Randy simply seemed to stand around and watch for a few moments. Being down below in the engine room or having been down there with quite a few people. One of them being his boss, another a merchant and a possible coworker of sorts in the future and a person with what seemed to be an animated doll. It seemed more than enough of an awkward situation and seeing as the boss was around and there events currently on going or at least he had suspected such. He could not simply slip away into a daydreaming fantasy, most work he could currently do seemed to be done and patched up with the materials he could find. It seemed to hold together well enough for the moment but he was definitely unsure about its sturdiness and how long it may last, especially if more trouble or violent ‘critics’ came along once more because of the performance. He continued to run that inside joke inside his skull and probably would keep tightly held onto it.

It seemed the one named ‘Hitori’ had briefly gone on about clouds as if going into a fantasy of some sort. Randy could not really blame him. Although he long knew that the clouds did not contain this ‘wonder’ except perhaps in imagination and through the mind. For a moment Randy could not help himself from staring out the window as well. Starting to drift out, slowly and unnoticed by the rest of his conscious mind. As he looked out toward the clouds and began to drift into them in a mental sense.

Randy did not come back until Cassius had approached him and even then it seemed to take a few moments for the words to get across. He really ought to try and nip that day dreaming habit in the bud, or whatever the appropriate saying was. Seems like he might not be able to finish his projects if all things went to hell. Oddly, he could not feel much panic for himself but instead rather for the projects and some certain others. “Okay.” Randy responded simply. “Bye, and in case we or at least I die. See you later.” He oddly felt a small grin creep up on his face He immediately went off to look for the workers, high and low to gather them. Finding a place that was structurally sound among the ship? The engine room seemed, to be fairing but puncture all around. The cargo hold might be the next safest bet, as long as most crates and so on were safely strapped down or would not fly about in a crash scenario. He would have to check that later or perhaps a brig if it was large enough.
are the dorms for single or multiple people?
Doruk let out a bit of a sigh wandering about the halls of the dorm rooms that were around. On the third floor it seemed. He seemed to be having quite an adventure around the area again to find the dorm room of which he belonged to or at least the one that he was supposed to be using at the academy. He had been constantly getting lost on these adventures actually, seeing as he was constantly out and about to help and volunteer for helping others and other locations that were nearby! Speaking of which, now was no different actually. He had recently returned from doing some work elsewhere.

It was just some garden work from the neighbors back home or at least that was the more simple way to put it. The work itself had fatigued him somewhat as it had consisted in helping cut down a tall tree that was in the lawn. Apparently it had been rotting on the inside and was attracted some insects of some sort into its hollowing trunk. He rather not know which insects, might have bothered him a little. Although the work itself had oddly been quite a satisfying feat, perhaps it was the actual chopping into it or watching the tree (safely) topple over. Some dirt was still clearly upon his shoes and lower parts of his pants for having helped removed the roots afterwards as well. Some cold sweat may have been visible on the back of his neck as well.

Someone had been walking down the halls. He believed her name to have been Evelyn or everly, or was it Beverly? Best to go with the first. He should really do his best to remember certain things better such as names, and dorm room numbers. He waved happily to her and chuckled. “Yo!” He said to the person approaching.

Randy tried to be at ease and more relaxed but in all honesty it was not working out very well. He continued to feel a rhythmic beat inside his stomach and continued to have an odd feeling or thought that he was puffing out with slight panic or worry. He began fiddling with the button once more, but in more of an unconscious manner. He muttered briefly to himself and glancing away. “Probably would have set the whole ship on fire if I even attempted a line or another..” He let out a nervous chuckle and focused back toward the ‘man’ that he knew and that title was there for a single reason or so. “Doing fine as always, think today has been one of the busiest for a while now.” His fiddling with said button began to pick up in pacing. “Making, do..” He glanced down at the floor. “Bomb?” He seemed, surprised about the mention of such. “Oh, yes, well, kind of the occupation..” He chuckled a bit at the request of holding the ship together. Before attention was turned elsewhere.

