Whitney's opponent sent out her Houndour, and ordered it to incinerate the Lum berry she kept on Miltank's horn for emergencies. The Hound shot a stream of fire from it's mouth, and burned the berry to ashes, then ran up to the cow in order to use Foul Play.

"Aw, what's the matter? I thought a girl like you would appreciate the challenge?" She had also mentioned her brother, which caused the pink haired Gym leader to furrow her eyebrows. She did not like thinking about that. "Yes him... The one with Gible... Let's not talk about that hm? Let's focus on the task at hand. Milly, don't let that dog bother you! Use Attract on him, then follow up with Rollout!"

The Miltank mooed, before blowing a kiss at the Houndour, and sending a flurry of pink hearts in his direction. then the cow curled up into a ball, and started rolling around the Gym to pick up speed before charging the Dark type dog.

Stella had looked up to see Emil had won his battle. She wasn't particularly impressed. After all, it isn't that hard to beat a Clefairy, Still, something strange happened during it that piqued her interest. The Emil boy had asked her about it once he took his seat. "Yes, I saw that..." Stella replied to Emil's comment. recalling something she heard from one of her father's friends. "I heard a new type was recently discovered. One that was immune to Dragon type attacks. I thought it was ridiculous at the time. However, after seeing that, I think it might be true. Could you imagine something like Clefable being able to stand up to something like Garchomp? I find the idea absolutely hilarious!"

Appearance: Andre is a tall young man, standing at exactly six feet tall. Although he doesn't like to do so, he excersises a little bit so that he doesn't look like a fat slob, and is physically fit and toned as a result. He tries not to spend too much time in the sun, claiming it is bad for your skin, so he has a fair complexion. He keeps his blond hair short, and neatly styled at all times. There is never a hair out of place. He has a round boyish face, and large baby blue eyes which he claims are his best feature. Except for his hair and eyebrows, he has no hair on his upper body. He's also pierced his earlobes so he can wear earrings.

Andre is very much into fashion, especially expensive designer clothing, and he usually dresses more formally than kids his age. Being famous, he has a certain reputation to uphold, so most of his clothes are very expensive made by well-known designers. His wardrobe mostly consists of button down dress shirts, vests, trousers, and dress shoes. He even wears a tie and blazer on some days. He always keeps his clothes neat and tidy, never a thread out of place. It's rare to see him in a simple T-shirt and jeans, but he does own a few. His wardrobe contains a lot of bright colors, especially pink, his favorite color. He carries around a pink messenger bag that has red hearts on it, and he occasionally wears a pair of pink sunglasses. His favorite outfit is a pink dress shirt that fits him well, paired with a red vest over it. Around his necks is a red silk tie, and a burgundy blazer with shiny pink buttons over that. On the bottom he wears brown trousers held up by a belt, and a pair of black dress shoes with pink spats on them, and brown socks that go up to his calves on his feet. He accesorizes this with a pink beret on his head, and a pair of diamond stud earrings decorating his ears.

Andre has developed a taste for diamonds and gemstones. He will occasionally be seen wearing random pieces of jewelry every now and then, regardless of whether it was intended for a man or not. He enjoys experimenting with fashion, and likes trying out many different things, including wearing women's clothing sometimes. He feels women get nicer clothes than men do, and it lets him get away with wearing more jewelry than a man can. He can pass for a convincing woman when he's all made up.

Personality: First off, Andre has tastes that are usually considered femmine. His favorite color is pink, and a lot of his things are pink and have hearts on them. He likes fashion, and he has a taste for cute things, and he's not really emabrrased by it. He really doesn't understand why boys in this country have an issue with guys liking that kind of thing. He just guesses it's because they're insecure about their masculinity.

Andre is very obsessed with beauty and looking good. As a Movie Star, he feels he has to maintain a certain image, and because people don't want to be friends with an ugly person. He always makes sure he is perfectly groomed before leaving the house, and as such it takes him a while to get ready in the morning. Because he puts so much effort into looking good, he hates getting dirty, as it ruins all the work he put in.

He really values his relationships. He goes to great lengths to make friends and fans everywhere he goes. He often attends parties to meet new people. Someone not wanting to be his friend upsets him, and he will try to make that person his friend whether they want to be or not. For the same reason, he also likes love and romance, and as such he comes across as a flirt. He openly hits on people (he's openly bisexual, so guys as well as girls) he considers to be attractive, though he is usually more polite about it then most guys, because he is genuinely looking for a relationship. He also likes pairing people up who he thinks would make a good couple, regardless of gender and orientation, and jokingly teasing the two involved.

He can be charming and manipulative when he wants to be. He knows just what to say to win people over, which sometimes helps him get his way in many situations. While he is polite and well-mannered, and typically acts friendly towards others, he treats people like objects to make himself feel better. He can be self-centered, and disregards how other people feel and what they need if it's not benefiting him somehow. It's not something he does consciously, it's just how he is. He was brought up believing that people's affections can be bought, and it's worked out for him so far.

