The main problem Walmart has is that it's usually filled with the worst people in your town and sometimes there's too many people in the checkout lanes.
Cleanliness isn't really an issue.
The biggest issue IMO is that their prices aren't actually that low anymore compared to other stores. People just keep going there because they got used to it.

If you have a Playstation 4 or Xbox One, then your journey will be easy and cost you $20.
Otherwise go to duelingnetwork or look up something like YGOpro.
There's a very narrow window for you to have fun with this. Whether or not you'll enjoy yourself is kind of complicated. It's why I didn't want to go into this whole thing.
I've played hundreds of hours of yugioh, but I don't think I can recommend getting into it.
I can easily recommend Magic, though.
