Appearance:Jack is rather tall and is the spitting image of his father but much younger. Anyone who knows the elder Fletcher who tell that Jack looks almost exactly like him. His brown hair is kept neat and clean since his father always taught him that it was important for him to look like a proper gentleman. Jack stands a respectable six feet or 1.82 meters and is still growing. As soon as he met his father, the older man put Jack on a rigorous   training program to make him gain some much needed muscle to his frame. So now, Jack is rather muscular and seems to enjoy keeping himself in shape. He tries to keep himself from getting any noticeable scars because they are easy to track. He is comfortable in designer clothes and suits since it was what he wore for most of his life.  

Personal Information

Personality:Jackson's two lives have had a different affect on the young man. When he was younger with his mother, she taught her son to always have a cheerful outlook on life. He could trust people since they were naturally good on the inside. For those few years, Jack was a cheerful happy kid.  He was a bit of a slacker and it rubbed off on him as he grew older. His mother gave him a love of all things chocolate since his father apparently liked the taste. He would always have a smile on his face. He gained a love of dogs since his mother ran a shelter for abandoned dogs in the area. Jackson grew up around dogs and thus cared more for dogs than most people. She always taught her son to look at the world through some one else's eyes. This helped him later when he was sent to his father. 

After his mother's sudden death, Jackson became a different person. His father expected him to live up to his family's legacy. That turned Jackson into a perfectionist who had to do whatever it took to impress his father. He lost his cheerfulness in an attempt to show his father and the world that there was more to him than met the eye. He needed the approval of his father which also made him a little mental at times. When he was young, he was put on a crazed diet to keep himself fit and trim. Jack still keeps to the diet and very rarely eats junk food or anything bad for him. 

Now, Jackson has calmed down a bit. He still has his cheerfulness but he always seems to be wearing a mask. His father taught him to hide his emotions from the world as a whole. There always seems to be a side of Jackson that he is hiding from everyone else. He is a bit of a hopeless romantic but has troubles telling if someone cares about him. He is unafraid of his sexuality and accepts it as just another part of himself. His father oddly enough did not care about his sexuality so Jack has now accepted it.  He knows that his father is still watching him and he wants to make the elder Fletcher proud which adds pressure to succeed. Jack speaks with a rather soft Texan accent whenever he is not trying to play a character.  

Bio:To understand Jackson Fletcher, you would have to look at his parents. His father, John Fletcher, was a spy in the Employ of British Intelligence. Sixteen Years ago, he was sent to the Italian Coast to investigate reports of gem thieves in the area. While there he met a CIA Agent Adelaide Mitchell who was also investigating the robberies. The two of them began working together on catching the thieves. Through a long adventure, they managed to catch the thieves and stop the the terror group that they were finding. Through the adversity, the pair grew close and nature took it's course. The pair spent one night together before parting ways. Nine months after this rendezvous, Adelaide gave birth to her son Jackson, named after his father.  She soon retired from the CIA after Jackson was born to raise him as a normal kid. 

Young Jackson was far from normal. Even from a young age, he was a rambunctious  kid and full of energy. Every night, his mother would tell him stories about spy craft and his father. Jack always wanted to meet the man but his mother told him that he had died years before. In her efforts to keep Jackson out of her line of work, she moved them both to a distant ranch in the middle of Texas where no one would ever find them. Jackson loved being outdoors but he never understood why his mother refused to let him go to school like the other kids. Unknown to him, his mother had made a few different foes  in her time with the agency and most of them held grudges against her. 

When Jackson was nine years old, his mother died in a mysterious car accident. The report claimed that she had spun out due to poor visibility on the roads and somehow he car had exploded. Jackson knew that there was something wrong with the report but no one would listen to a kid. While at her funeral, an old man came up to him and explained that Jackson was going to England with him to meet the man he was named for. He was whisked away from the only home he had ever known to instead go to his father house in the Moors of England. That was when, for the first time in his life, Jackson met his father. The older man had been keeping watch on his son since he was born. His father quickly started training his son in the different skills that he would need for the family line of work. Fletchers had been spies in the employee of the British Government since Queen Elizabeth the First and John Dee. So it would come upon Jackson to continue the family business. Jackson learned how to fight and how to hide in plain sight. His father would take him around the world to continue his training whenever possible. 

