Right, Blaze here again with another shitty concept for a smutty rp, although one that is decidedly more story heavy than I am wont to run.

At any rate, here's the short concept:

An arcanist and a dream eater are drawn together by a happy (for the dream eater) coincidence and end up traveling together, the arcanist looking to find magical secrets and the dream eater basically using him as sustenance while simultaneously trying to hide her secret from him and the world at large.

Is the very short version. His studies would likely lead to her interaction with someone who would want her powers for nefarious ends and that would be what drives things

Yeah, so it's very short, concept-wise, but I think that leaves plenty to work for fleshing things out.