Having become used to being given whatever he wants, Andre has been spoiled by wealth. He has an appreciation for the finer things in life. He wears expensive clothes, drives around in fancy cars, takes exotic vacations, and freely spends money like it grows on trees. He is very generous with his money, since he has so much of it, trading a a few dollars for something better is no problem. He's also found it much easier to woo people with money. He especially enjoys being famous, and being adored by many. He doesn't mind the the craziness that comes with being a cleberty either. Bad publicity is still publicity, as long as people are talking about you, then that's all that matters. Andre has always been accustomed to life on top. His worst fear is losing it all, whether that be ruining his movie career, or losing his hard earned friends.

Despite being Kalosian, and using French words a lot, he can speak Englsh just fine. He just thinks everything sounds sexier in French.

Backstory: Andre was born in Lumoise City, Kalos. Andre's childhood is not what one would consider normal. His parents are both famous actors, and since his birth he's been in the lap of luxury. Due to his parents being famous actors, and therefore often busy, Andre rarely ever saw them. He was also homeschooled for a while, and was rarely able to leave the house. He felt lonely being in a big empty mansion with only caretakers that were too busy to keep the kid entertained. Andre's parents brought him expensive toys to make it up to him. For a while the shiny new toy would make him feel less lonely, but soon he would get bored of it, and the loneliness came back. He thought something better would solve the problem. When his parents announced a new trip, the young boy cried, and of course, his parents brought him a new, better, more expensive gift once they got back. The same thing happened, it would make him feel good for a while, but soon he'd get bored again. He would continue to ask and receive more and more expensive things throughout his childhood. It was great, and Andre grew accustomed to wealth and having anything he wanted on a whim. It was nice, but it still wasn't enough, the bad feelings still didn't go away.

At some point, his parents thought it was a good idea for him to start interacting with other kids, so they enrolled him in a private school. When Ande started going to school, and meeting other people his age, he got a lot of attention from them due to the fancy toys he had that they couldn't afford. At Recess, every kid wanted to play with him. Being with others that likely made him feel just as good, if not better, than opening up a brand new toy. It was then he thought that if new toys won't help, then maybe people will.

He made lots and lots of friends, and Andre was happy for a while. Soon his family had to move away, and Andre was transferred to a new school. Having lost all the friends he made, Andre was upset for a while. He soon worked to make new friends in this new place, and he was happy again. Then his parents moved once more, and the cycle continued. He was never truly content though, because he always had to leave all his friends behind.

At the age of thirteen, Andre's family moved to Virbank City, Unova to further their careers. There, his parents encouraged their son to follow in their footsteps, and become an Actor. They put him in acting classes, and used their connections to pull a few strings, and get him a starring role in a major film. He didn't want to do this at first, but did it anyway to please his parents. While making the movie, he came to enjoy being on a movie set, and acting. When his first movie went to theaters, and became a box-office success, he enjoyed all the fame and attention it brought him. Or more specifically, he liked all the adoring fans. He also enjoyed the piles of money, expensive things, and all the glamour that being a movie star brings. He decided to pursue a film career, while also attending school when he wasn't filming. After doing that for a few years, he became as famous and successful as his parents. He is often chased by Papparazzi and crazed fans, and he is also often the subject of ridiculous rumors in gossip magazines. Usually, they involve him spending absurd amounts of money on something lavish, being seen at a party, or romance rumors with various other celeberties. (Not long after hitting puberty, he discovered how attractive people were, and the joys of love. Although he's never had a serious romantic relationship, much to his disappointment.) He doesn't mind all the craziness that much. As long as he has all his adoring fans, then all is well.

Andre has everything now, devoted fans, a luxurious life, and piles of money at his disposal. Despite this, he still isn't satisfied. He feels like something is missing, but he isn't sure what that is. He recently decided to take a break from filming for a while to do the whole Pokemon Trainer thing he never had a chance to do when he was younger. After seeing an ad in a magazine, he decided to take a trip to the Saro region to try his luck there.

Favorite type: Fairy (He likes any Pokemon he deems cute and/or pretty regardless of type, but since most Fairy types fit this description, he specializes in them.)

Name: Timothy "Tim" Wolfe

Tim is somewhat short for a young man his age, standing at exactly 5'4". Despite seeming weak and fragile, he is actually stronger than he looks. He has an athletic build and is physically fit due to having lived in a small town all of his life, and spending a lot of time running around outside. He spends a good amount of time in the sun so his skin is lightly tanned as a result, not pale but not bronzed either. He has messy black hair on top of his head, and his bangs go to his eyebrows. He has big brown eyes, a small nose, and a round "Babyface", which give him a youthful appearance. His face is clean-shaven, and his upper body is free of any hair except the top of his head and eyebrows.

Tim prefers to dress simply and casually. He doesn't want to have to fuss with his clothes, or worry about ruining them, as well as being comfortable in them. His usual outfit usually consists of a T-shirt, shorts, and sneakers. His favorite shirt is a loose-fitting dark blue and white striped T-shirt. He wears a pair of khaki cargo shorts on the bottom that are held up by a black leather belt. His footwear of choice are a pair of comfortable grey sneakers and short white socks. He carries a blue backpack to store whatever essential items he might need to have at the moment.

