Today was a bad day for imposter syndrome. Almost didn't get out of bed. Spent my free time reading reference books about writing instead of, y'know, writing. Tomorrow is a new day though!

I wrote the full outline of a fanfic and 1000 words yesterday. First time I've written for ME in a decade. The imposter syndrome is real but I still feel kinda good.

Do not suffer over where you desire to be. Accept where you are. Thank, Brad Warner!

I can feel the creativity bubbling again, and I haven't felt this happy about it in a long time.

We need to have a weekly race on the Institutes' lawn mowers. The drunker the characters are, the better.

Raise hail, praise Dale! Loser has to find a way to break down the gym doors with just the mower and no powers!
Not to jump the gun before being accepted, but @Ti did... did we just become Best Farmer Friends?
A beta sheet, for inspection. I started writing and the words didn't stop...

Yes; I mentioned in the interest check that I'm not limiting it to the big four. Just as long as it is something "natural" related since in some magic systems they start to include things like "light and darkness" as elements, and that's not something I'd consider an element in this setting.

Roger that! Just wanted to confirm before I got to work on someone! I'll try to have a CS up for your review tomorrow!
Question! Are you including the Eastern elements of Wood and Metal along with Fire, Earth, Air and Water?
Going to give @Estylwen a chance to post before I put something in writing.

Aubri, watching Amerigo go to work. "Pay attention children. This is where the fun begins."
Hey gang!

A long time ago, when I wasn't prowling Roleplayer forums to feed my creative itch I'd go to the Nanowrimo forums to hone my fiction writing skills a bit and have fun interactions.

I went back there the other day and it appears the forum has been, for lack of a better term, un-forumed.

Can anyone recommend other similar online places where creative writers hang out to discuss non-RP fiction writing in a fun and supportive environment?
Also, It's implied in the Republic's background that the Brothers deal with Weird Shit(TM) in ports across the world. Could just say it reminds you of that time you dealt with such and such at such and such port.
"Back off the boat everybody. Amerigo wants to play!"
Est, I'll leave you to introduce the demons that are gradually spilling out from within the Castle then.

"Back on the boat, everyone. We aren't getting our money back."
