Current Isn't it great when someone blames their Rp issues on you when it is truly their fault?

Always fun to have two 1x1 rps die before they even start. Gotta love being ignored.

I have no idea. I am guessing that is a GM question.

Wow this started. I need to post.
@PrinceAlexus
Oh guys are on the menu for my guy. Wow that sounded bad...
Now who should my guy hit on.... I mean he is of course gonna be a flirt.
@T Risket
I didn't mention it cause I didn't know the time scale. Let's say a few months and he was gone for a decade.
Let's give this a bump. I'm still very much open and I love 1x1 plots.
Nathan Wagner: The Lost Prince

Going to the gym makes me the happiest.

I love the blue and red foam mats that cushion the gym floor.

The loud blaring music that blasts from the gyms loudspeakers makes me feel like smiling all the time.

I love the smell of workout sweat.

Going to the gym makes me the happiest.

Jabs, Crosses, Hooks, Upper Cuts,

And Punching the Heavy Weight Bag makes me feel like the happiest male on the earth.

It's throwing on Boxing Gloves and working out at the Boxing Gym that makes me feel so alive and also the happiest.

Nate never really feared anything. His grandfather had always taught him to keep a strong exterior or else people would judge him for his weakness. Nate would not charge headlong into danger, but he would not stand down from anything. People were judged on how they acted around others. That meant that Nate had to keep his face as neutral as possible. That meant that no one would ever be able to judge him even though everyone seemed to have an opinion about Nathan Wagner. His whole life people had been judging him for almost nothing. Nate had learned from an early age how to deal with all of it. It always helped him to remind himself where he stood with everyone.
Marshall saw him as his horrid ex-boyfriend. During their relationship, Nate had thought he had done everything right but that had never seemed to be enough for Marshall. Nate had always gotten the impression that Marshall had expected something out of a romance novel. Like there would be billowing open shirts and shmaltzy romance everywhere you looked. Their breakup was a mutual thing since Nate had expected quite a lot from Marshall. Nate had deep seated issues with relationships since all his had turned south. Nate honestly felt like he had smothered Marshall with his need to hold onto what little good things he had left. That meant that they both had a hand in the destruction of the relationship. He knew that they would never get back together and that bothered him for some reason. Marshall had helped him get through some issues and Nate would always be grateful for that. His relationship with Marshall was still a bit bittersweet and it did bother him that they had ended for next to nothing.
Then the rest just saw him as a person to be ignored. It did appear that despite his best efforts, most people did not care for him. Nate generally was a nice guy but, yet this group gave him the cold shoulder. It was not as if he was an unpleasant person, but most people seemed to see right through him. Most people in the school tended look the other way when he was around. Most of his friends barely knew the real him. The only person he could talk to was his piano teacher, Art. Perhaps it was because the other guy could not see. Nate honestly would tell the blind young man whatever was bothering him and not feel like he was being judged. That felt nice to not be on the receiving end of being judged. Nate still didn’t know why he was learning to play the piano, but it made him feel classy and it was an excuse to get out of the house. Any excuse was a good excuse for Nate regardless of what the need was. Part of him was wondering if Art would show up to a place like this.

Then there was the guy in front of him right now. Isaac seemed to be of the decent sort of person. Nate usually could tell what kind of person they were just by looking at them. Isaac just seemed to be the honest kind which Nate respected. The man looked like he was carved out of angry marble, but Nate was liking what he was reading. Nate was pretty sure he had seen Isaac at the Combat Club which earned him huge amounts of points in Nate’s book. The fact that he could hold his own in a brawl was Nate’s measure of a real man. His physique was not horrible on the eyes but everything about him screamed straight which was quite the shame. Still, Nate knew how to control himself with straight people and the like. He could have guy friends without trying to make out with them though it was quite difficult when he rarely got drunk.

Nate let out a good-natured laugh when he saw Isaac’s reaction to the beer. “I am gonna guess you ain’t much of a beer drinker? Funny thing is neither am I. That’s why I offered it to you. “ He admitted with a sheepish grin. It was clear that Nate had no intention of drinking the beer or anything like that.

Nate shook the offered hand with a genuine look of interest. “ I like to think that I am good at reading people. Seems I was right with you. I am pretty sure I saw you at the 365 Combat Club, right? I tend not to forget people who go there, and I am always down for a spar or two. I like to challenge myself even I am sure I would lose. Only chance I would have at beating you would be to get you off your feet which I imagine would be hard.” Nate joked feeling like his old self again. Maybe things were turning up for him.

Perhaps this party was not a bust after all.

Cal lives in the Doctor's house in the village. His great grandfather helped to build it and the family has been the town doctor for years. The clinic currently a little cold and clinical but Cal is doing everything possible to make it nicer. He orders in special candy for his bowl on the reception desk and is working on making the whole building less cold. The Old Doctor Sherman preferred the clinic to be clinical but Cal is still trying to brighten it up. He has no idea how to paint or anything but he desperately wants the clinic to be seen as a happy place where people are happy to go.

The house connected to the clinic is just the same as the clinic. The building feels cold and a little unwelcoming. As soon as Cal moved in, he brought his collection of painting that he had used in his old apartment in the city. The building still has a lot of work to do but Cal intends for the building to be his own in every way.

Caleb was born in his family's medical clinic in the town. The Shermans had lived there for countless generations. His great great grandfather had been the first doctor sent to the town and they had been there ever since. For Generations the Shermans stayed still in the town loving their position as the medical experts. They would marry some local girl and the cycle of Sherman doctors would continue. Then along came Cal Sherman. As was proper, he was going to be the town doctor but his mother had always told him stories about the cities. The glamorous life that awaited him if he went there. Cal wanted more than to be a small town doctor. He still wanted to be a doctor like everyone in his family but not to keep himself trapped. One day when Cal was eleven years old, his mother suddenly collapsed. Despite her husband's best efforts, she died of cancer a few weeks later. The loss of his wife nearly broke Doctor Sherman and he retreated from his son. They rarely if ever spoke and that tension was not good for his relationship with his son. Cal was forced to raise himself while doing his best to hide his family's dysfunction from the town.

By the time he was 16, Cal had a plan formulated in his head. He was going to get out of the town and away from his overbearing father. Behind his father's back Cal applied to a local university to get his degree in medicine. He got in on early admission which meant that he could get out of town much earlier. One cold winter's night, Cal packed his bags and the fled the town without telling a soul. He left with the intention to never go back. He went to university and pursued his degree in medicine. Cal clearly had a knack for medicine and he excelled at university eventually getting his residency at a local hospital. The whole time, Cal didn't even think about the village. That was a part of his past. He was so close to finally getting where he wanted in life when he got a call from his father. He was retiring and was desperate for his son to return. Cal weakly agreed if for the villagers more than his father.

Now there is a Sherman doctor in the village. Cal still feels like he abandoned them and that they wouldn't accept him for running away. Now Cal is doing his best to keep the family clinic running while reintegrating himself in the town.
Fixed and done now.
