Rebecca really doesn't like fighting.
Rebecca quickly whipped up Harry's drink, as well as Scott's meal. "Here you go, loves. Enjoy, and don't forget to tip." Then, the shit hit the fan. Oh, boy. I'd hoped it would never come to this, but it seems that it has.

Taking off her necklace, Rebecca revealed her true form in all its gory glory. Even in this sort of company, a walking corpse was probably the sort of thing that would attract everyone's attention. Her voice was a low growl, lacking any sort of warmth. "Ladies, gentlemen- though it seems there's not a representative of either here- I don't know if you saw the incident a few minutes ago, but I refuse to tolerate any fighting in my establishment. That goes double for hunters and supernaturals. I suggest you find a nice, peaceful way to settle your problems, because the first person to do something is going to have to deal with me. I could always use a zombie thrall."
Rebecca glanced at the detective. Of course she knew who was committing the murders, at least in a general sense. But she couldn't just come out and say, "Gee, officer, I think that it was a bunch of monster hunters." She'd sound like a madwoman, at best. Still, it couldn't hurt to be nice to the cops.

"Good to see you, Scott, though I wish it was under better circumstances. I'm not going to waste my time offering you booze on the clock, but maybe you'd like a soda and a burger." She gave him her warmest smile, honed over the centuries.

As she started up the grill, Rebecca chuckled at Chasa's commentary. "Truth be told, the rags aren't too bad. I'd much rather have help with the taxes and paperwork- it never ends." She started to think, though- if she could somehow get into that apartment, maybe Eric himself could give them something. After all, who better to finger a murderer than the victim?
Rebecca winced at the sound of breaking glass. Windows were expensive, for crying out loud, and Darnies' actions weren't exactly helping. Still, she had to admit he was right. Technically. And the assholes were paying, which she'd take gladly.

As the drunks rolled around on the floor, the lich noted their extreme inebriation. Time to have a little fun. She bent down, putting her face right next to the lead moron, and flicked her necklace. Just enough to reveal her true form for half a second. The tough's face turned so pale, he could have passed for undead himself, and his eyes were wide as saucers. "I don't take well to anyone who starts fights in my bar. Don't. Come. Back." They scrambled out the door as best they could, and Rebecca smiled with self-satisfaction. After all, who's going to believe the guy who's so lit up he's already seeing pink elephants?

Turning to Darnies, she shook her head in dismay. "You know, I'm pretty sure you were using some magic yourself there, kid. Two royal flushes in a week? Nobody's that lucky. You can whip the locals all you want, just do it honestly. My insurance rates are going to go through the roof as it is."
Name: Rebecca Fletcher

Age: 360

Supernatural Race: Undead sorceress (lich)

Race: Caucasian

Glamour Appearance: A redheaded woman in her early twenties, with green eyes and fair skin.

True Appearance: The same, but heavily rotted. Muscles and organs are clearly visible throughout her body, and there is a massive scar stitched over her heart. Close examination will reveal the wound to be what killed her.

Personality: For a dead girl, Rebecca's pretty lively. She enjoys partying and drinking, and has a bit of hedonistic flair to her. That said, she also has a lot of honesty and courage- seems her fears more or less died with her body. Another notable trait is her desire to try to stem the growing violence of Gravette, hoping to negotiate peace between the hunters and the nonviolent supernaturals.

Bio: Rebecca's age makes her a veritable treasure trove of experience- she was actually present at the Salem Witch Trials, although uncaught. Born to moderately successful farmers outside Lancaster, England, the family moved to the colonies, where her father was able to become mayor of their small village. As a teenager, she learned she was a psychic sensitive to ghosts, one of which was a native shaman. He taught her what he knew of magic, and a book she discovered in Boston taught her the secrets of raising the dead.

In 1700, she caught smallpox, and having always been a little frail, she knew she wouldn't survive. Rebecca delved into what information she could find on dark magic, and placed her soul into a crystal. Uising necromancy, she was able to command her corpse to rip her own heart out, and her phylactery was placed inside to restart her body.

For centuries, she wandered the wilds, until she came across Darnies. who made her a talisman so she could pass for living. Now, she owns a bar named Paradise, which is a popular hangout for supernaturals. She's trying to get the hunters and supernaturals to recognize it as neutral grounds, but it's slow going.

Strengths: Virtually indestructible, immortal

Weaknesses: Her phylactery must be within her body or she becomes blind and deaf, can only conceal her supernatural affinity with the help of a talisman around her neck, phylactery can be damaged or destroyed by powerful magic or silver weaponry

Stance: Technically inactive, but working towards peace

Special Power: Necromancy- Rebecca can contact ghosts, raise zombies, and even project her consciousness into corpses to reanimate them.

Other: Damaging or destroying her phylactery is the only way to permanently harm her- tear off a limb or destroy her skull, and she'll just repair the damage.
leaving shortly, will have edits done tonight.
Alright, allow me to address the points you made in the interest check one by one

1. Change it to Caucasian, easy enough

2. For whatever reason, images are a bitch on this site for me. Coding issues, perhaps

3. Alright, a little adjustment here to fit with your lore. She was psychic, and one of the ghosts was an old Native shaman. He taught her what he knew, and she was able to intuitively fill in a little more around the edges. There was a book, too, that she managed to find in Boston, that taught her more about necromancy

4. First, she put her soul in the crystal while she was alive. At this point, her physical body was dead. She used necromancy to manipulate her corpse into grabbing the knife, performing the "surgery", and placing the crystal into her body to restart it.

Hope that helps.

I'll have a sheet up tomorrow. Would a lich be an okay character?
