Bio

Gay, he/him, Autistic

I’m Crimson Flame and I’m addicted to RPing. But sometimes ADHD kicks in, and it takes me longer to reply to things than it should. If I’m taking too long to respond, feel free to say something. Just don’t be rude about it.

There are a bunch of RPs I like. Pokémon, Digimon, Fantasy, Superhero, it would take too long to list them all. I’m not a fan of Horror or Apocalypse settings though.

I have a particular type of character I like making. Look through my Character Sheet thread, and see if you notice what a lot of my characters have in common.

That's stupid. Have you ever an online translator? Imagine how much worse it would be with homophones. Speaking of homophones, Japanese is full of them.

As ridiculous as a universe with a Virtual Reality Video Game like this...?

Does it even really matter? We're all gonna be typing in English anyway...

Well, cue Ben Taylor.

Thank you.

Given that everyone else has gained that impression, and it's troublesome if characters don't have a common language, maybe it ?

But considering this an online game... It shouldn't really be that big of a problem. The internet converts their speech to English/Japanese. Problem solved.|D

So apparently an RP based on a Japanese TV show having Japanese characters is bad?

Every single character other than mine is female, and nowhere in the OP does it say the game is exclusively in Japan. A little variety would be nice... :/

Yeah smut all over google. You know you want to get dirty with that search bar. You know what you type in there. Don't lie.

Just imagine what happens when you click, "I'm feeling lucky."

I wish there was a winking emoticon...
My god, so many Japanese chicks. xD
At some point it was decided that the group would take a simple job to test out their skills. That was fine, he was expecting something like that. Aura picked out a job to rescue a girl from a small group of bandits in the woods. Even if he wasn't particularly looking foward to dealing with bandits, being a hero, and sweeping some girl off her feet was an exciting idea. It was also in the woods, which meant there would be animals there. The person who offered the job was even offering 40,000 Jewel for the girl's safe return. Even though he knew that amount wouldn't be all his, it was still more money than he ever had in his whole life. Maybe joining this guild couldn't be that bad after all.

As the two senior members of the guild were discussing things, Tim was then greeted by the guy at the counter, who called himself Beau. Tim waved hello, and smiled sheepishly. "T-thanks. Um... it's going well so far."

Right at that moment, the guildmaster showed up. She seemed like everything a Guildmaster should be. A good leader, but not too intimidating. She made an announcement stating that she would be gone for a few days. Just as she was getting ready to leave, Fisk asked about getting Volcalia and himself marked. Tim's eyes widened, and he started shivering when Fisk mentioned branding them with a Cattle Iron What?! The young water mage thought. He knew this guild had a tradition of marking their members, but that sounded a little extreme."Uh...t...t...that isn't gonna hurt... is it?" He asked nervously. The boy was squeamish around doctor needles, let alone getting branded by a hot iron. Getting tattooed wasn't something he was particularly looking foward to.
Also, I dunno why but I find Stella fanning Emil to be kinda adorable.

Mission accomplished. B)
I've never heard of Dota 2... Or Dota 1 for that matter. xD

Added everyone's CS's to the OP. But I can't get the links to the pictures you put in them. >< So if you all could give me the links to your pictures, that would be great. ^^

Here's the link for Leo's picture.

My character is there as well. Crimson, do take note.

I edited in the reference to your character being there. :)

Speaking of languages, Leo was using English with Hitomi, right?

Yeah, he was speaking English... That'll make this whole scene really awkward though. xD

Leo does know a little Japanese because he lived there when he was younger (and because I need to be able to interact with people...) but I'm sure he's forgotten a lot of it at this point.
Stella rolled her eyes as Nerissa challenged her to a race. She liked competitions as much the next girl, but there was no way she was going to exert herself in this heat. She hated running, especially when the temperature was as high as it was. She wasn't going to get sweaty and out of breath just to win some ridiculous wager, how disgusting! She wouldn't want to be seen sweating like some kind of commoner. That would be downright embarrassing. Never mind the risk of heat stroke, and skin cancer that came with being out in such weather for too long.

She pulled out a paper fan from her purse, opened it, and started fanning herself with it as she continued her leisurely stroll to the store. Even worse than the heat, was the crowds of people pushing past each other like a bunch of ruffians. If there was anything worse than sweating, it was bumping into one of these people, and the awkwardness that usually followed.

As she expected, Stella was the last one to reach the store. Emil and Nerissa had been waiting there some time, but Stella didn't care what they thought. She wasn't willing to sprint through the streets of Goldenrod like a madwoman. "Have you lost your mind?!" Stella scoldedd Nerissa while continuing to fan herself. "Did you honestly expect me to race you in this heat?! Don't make me laugh. A lady like myself wouldn't be caught dead sweating and panting. Seriously, how childish can you be?!"

She turned to Emil, and saw his face had turned red, was drenched in sweat, and was catching his breath. Did he really take up Nerissa's challenge? Stella giggled to herself. At least Emil was a child, he had an excuse. Nerissa was old enough to know better. "Oh, you poor dear! This heat must be getting to you." The blonde said as she started fanning him. "By the way, you forgot these back at the Gym." She took out Emil's Plain Badge, and TM disc, and put them in his hands. "Maybe next time you won't run off before the Gym Leader has a chance to give you your badge, hm?"

After fanning him for a moment, she closed her fan, put it away, and walked up to the entrance of the Department Store. "Now, as for the terms of our... wager..." She pulled out her credit card from her purse, and held it between her fingers for the other two to see. "The two of you should consider yourselves lucky I'm feeling charitable today." It wasn't worth arguing about the fact she never agreed to this bet. She knew very well that she had more than enough money to pay for a few Pokeballs, anyway.
