There's an organisation that produces the encyclopedia by the same name as it. It employs explorers like me to research and write articles, but it has scientists working round the clock on research, probing, and other technologies. They're the ones who find and pick locations.

Zel: It is, but it was primarily going to be one of the tests the apprentices are supposed to pass on to check their spatial skills. Also your carving isn't half bad, but I can tell you didn't check the diagrams for the parts since some of them are now stuck.