Now Jackson is heading the Academy that every single member of his family has gone to since it was founded. It is his job to keep the family going strong with all the pressure that comes with it. The world expects a lot from Jackson Fletcher and he intends to show them who he is.  

Spy Information

Talents: 
Charisma: Jack got the Fletcher Family charms. He could convince the Devil himself to sell his soul to Jack with a smile on his face. With a quick smile and a slight head tilt, there are few things that Jack cannot get from anyone he wants.  Jack tries his best to get as many friends as possible.
Trained in Martial Arts: His father did not teach Jack how to use a gun. There is no use to a dead man. A man who is knocked out can talk about what he knows. A bullet is quite the final answer.  He understands the basics but he is not the best. Jack is much better at hand to hand combat than he is with guns but he is working on the guns. He was trained in the following styles from a young age. The older Fletcher used the same men who trained him to fight to teach his son. Jack's style is close range and brutal. He tries to finish a fight as quickly as possible. He currently knows about three of them but he's trying to learn more. 

Wing Chun- Jack's preferred form of fighting. His father's old teacher  Master Chen Jiahao taught the young man the "Spring Chant" so he would be able to defend himself. Jack prefers to use this style to stop his opponent as quickly as possible. The fact that he fights on the opponent's blind side helps with keeping things quick.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu: Since Wing Chun is not great on the ground, John Fletcher Senior taught his son BJJ. He does not use it often but it helps should the fight go to the ground. It is easier to stop a fight when your opponent gets his leg nearly broken.
Boxing: Jack does not use this style all that often. However, it is useful for his cover. It would be more normal for a young student to be able to box rather than using an ancient form of Wushu. Most people would remember a kid like that. He has used this form mostly to stay in shape and for a few of his cover stories. Thugs and gangsters love a person who can box for some reason. His father also taught him how to box.
Observant: Jack can tell by a look who a person is and start to read them. It helps for when he needs to schmooze the other person into getting what he wants. He tries to read a person as soon as he meets them. It is easier that way so he can tell what they need him to be.
Many Masks: Jack's father taught him how to hide in plain sight. One second he could be a student on a trip and then the next he is an American tourist on holiday somewhere. He can use different accents to get what he wants. He seems to be best at English, American Southern, plain American,  and French accents. Most people cannot tell that any of his accents are fake unless they are trained to tell those kinds of things. Many of his covers have legitimate papers included with them.
Leadership: He was taught to always be able to use the talents of those around him to suit the mission. He can make plans that are able to change on a moments notice. His father taught him different ways to keep a team goinging whenever he needed to be with a group.

Gadgetry:
The Phone: Jack's phone can do all the things that a normal smart phone could do. However it can also get signal almost anywhere on Earth and translate languages if Jack can take a picture of it.
His MP3 Player Jack's MP3 player has a few different features. The most important one is that it can play music. So if anyone else touches the Player, it just appears to be filled with music. However, when Jack puts his thumb print on the pad and adds the password it's true purpose is revealed. The microphone is a directional microphone that Jack can use to listen into conversations from around 100 meters away. It works better when closer to the target.  The Player has a usb reader down at the bottom to read and copy data.
His Wristwatch: The watch has a 75 meter grappling hook hidden in the side of the watch. It is capable of carrying Jack up to the limit of the length.
A collection of papers: Passports and the similar for his different covers. His father made sure that they were airtight. If anyone were to look up his alias, they would find people who would have known him for his entire life under those names. They are air tight and useful for any mission.

Other Information

Gender is not important to him. He will hit on anyone regardless of gender. Though he does prefer guys.
He can speak English, French, and Spanish fluently.
