The sound of crying brought Fran to the opening of the medic tent. Opening the flap she peeked out carefully. People tended to scream when they saw her, at least the ones who realized too late that her face was genuine and not makeup.
"Olivier?" she asked, being one of the few who called him by his real name. Her voice was full of concern. "What's wrong?" she asked before gasping. "Look at all of that blood! Come in sweetie. Let's see what we can do about that."
To some she might seem eerily positive, unnervingly so, but that was just Fran's true personality.
Once he was inside she helped him onto the table. Reaching into the cabnent nearby, she found some painkillers. "Here you go sweetheart. You'll feel a little pinch okay. If you're a good boy you'll get a lollipop!"
A muffled whimper made her glance over her shoulder at the man strapped to the table. He was missing an ear, several fingers and teeth plus his leg was cut open at the knee, the white bone exposed. "You don't get one. You called me naughty names, that's why I had to gag you," she said, turning her back and ignoring him once again.
Her smile returned as she patted Blink on the head lovingly, cupping his cheek. "Now let's see what the trouble is sweetie," she said before her eye glowed even bright green and she looked down his body.

@Oliver okay I'll get a post up for Fran. btw, any plans on what is wrong with Blink? or shall I make something up myself? To me it sounds like he has a fractured rib with a punctured lung, which would be fun for Fran to fix.

Methods : Fran ends up scaring people to death while imagining she is 'helping' them. She'll perform open heart surgery without anesthetic and without proper tools with a smile, assuring her screaming victims... ahem, 'patients'... that everything will be okay and that she'll make them all better. Most of the time the threat of what she might do is enough to scare people enough to take their souls, but times sometimes do call for her to cut people open in order to accomplish what she needs.
Fran was a young woman fresh out of nursing school who went to the circus to celebrate her graduation with her boyfriend. After watching her boyfriend get operated on and flayed alive by the doctor of the circus, instead of being horrified she was strangely fascinated. D. Ark and the doctor both accepted her into the circus as the doctor's assistant.
Unfortunately, soon afterwards the infamous 'D. Ark incident' occurred when D. Ark gave in to his rage. The doctor was torn to shreds and Fran's face was nearly ripped off. In the aftermath, Fran took part of the doctor's face and stitched it on to her own, taking his ability to see inside of his victims like an x-ray with his glowing green eyes with D. Ark's help.
It is rumored that D. Ark gave her the doctor's ability out of some feeling of remorse for what he did to her face and body, but it is hard to believe D. Ark feeling any kind of remorse for anything he does.
Now Fran is both doctor and nurse to the circus workers.
