Of course, given the nature of such storms, I would be willing to bet they can move instantaneously, much like we do with portals or teleportation. Combined with the fact that pure Outside would have absolutely shredded everything left, I’d say the storm still harbors what we may be looking for. Which means, hopefully, it continues to harbor the who as well.

Although your magic to protect yourself is very good, it may be too philotically complex to withstand the influence of the Outside, anyway. You require another method.

I don’t know much how it works, myself, but Tier Fours tend to have a close connection to Existence and its working as it is, so it’d probably just take a hint or nudge from a fellow Tier Four to find out how and take action.
