Also, the Pinkertons kinda sorta put down people like the Vox Populi (worker's unions).

Well, to be fair to poor lil' horseshoe theory, there is one valid point. Everyone's political views overlap at one point or another, and that's what gets shit done in countries of today, people agreeing on the least offensive option. (And the horseshoe theory is just that; a theory. It's on paper only, it has yet to manifest; like black holes, there's some sliver of evidence they exist, yet people extrapolate from there.)

((Though black holes are infinitely cooler than political/ethical theory.))

I think I get why most people are deeply offended by the horseshoe theory. People view their political views as the 'morally right' way of doing things, and are offended when they are associated with their 'mortal enemies' or polar opposites.

(Note: Me trying to be objective here, emphasis on trying. I agree with you totally, Space. Even if you are a filthy pinko left-wing Marxis-)

I really like the concept, and if we can get past this speed bump, then we can play unto completion.

Eh, Bioshock...it's a nice quote, but ultimately the series has turned into "Why centralism is the only option / Why the horseshoe horseshit theory is true, probably".

I mean, I enjoy the characters and sci-fi concepts they employ, but I'm never going to forgive them for how the presented the Vox Populi in Bioshock: Infinite. Like, why set up the most reactionary, racist, classist, theocratic regime you could think of, but then make the anarchists revolting against the regime the bad guys?!

Well, I don't view Bioshock Columbia Infinite to be in the same class as the first two. Rapture forevah.

However, Bioshock Columbia does have a good beginning, however, they do have a total mind-screw of an ending, including Che' Guerva the Vox Populi, but mainly the lighthouse, city and a man.
@nitemare shapeWell, I wasn't compelled to do so. I could've posted at any time. However, I thought (with my own free will) that you were initiating it. So I waited. Thus, you have now power over my mind-

Angel:"Would you kindly please SHUT THE HELL UP!??!?!|

Me:".......... 'Kay."
Are we your writing slaves? Remember what it says upon entry:

"No Gods or Kings.

Only Man."

HOWEVER, A MAN CHOOSES, A SLAVE OBEYS! AND THIS MAN CHOOSES TO WRITE, FOR I AM NOT UNDER ANY COMPULSION!
I thought Sarin died. Or got mortally wounded so a flying kitsune girl could find her and nurse her back to health with much insperation drawn from Straberry Panic, Sakura Trick, and some from Priestess of the Sun and Moon.

Ah, no, she teleported.
Sorry about that. I just couldn't find a post. I'll get Athinar's post up as soon as everyone gets together. Assume that Sarin is at the Emperor's castle, rallying the armies.
Yeah, I'm not going to be able to post, sorry.
@FallenreaperWell, Uskri is still in the riots, so maybe that could happen.

@VATROU No matter what mechs are availible to the Police or military, Angel could easily wreck them. It'd make for a nice distraction, though. :)
