When you are so emotional you are close to dropping from every rp you are in just so people won't have to deal with you anymore

I have been watching a lot of Hero's lately and am interested in rping a Sylar/OC dark romance if you are interested. Do you play M or F before I am looking for a Male to play Sylar.
Working on a post right now! hope everyone is okay!
I passed my assessment so I am now officially a Jungle Cruise Skipper!
Is there anything I can do to help anyone post?
Kat got up from bed, kissing Grace on the forehead and Matt on the lips. The idea of performing their own marriage, spending time alone together, was very sweet and very tempting. But it terrified her to leave Grace alone, even for a day or two. She knew that Nikki could be trusted with her but after the loss Nikki had just experience could they even ask her to do this for them? Was it fair to her?

Walking the halls she heard Jenna call over the PA for dinner but wondered if anyone would even be hungry after everything that had happened that day. Kat found herself in front of Nikii's door. Raising her hand, she hesitated twice before finally knocking.
When the door opened Kat wasn't sure what to do. The kind of person Kat was, if Matt had been killed she would have bitten the head off of anyone who even mentioned his name. But Nikki was different. More in touch with her feelings and more open than Kat was. It was a way of being that Kat wished she had. She opened her mouth but shut it again. Words seemed pointless. Actions had always served her better.
So, she acted.

Reaching out she pulled Nikki to her in a fierce hug. She didn't say anything, because there was nothing to say. She didn't back away until Nikki pulled away. Both women looked at each other with eyes of knowledge. Losing people was going to happen more and more. No one could change that. But they could be each other's support when it did happen.
"Dinner should be safe. I didn't cook it," Kat finally spoke, her tone normal but quiet.
@Wick
@KillBox Love the post! Nail-biting for sure! I am not awake enough to post tonight, without making a complete muddled mess, but after work tomorrow I will post a reply for Lyra.
so not much of a post and I'm sorry, but it is after 130 am here, I just got off work and I have work tomorrow morning. At this point I am hoping that post was intelgible... enteligeble... intelagible... interledgeable... you know what I mean!
Kat stayed inside with Gracie, who was crying from the sounds of everything going on outside. All Kat could do was hold her tight and rock her, her own eyes shut tightly and praying for everything to stop.
She'd done the same thing far too many times in her childhood. Kat tried to detach her mind from the situation, to go somewhere else far away. But now she couldn't do that, not with Grace here.

Kat looked towards the door. She didn't like that those children were out there in that mess. She didn't like that Nikki and Jenna were out there.
She didn't like that Matt was out there...
Kat wanted to be out there with them. She felt guilty being safe inside while they fought, but she couldn't risk Grace's safety.

The last thing she had told Matt was if he didn't come back to her she'd kick his ass.
Ever since they had admitted they loved each other and he had proposed she longed to be with him all the time. It wasn't just her body wanting his, it was the source of comfort he provided. Just the sight of him was enough to make her feel safe and secure. So she prayed to a God she wasn't sure existed anymore to bring him back to her alive.

"Da! Dadadadadadada!" Grace cried out demandingly as tears streamed down her little cheeks. She wanted her daddy and she wanted him NOW. Heaven help the being, living or dead, that kept her daddy from her. The wrath of a toddler was not for the faint of heart.
Finally Kat laid her on the bed and she pounded her little fists on the mattress, tiring herself out. Hopefully she would cry herself out and sleep until Matt returned to the room.
@BlackPanther can't wait for Lyra Tiras and Maria to be a makeshift family! Sky Bastards Unite!

I need to get that on a shirt...
@LPFan I know what that's like. I had something similar happen not long ago. My prayers are with you and your family.

@Wick I am terrible! *hides under covers* I can't think of how I want to post for Kat! Too many things!
Arys

The Ice Queen glared at the mortal. "Silence," she said, her tone a kind of quiet that was terrifying to most creatures. "Speaking freely does not mean disrespectfully. Learn the difference or I shall make sure you learn it. Get out of my sight."
With a wave of her hand the doors to her chambers flung open. A goblin waited outside to lead the human to her own room. It was a small, but not a large room with a bed, a desk and a chair. A wardrobe stood against one wall with warm clothing and furs inside and there was a basin with a pitcher of water on a table near the bed.
"If the precious mortal wants food, call," the goblin said in a harsh raspy voice before leaving the human to her own devices.

Alone in her room Arys breathed in and out slowly. The silence was welcoming. In truth she was not really angry with the human, it was just a convenient place to focus her anger. No, she was truly angry at herself. For the brief time she heard that music she had felt something stir in a heart that was supposed to be frozen. Something stirred and it terrified her to no end. She had been without a heart for so long the thought of having hers returned to her, and all of the weakness that came along with it, made her deeply regret giving that challenge to Falk.
But there was no way to go back on it now. A challenge given could not be revoked. Perhaps he would give up?
Even as the thought crossed her mind she dismissed it. Falk was stubborn. He would not give up simply for the sake of his own ego. What was she to do?

Arys' mind worked feverishly at a solution. One presented itself, but it wasn't one she liked...

Grexx

Grexx sputtered at the female. "I never said I was impressive or important! Don't twist my words fae of Spring! I merely stated that it was rude to speak of someone being eaten alive in their presence. Listen to words and their meanings before making assumptions," he said, sliding down the tree. Not paying attention, he went too fast and ended up landing hard on his rump and rolling head over heels backwards.
Scrambling to his feet and brushing off like nothing had happened.
"Besides, you said yourself that I am expected by the King of Spring. If I am killed before reaching him my Queen would consider that an act of war," he blustered, praying such a statement was true.

Grexx put his little shoulders back and tried to stand tall. Perhaps he would do better by applying a bit of honey to his words. "Now, fair lady, would you be so kind as to take me to your- EEK!" he suddenly hollered at the sound of something moving in the brush. In the space of a breath he was behind the leg of the female, only dust showing where he had been an instant before. He may have been small and clumsy but he was fast.
He tried to save face by clearing his throat and stepping out from behind her leg. "I can see things are quite safe. You may proceed now without qualm."

It was truly laughable, like a child trying to seem like an adult. Grexx could only look at her with misery in his eyes, wordlessly begging her to move on from this embarrassing situation of his without comment.
