Everything else seems pretty straight forward though, but I am a bit curious about how does he learn both languages and fighting styles. Is it like the task master and all he has to do is observe what is happing and he gets the basic jest of it?

actually, as I said in my last post, in order to summon the weapon he still has to have enough energy left, and the more powerful the weapon the more it tires him out. And with languages he automatically understands any language once someone speaks in that language or he reads even one word in that language, while the fighting style either requires him to see someone doing it or(for styles involving weaponry) he has to come into contact with the correct weapon. And in order for him to summon the weapon he either needs to have come into contact with the weapon at some point, or read/heard and EXTREMELY DETAILED description of it.

Don't worry. Since powerful weapons, even if they just have minor, kinda weak, powers, are weakened down. He doesn't like big guns though. So the only guns he'll use is pistols.

The weapons he creates are an inferior copy of whatever weapon he makes. Normal weapons are a perfect copy, but if it's a weapon that has any sort of powers, it's a "watered down," or weakened, copy. Also, the more weapons, and the stronger the weapon, the more energy it takes for him to make it.
