I mostly enjoy writing in the Casual section of the guild. Character development and exploring character relationships motivate me. I like to really think myself into my character and their view on others and the world around them which is why I prefer to stick to one character per roleplay. I love world-building but I am also easily overwhelmed with very detailed concepts I haven't been met with before. So you could say I love a decent amount of world-building and prefer original builds. Once everyone has settled, expanding that world and its concept is a great way to create more depth and keep me as a player hooked as I love to discover new things!
My favorite genre is and has always been fantasy. I guess you could say I love escapism to a point where I like to flee the mundane world entirely. I also feel drawn to sci-fi roleplays but I have noticed that those usually intimidate me. I feel like I am not adept at writing about technology and all that sci-fi goodness so I mostly just pine over how awesome some OOCs look and never apply to them.
When it comes to fantasy I feel right at home. For my mind, it is much easier to grasp magical concepts and worlds than sci-fi ones. As a result of this, all the worlds I write up (be it here as a GM or elsewhere) tend to be fantastical in one way or another. I especially enjoy adventure RPs and witch RPs. I like to see new magical systems and am always eager to learn more about the worlds I RP in.
Additionally, all my characters are queer, always. Since I am queer myself and can't imagine playing straight ^^

A rise in threats has been detected - unnatural beings, magical beasts, and other supernatural phenomena pull media attention and feed directly into an anti-witch campaign.

He was taken by a mysterious knight who rode his horse into the deadly woods nearby, taking the young boy with him. But the knight is not a simple man, he is said to be a resurrected ghostly figure forever in search for a squire, kidnapping young boys who never return home.

The Cult of the Dragon has come to Phlan, a lawless refuge on the Moonsea. Now, with no significant authority to stop the cult, other power groups in the Realms – the Harpers, Order of the Gauntlet, Lords' Alliance, and even the Zhentarim – must unite to stop the cult from fulfilling its dark purpose in the city. Meanwhile, Rhana, a drow rogue with a questionable past, and Salissa, a dhampir bard with flair, find themselves somehow involved in this as they tackle different missions aimed at stopping the cult.

This is just my character archive. I have recently reorganized it. I made a whole new thread for it, moved the CS I wanted to keep for memories sake over and am now less ashamed to have people stumble upon my creations.

I always write my IC posts in gray due to finding the white color pretty straining on the eyes.
"Weird gem thing?", the boy asked. "Like this? Other people have this?" He revealed a symbol on his hand to Evangeline. It was similar to her snowflake!, she excitedly noticed.
Collin suddenly got all excited. "Does that mean that I have powers too?! Awesome! What are mine?! I got to know!" The boy threw his hand into a diraction before Eve could stop him.
"Aw, lame..." Nothing happened.
Evangeline sighed in relief. "Be happy that your powers don't break out like that. I almost hurt Theo. I froze the window over there. When I touch walls a frozen hand print appears. And on staircases I leave glittery sparkling ice drops. I am constantly afraid to hurt someone. I just can't control it."
No IC needed. No approval needed. You all play one character. Choose your actions wisely. For any questions, put them in the OOC I will answer all of them.
Almost 100 years after the world has suffered from a nuclear war, world war III has killed everything that we knew. Humans had been fleeing into space to live there in safety, since earth was not safe anymore. The nuclear war has caused the whole world to be radioactive.
The humans that had lead what was left of the human race to the space suspected them to have 200 years until they could finally go back to the ground.
But something changed. Now 97 years later an unexpected event forces the humans to think quick and act harsh.
Is earth survivable?
You sit in a grey room. The floor is grey, the walls are grey, everything is just grey. There is no window. A small lamp shines an unhealthy yellow light onto your head. You lean against the cold wall.
Loud noises were heard from outside, screaming and yelling. You stand up the same second the metal door to your room bursts open and two guards step inside. "What's going on?", you ask them. But they don't respond. They grab your arms harshly and pin them to your back. It hurts you. "Let me go! I didn't do anything!"
"Be quiet, kid", one of them states. "It won't do you any good."
You struggle against them while you run every of your actions through your mind, but you can't find any cause for the guards to take you away.
....... Everything is a blurr. Your eyes try to focus but it's hard for them. You can make something out in front of your face, it seems like metal, but that doesn't give away anything. You close your eyes and try to open them again after a few seconds and deep breaths. Your sight is clearer now. Your head is spinning, but you can think straight. Last thing you know is being dragged away by the guards. Your vision gets more clean with every second. You can make out a board with a lot of buttons and levels.
Another breath in and out... and you can see your surroundings clearly. Your head is still a little fuzzy but you can make out where you are. You are sitting in a seat, strapped to it for safety. In front of you is the board you already made out. Around you are some more buttons and strange looking lamps. And you can see a whole lot of dark space.
You are sitting in a minimal space station on the seat in front of the control board and you are looking out the round window to the clear dark space. First you are confused, second thing you are panicked. You look around, but you are alone as far as you can see. The door behind you is closed, it seems to be a simple slide-to-open metal door. The lamp next to the door is green. Maybe I can get through it?
You take in all the new information and wonder what has happened and why you are here, all alone. The next thing you notice is a little stick lying on the board that says Play Me.
I decide to check the "personal" file on the computer just to be sure I am not missing any valid information. At the same time I keep my ears open to hear anyone approach me and I look over my shoulder every now and then. Better be careful until I figure out what's going on.
"I am super sorry about the ice thing. I never meant to hurt anyone." Evangeline felt really truly sorry. She felt like she would put everyone around her in danger. But the fact seeing someone be just like her was too good to kill her mood.
A shock came from the boy's finger and Evangeline's eyes grew big.
"I have never seen that before. Except for my powers." She turned to the other boy who introduced himself as Collin. "I have this weird gem ever since then I kind of got these powers."
Before the guy she almost hit even got a chance to turn around yet another voice rang through the air.
"Holy shit! You're Elsa!"
Evangeline spun around and dropped her hands from beneath her arms. It took her a second to figure he was referring to her icy powers. "I am not Elsa", she corrected. "My name is Evangeline."
Her crystal blue eyes focused on the boy. He seemed like he didn't mean to approach her with anything less than friendly surprise.
"That movie come out to quiet the wrong time for me. But I don't mind being referred to the Queen of Arendelle. She has something elegant about her."
She turned to see if the boy she almost hit was still there.
Evangeline's hair was glistening from perfect snowflakes. She was still so focused on her magical snow flakes, she didn't notice someone walking up to her.
"See you inside"
Evangeline jumped at the unsuspected voice. A ray of light blue escaped from her hand and froze a window of the building. It went only inches beside the boy's head.
"Oh no." She shrank together and wished to disappear in the ground. She almost hurt a stranger who was just trying to be nice.
She quickly hid her hands beneath her arms, hugging herself again. Hopefully he wasn't afraid of her now or worse even hated her.