He looked over to unassumingly a merchant, for a brief moment. He was going to mention how some of the products mentioned might be helpful in certain situations before he was looked upon in a weird way. For a brief moment he assumed there was something on his face, or that his overalls had fallen down completely, with another button not working properly as it should. Another had come along and presented a ring to the ‘man’ or Randy’s boss more like, accompanied by a doll. They mentioned something like privacy but it did not seem like such was going to arrive and they took off after some kind of debate of guilt and innocence between the group.

Randy was not entirely sure if he should stay or go. He definitely did not want to go and leave at the moment as was likely shown by his standing still and silent for the most part. Although his understanding for the reason behind such was not clearly written. Whether it was for better or for not was also blurry at the moment but it mostly seemed like standing around was the option being stuck to.
out of curiosity is this going to go by a post order or no?
The day was started, and it seemed almost like many others. Surviving school that had to be done. After that, perhaps just helping and hanging around.Breakfast, was somewhat forced and chowed down on the way. Which was just a small sandwich, and some other various snacks that were put together and eaten at home before leaving. A light and cheerful tune from a cartoon show was hummed along the way. The cartoon was mostly about a group of people that got sent away into cyberspace in order to fight monsters with, monsters. The tune was practically a classic with how catchy and memorable it was.

The bicycle ride had been a bit relaxing as always. A good way to start a perfect day, was the optimistic way of looking at it. Seeing as, it was nearly how everyday was started, unless it was spent at home. Doruk made his way up to ViewFront Academy on his bike, and rang the bell ahead of time just in case anyone wasn’t paying attention to his riding through. Glancing around as he approached and looking for any empty spots for him to place and lock up his bike for the school day. His backpack had felt, oddly heavier today, probably just brought some extra books or something with him. No point in turning back now anyways.
Randy had made his way down into the engine works from where he had originally stepped out from to being with. He pressed his hands up against his cheeks somewhat and took in a deep breath in order to calm down from the previous awkwardness presented by encountering the captain of the ship that was above. He hoped the message had been received and had gotten to the captain clear enough. He seemed unsure on what he had actually said the captain up above, what was it exactly? His mind fluttered and briefly panicked about something so small as he continued into the engine works of the ship. Whatever it was, it was quite too late now to go back and correct it or pop up and say something yet again. The captain, did seem busied and worried, though not overly so probably just the right amount that Cap’ should have been. Randy’s mind continued to flutter about and his nose twitched somewhat at something but this had not been something of full awareness or at least not at this very moment.

He needed to calm down, even if it ‘twas only to calm down by just a little from his current state of mind. He bit down on his left cheek and tried fiddling with the misbehaving button from earlier but that seemed practically useless in effect as he continued about the innards of the ship. Dragging along the wrench and trying to immediately board up any and every hole in the hull he could find with some material that would hopefully be found inside the supply closets or rooms themselves that were around the ship. The work of trying to run and complete repairs and actually having some work to accomplish was actually quite effective way of calming down. He was even feeling less weird for a few seconds.

For the sake of it and a bit of silliness and a bit of a daydream he tried making something up along the way. Most of it was muttering to himself aloud. Not being very conscious of it. “Twas the night that the stars aligned had I met you out upon the grassy plains. The wind called and whistled to thine ear that the time of destiny and determination was upon us. For the river of time would flow ever onward and many a trial shall standeth in our path. The journey to be undertaken will be like the carver’s knife against our skin and so-“ He was in the middle of making a large upward sweeping gesture with his left arm to exaggerate what he was saying, when someone was upon him.

Should have noticed them for miles away. It was especially awkward being caught messing around and making up some nonsense lines or words with no real point besides distraction and entertainment. He really should escape the confines of his mind more often instead of delving further into them and messing around. He set both of his arms down and his back facing toward the one who had asked about Randy’s current career position. He felt like there was something beating at a fast pace inside of his stomach as if it was a drum. He also felt like he was puffing out a little, but surely that was only his imagination. He took a moment, of slight internal screaming though the reason and emotion of such was, unclear. He looked over his shoulder to the one who had come to the lower plains inside the ship. “…It is fine.” Were the words that were barely squeezed out of his throat to answer the question asked.
