A tree sprouted from the ground and it opened up as if it had a door, just before a guy who seemed to be about 18 or 19 stepped out, surrounded by fairies, just before all the fairies giggled and flew away as the tree retracted into the ground. Apparently this guy was friendly with the forest spirits.

James chuckled. "Well, today's sessions are free." The first card he flipped up was the Magician, but the picture was upside down. "The inverted Magician. It's telling me that you have much more latent power that has yet to be unlocked." He then flipped up another. It was the Lovers card. "Hm...haven't seen this one in awhile. Your relationship with a specific person will be important to your improval." He flipped up the third card. "The death tarot. It's telling me that you will go through a significant change, though it's not saying how soon. It could be five minutes from now, or 50 years from now. Even I don't know." The fouth card was then flipped up. "The star. It's saying that there is something that will soon inspire you to try and become better, to become stronger. It may be a person, or an event." Just then, though, the last card flipped up on its own. James's eyes widened. "The world inverted...It's not saying anything, because it always means the same thing: Lack of completion. And you should know what that means."

Well, Makoto may come across as very indifferent at first, but if you can manage to befriend him, he does care about his friends, and is willing to help others. He just doesn't show emotion because of that incident when he was 6 where he watched his parents get slaughtered.
