realized that someone had approached her and halted her spinning to see who it was. In appearance the person seemed rather normal but she must of been somehow special to get invited to this crowd of people of so called heroes and not so pleasant types. She decided to play nice however for the time figuring it was better to at least make a few friends before making enemies.

"Indeed, I was," she said facing the other woman giving a friendly smile ",Amazing how simple things can be fun when you are missing a few marbles up top."

The conversation didn't get long underway until another person joined in. Scorn saw it to be the other woman who shared her taste of style, dressed up as a pirate.

"Oh just peachy I think.... Yes just peachy," she said having briefly having an internal monologue to herself on whether or not that was how she felt or not ",I mean this is all better then the previous room I was stuck in so can't complain much I guess. Ah but manners, where are they? My name is the ever so lovely Scorn or I guess Ada could do as well though I much prefer my code-name." She added. Scorn hadn't used her birth-name in years and preferred it that way, having too many shattered memories of the past of a broken girl that hid deep within.
Well I'll get a post in the morning since it's rather late where I'm at right now. So probably be eight to ten hours until I get my post up.

"One, two I'm coming for you," Scorn sung to herself as the transport vehicle made its way through the streets. Her voice barely came out as a whisper due to a muzzle being placed on her after she had made an attempt to bite one of the guards. She might of agreed to be of service to this renewed program but it didn't mean she was going to be entirely cooperative about it. She had decided to make the entire trip a game for her, making it tough on the poor excuses of guards to get her to comply. They had to drug her to even get her on the plane after several hours of her evading them about the hangar and that was without her unique gifts.

"Will you can it freak," the guard sitting across from her growled. Scorn glared at him with daggers. He could see it in his eyes, he was scared, just itching to pull the trigger on his weapon. She couldn't stick her tongue out at him so she merely smirked.

"Nope and the government wouldn't be happy if you hurt innocent me. What can I do with all these shackles on me? I'm defenseless," she said in an innocent tone of voice. She returned to her singing when the guard made no remark back knowing what she said was true.

"The sooner we get there the sooner she's out of our hair," the driver said from the front ",Let the Sentinel's have her. Don't understand why they would want a criminal, especially one who is missing several marbles."

Shortly after the last words were spoken, they were pulling up to the HQ building. Like a dog they drug her out of the transport vehicle up the stairs and into the building. Part of her wanted to tear them apart for such an embarrassing act but she kept herself calm, figuring tearing apart two police guards right inside the Sentinel HQ building would be a terrible way of greeting everyone. Plus blood was such a hard mess to clean up, she wouldn't want them to go through all that trouble.

"Well boys its been fun now these can be removed," she said smiling behind the mask as she raised her hands that were cuffed. The guards reluctantly removed her restraints along with the muzzle. She playfully acted to go for a bite at one of their fingers causing them to jump slightly. She laughed and gave a wave before walking to what seemed to be the front desk of the building."So there is a meeting room I'm suppose to be looking for," stated at the front desk and was greeted by a rather overly cheerful person. She got the directions and made her way to the elevator and selected the floor that she had been told.

"And they say I'm a few screws short. No one is that cheerful without some mental problems," She mumbled as she waited to reach her floor. The doors opened to reveal a rather large room with a circular table in the center. A few of her supposed new comrades were all ready there waiting. She didn't really pay much attention to them, taking them only in briefly and played in her head a little game of "eeny, meeny, miny, moe" to decide her seat, her index finger bouncing around the available seats before picking one. Finding that the chair swiveled immediately took her attention away from her surroundings entirely as she spun herself in circles on it, the spinning seemingly having no effect on her. From the swift spinning sensation she picked up little details like one of the people there seemed to be robotic, two guys that didn't really stand out to her at the moment, an older woman who seemed uptight on her first look, and another woman who at least shared her sense of fashion.
I unfortunately have to drop. My interest has kind of slipped. I wish you all the best of luck.
I'm back! I'll get working on something soon.
Just forewarning, if this starts up this weekend I won't be able to post until Tuesday, going to be out of town until then. Leaving in a few hours.
