James sighed as he saw her, then walked over and placed a hand on her shoulder in a comforting gesture. "Hey...do you want to talk about it...? It might help a little..."
James nodded, before leaving the room to check on Megumi, while the spider decided to be lazy and take a nap, curling its legs against itself like most spiders do when they're asleep.
James shrugged. "Meh. Whatever the reason was, I'm just glad we could help somehow, even though her personal reasons for the mission weren't successful. If we had shown up any later though then there would have been many more casualties." At that moment, a large spider appeared beside him. He turned and looked at it, as it spoke up. "The Hokage sent me to check up on you two." James let out a sigh. "Paranoid old bastard..." He looked at Bane. "I'll write up the report, you just finish writing up that request for an A-Rank mission."

James cringed lightly. "I don't know. But that can't be good to find out. It was already bad that she saw her dad die in front of her, but to find out she's not even really related to him on top of that...?"
"Not sure. I doubt it though. She'd probably want to stay and protect this village, but it wouldn't hurt to ask," James said. "Oh, and the only reason we have a flee on sight order is because of that set of collaboration jutsus we use. You know, where one of us will use water and the other lightning or one will use wind and the other will use fire."
James chuckled. "They'll let us stay here. After all, we weren't put as S-Ranked in the Bingo Book for no reason. And together we have a Flee-on-Sight order for anyone that sees us working together. Or at least it was that way a few months ago when I checked."