Personality: Tim is a shy and quiet individual by nature. He was always this way, and being bullied as a kid didn't help. He is very sensitive, and he fears being bullied. He usually speaks with a quiet voice, and occasionally a stutter when he's nervous. He also becomes very apologetic when someone shows any hint of being upset. He has a thing for animals, and he usually prefers being with animals than with people. Animals will listen without judgement, and only expect a little kindness in return. He is gentle and softspoken, which seems to be the reason why he has such an easy time with animals. He gets scared easily, his worst phobia being stage fright. He gets really nervous when having to speak or perform in front of an audience. He really wants to be the brave, but it's harder than it looks.

Despite being shy, he is by no means antisocial. If you talk to him, you'll find he's quite friendly, and polite. He can laugh and make jokes like any other kid. He is always happy to have to new friends, because his shyness makes it difficult to make them. He is very affectionate and loyal to those he likes. He hates it when people are angry around him, so he tries his best to keep the peace. In conversations, he is usually more of a listener than a talker, and he has no problems being a sounding board when someone wants to vent (As long as they don't hurt him.) Tim is very kind to others, often to a fault. He is very trusting of people, and is willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Tim is usually very difficult to anger, and is very quick to forgive someone when he does get mad. However, during the times when he is not in a good mood, he can be quite scary if you do catch him at a bad moment. He doesn't want to burden others with his problems, and he fears being made fun of, so he keeps them to himself. This causes him personal frustration. When it gets to be too much, he'll lash out at the target, and let out his pent up rage. He dislikes bullying (towards himself or others,) as well as people being needlessly cruel to animals. Doing one of those things is the best way to get him upset.

Tim is very careful and calculating. He always thinks before he speaks, and prefers not to wrecklessly jump into danger. However, due to his insecurity he is often uncertain if the choices he makes are the right ones. He can easily be convinced to change his mind. This leaves him with some anger when the plan fails and he knew his original idea would have worked. He also doesn't like violence all that much, having been a victim of it most of his life. Although he doesn't look like it, Tim has a big appetite. He likes eating many different kinds of foods, and has the cooking skills to match.

History: Tim was born in a small town by the ocean. Tim's parents weren't rich, but they did all they could to give their son a good life, and give him every advantage. While they expressed having high hopes for their son's success, they tried not to put too much pressure on the boy. For the most part, his life was normal. Tim was often a target of bullying because of his shyness, tendency to get scared easily, and because he was clumsy. No matter what he did to get them to stop it, it always failed or they found something else to give him crap about. It gave him self-esteem issues, resulting in him becoming even more timid. As a result, he had very few friends growing up. He didn't tell anyone about the bullying, lest it become worse. He saw other kids get beaten up much worse after they snitched, and he didn't want that to happen. So he kept it all inside and let his resentment build.

From an early age, he always had a special talent for caring for animals. They seem to be fond of him due to his softspoken nature. He often finds sick, or injured animals and cares for, plays with, and feeds them when no one else will. Around animals, Tim felt much more like himself. He found relief from the stresses of life, and he's found they are the best friends he could ask for. He always knew he wanted to do something with animals when he gets older. He just wasn't sure what.

At the age of ten, Tim showed signs of having magic. When a stream of cold water that seemed to come from nowhere blasted a bully in the face after he stuck his foot out and caused Tim to trip, then teased him about his clumsiness. Tim giggled at that, which caused the bully to think Tim was to blame, and so he punched the boy in the face, resulting in a black eye. While his parents were concerned about his injury, they were thrilled at the confirmation that their son was indeed a Mage.

Nothing spectacular happened after that, and life continued as normal until Tim turned thirteen. It was then that his parents felt he was ready to hone his magical powers. He was taught by the Mages in the area. He spent many years studying, and practicing his techniques. Tim did well with his studies and showed great potential. However, although the bullying had stopped, he didn't really talk to any of the other students because of his experiences when he was younger. A few months after his eighteenth birthday, Tim completed his training and was invited to join Fairy Tail. He wasn't expecting to be invited to join such a prestigious group, but humbly accepted because he agreed with their ideals, and because it would make his parents proud.

Water Magic

Water Whip: The water whip is a commonly used move that involves creating a lashing tendril of water to swipe at an opponent.

Water Jet: Tim fires high pressure jets of water from his hands, which can be used to force opponents back or even blast clean through a target if focused enough.

Water Wall: Tim can mold Water into a variety of shapes and can be used to deflect an attack, trap opponents in a viscous body, reshaped and propelled at attackers before they can recover, or solidified into a shield of ice.

Wave: Tim can move masses of Water to create waves of nearly any size.

Ice Magic

Iceberg spike: Tim can shoot small shards of ice at their opponent, or cause a giant spike to protrude from a body of water.

Ice shield: Tim can freeze an amount of water in front of them, creating a shield of ice.

Ice spear: Tim freezes a stream of water, then throws the frozen result at the target.

Ice disc: Tim can create a cylindrical column of ice and proceed to slice razor-sharp sections of it off and send them at an opponent.

Healing Magic

Tim has the ability to heal injuries by redirecting energy paths throughout the body, using water as a catalyst. This can be used to heal a sick or injured person by surrounding them with water, which glows during the process.
