Consider this a placeholder until I come up with a punchy, pithy status.

Can I ask that Union Jack be moved to walking the line? Because it was my intent that he not be a clear cut hero but more in a grey moral and legal area. I mean, he does kill people and break laws but he does it for S.H.I.E.L.D.
@HalfOfLancelot
In all fairness, Eddie is prepared to kill or, at the very least, endanger innocent Gothamites to get the Bat-family to play his games so he's not entirely harmless. But so long as they play and don't lose, he won't kill anyone.
@Ruby
Well, like the Arkham Riddler, he's not going to be on display. He's going to be sitting far away and controlling things from a basement full of computers or something similar. So to stab him you've either got to solve some riddles or track him down and tracking him down requires outwitting him.

So you've got to play the game on some level to beat him...

*cackles with self satisfied glee*

Classic teenager. From what I know of Damian, he'd actually enjoy the logic and strategic elements of the riddles, just not the constant mocking and whining from Eddie.
Given all these young people who don't want to play his games, Eddie will probably weep with relief when Bruce returns.
@Dblade26
Yeah, that sounds like exactly it. Though...

"Very well, I had hoped you intelligence would rival that of the previous Robin but it seems not. I'll just have to wait for him to come back to town, I hear he's part of those dreadful and insipid Titans now."

"..."

"After all, you're clearly not up to the challenge and the previous wearer of that tacky mask had a truly staggering intellect, though, of course, nothing compared to my own. The Red Robin at least made an entertaining evening though..."

"I'm going to solve your Riddles and punch your teeth out."

"Oh, goody!"

Anton will probably abuse the hell out of his obligatory Smartphone AI to waltz around Riddler.

The Riddler doesn't make Riddles you can google your way through!

And he'd probably hate Razor Bat most of all. This is a sacred thing and he's making a mockery of it with his branded suit and promotional, capitalistic ways!
@ProPro
I am going to end a lot of posts with "Me, the Riddler!" or some variation of that.

@Ruby
Ha, Eddie is totally going to wreck the Court's plans for that snub. How dare they underestimate him!

And yeah, Arkham Riddler motivated me to get 100% completion on every one of the games I've played (haven't played Arkham Knight yet) and hone my skills so I could eventually take him down.
@Dblade26
Well, I was actually just thinking about that. At the start of the IC, he's only been gone three days (I think) but I imagine the Riddler would be one of the first to realise that he was gone as I'm using some of the elements of the Arkham series Riddler in this; sets up traps, uses surveillance, is a pompous jackass, accuses people of cheating, etc.

So I imagine he'll have a few seconds of "I won, he's fled!" before realising that without Batman actually admitting that Riddler is the smarter of the two of them, it's an empty victory. I'm planning for him to see a member of the batfamily (probably Nightwing) saving someone at that moment, at which time to he resolves to do two things. First, find out where Batman went. Second, intellectually crush every other member of the batfamily to prove to Batman he should never have left.

Or something along those lines. It's all a bit up in the air so far.
Now I have to wonder whether the Riddler warrants a talon of his own. On the one hand, he's fairly influential figure in the criminal world and has his own plans for what should happen in Gotham (sort of), and could therefore be in the way of the court of owls. On the other, he's not exactly an arch villain, isn't a physical threat and doesn't want to destroy or rule Gotham, just to best the batman and use Gotham to that end.

I suppose we'll see.
